@Dragonstrike : What 's the criteria for showing the group Houndour ? Getting high loyalty out of it , or familarizing it about group first ? That hunting idea you had also sounds mighty interesting ... Can't wait to see what you have in store !

I wonder if your character will actually kill something in the campaign , though . Even with Kirlia on the line , he didn't have the will to to through his grisly acts...

Whenever Nathan feels it's safe to do so, or to prevent further discord if he's seriously pressured into it.  I'm surprised Shiva didn't comment on Nathan's remark about the nightmare, as that could have lead to him showing her now.  Orthros and Ventus meeting is currently...risky. That's going to require a lot of preperation before it can safely occur...mostly because Nathan is rather worried they'd kill each other on sight currently.

As far as actually killing stuff goes...well, he would have killed that Rattata if it hadn't been for Shiva.  If Kirlia takes lethal damage again, there's a chance he might go off like that again still, but it'll probably be more restrained if he does.

Oh, and I still plan to teach Swiftfire Inferno . Maybe Orthros too, later down the line.

I'll keep that thing about Lucky Chant in mind. I can't promise I won't consider teaching it later, but I can say it's not a priority currently.

The good news is that Lucky Chant affects all allies in the battle, so even if I don't teach it to Kirlia, it's not a huge deal in the end.

Curiosity nearly killed his friendship AGAIN , so he is going to wait until Nathan reveals whatever he is hiding at his own time . Since it's Houndour , Gen would not blame him in the end for all the misdurection .

Ven would try and kill the dog if it tried to do the same to him , giving him more than Apple reason and justification for the act .Better have Starmie on hand for this... 

Did Nathan actually SEE what he did to ALL the mutts , though? That has been left quite ambiguous...

Shiva did get that 'entered a nightmare yesterday', but I fear she isn't quite getting what you mean by that since she in-chara only renembers the emotions from trip to creepy dreamland = nothing about you people caring for her, nothing of that battle against the dogs, and nothing about Ven's murder. She saw those Delta Houdour though for short as they were chasing Espurr, and strongly believes that the abomination of a Houndour is that mysterious creature responsible for the restless sleep. 

I hope Ven does not go mad when he'd hear that Shiva owns a little Espurr she gifted her scottish scarf to and affectionately named 'Kyuu' seemingly originating from the Dream World.

@Lord Windos, if Shiva'd knew what you did in dreamland to her/how he protected her and killed those that dared to harm her, she's probably blush. Hard. And annoy him with more kisses.

Starmie will most certainly be on hand for that meeting, regardless of how loyal the hound is to Nathan at that point.

I plan on Ventus explaining exactly what he did to those dogs and whys , though he would spare the graphic details. Is that a good idea , as a way for Ben to open up with them , or is it just best to let that matter drop entirely?

Well , your character will certainly enjoy what's in store for her as an apology for his misunderstanding ...

Ven is likely to never really talk about what happened in the nightmare , since he doesn't want to traumatize her anymore than the place already has. If she asks , he'l be vague about the details , but he will give the general outline of events . Which include his bold and bloody rescue , but he would not put to much emphasis on that .

Nathan will be more than happy to elaborate if Shiva is confused about that remark.

And I don't know about Ventus, but Nathan would certainly be intrigued by Espurr's origins, considering Orthros can travel between the two words seemingly at will.

Ben distrust the mystical and mysterious instinctively , but I don't think he's liable to try and kill Shiva new mon for just existing . If he can be comfortable around her , then the same can be said for Espurr . Might be supplier and just say she caught them while she was out in the town , though .

As for scientific research , Ben would not be too interested in it , even with it's HA. He already knows about the vast majority of mons , and is aware of the existence of HAs , so the Espurr origins would be the only point of interest to him , and he would just recommend the Dream researcher in Unova to have a closer look at it . He is a behavioral and Sociological Pokemon researcher with loads of info on battling , not a Dream World Scientist !
