Be nice to her, approach her very carefully since it's sensitive terrain and and she might handle the thought over time. What can't be prevented with her current state in mind is the instinctively feeling that she got impeded - bad tongues would call it 'being depived' - in her chance to stand out among the group by being able to call for magical help thanks to a magical fox she encountered at a special place.

Umm, not to be a nag, but it might be a better idea to use Entrainment on Cherim and remove Flower Gift, so that it doesn't buff Victory bell or itself anylonger. This could be nasty if something isn't done about that...!

You're actually not wrong on this... Minun doesn't know Entertai... Entrainment though. But if @ Iron agrees that Minun learns it in this situation for 0 XP because Plusle demonstrated the move AND the Plus/Minus-Buff is only triggered by Plus and Minus being on the Trainer's field (and not, say, by Plus and Plus being on the field), I'm down with it~
Whoops, I remember I picked up at the beginning of battle that Cherrim must have Flower Gift as ability, but both me and Gamemaster completely forgot about that accidently.

Hang on. Wait one moment before we continue the battle with Chuckles. Gengar has only 8 dice in its accuracy pool for Hypnosis after -1 Dex. With -3 from Actions, -4 Accuracy, and -1 Pain, that means it can't use it on Aspis as its second action. Chuckles would need a Luck Die to pull it off, and if Aspis is awake, she gets a chance at that second Bite on Gengar.
Before we do anything else, that needs to be accounted for. Edits to our orders for Round 3 might then have to be made depending on what happens...I've copied and deleted my orders for Round 3 and saved them as a draft for the time being.

Bloody hell, you are right! Nice catch, Dragonstrike! Maybe Ven's massive Arbok doesn't get forcibly sent into dreamland after all! Most of my post will remain the same, but copying it down and deleting my current post seems to be the best option right now!

Hmmm...there's actually another potential discrepancy: Why does Gengar get +7 from the listed initiative rolls when Banette only got +6 from 4 Dex and 2 Survival? It doesn't affect anything major in the first two rounds from what I can tell, but it's just another little thing I noticed which could maybe matter if one of us were to switch pokemon in Round 3.

Yep, dropped the pain penalty, good catch. I will have Chuckles spend a Will Point - as a Gym Leader he has access to those. Ventus must have partially got under Chuckles' skin before he would be roused to use one of those.

Flower gift is in there already - note the Asterisks. Plus/Minus are worded so that Plus and Plus doesn't help a trainer out. However, if Minun gives Minus to Cherrim while Victreebel has Plus, that would trigger the ability.
It's fine to learn the move mid-battle if it's a 0 XP like this one.

Hehehe, that one thing my character can take comfort in! He's still going to incant, but Ventus might have more to say if he can notice Will Points being spent... He is an empath, after all; that much determination and willpower being used as once should be a flash on his radar!

Yes, you'd be able to detect the Will Point being spent, although you wouldn't know the phrase "Will Point."
For the initiative I'm not sure what happened - I did earlier dock a point in Survival to keep Chuckles' XP levels more appropriate with Zamboni's, so that's probably where the mixup happened. Quick fix is just to say Gengar rolled a 3. (and maybe that was even part of what happened, I can't remember that long ago ).
