It is, but how do you catch the villains in the act? Or prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are they ones who did it? America is a big place, full of isolated places like this one! So unfortunately, the littering laws are seldom enforced.

Its sadly true. Unless the state gov states tracking people going into forest, imposing more draconic measures against littering, or goes Big Brother and sets up cameras EVERYWHERE, littering is just a thing that will happen, sadly. I hate when I see it, and try to pick up the trash if I have a receptacle on me, but their is so much in some many areas at times.... Live by a forest that doesn't have a lot of trash, but I still find some occasionally....

Hmm, would it help to file a charge against unknown? Even if it'd be just for the feeling that one did something. Regardless of that, it needs to be cleaned up. Most likely by, well, the foresters *stares at you from the side* and volunteers.

This was on private land, so I don't have the right to clean it up even if I wanted to risk touching so much disgusting garbage. I think people have probably been dumping trash here for at least 10 or more years. : (

There is a hotline to report illegal dumpsites, but I suppose this one may not even be illegal? But I did some hiking during my vacation and picked up lots of trash! It's nice to leave the trails in better condition than you found them.

Wait a moment... Cherrim is practically speaking out of the fight thanks to Raphael's Air Slash. Victreebel is withdrawn, which nulliefies all the debuffs I inlicted on the fly catcher *sob* but if it will be send out again, it will be asleep due to Yawn. Does it count as 'defeated' now or not, aka will I face the fly trap again in this battle?

Yawn is cancelled by the withdraw. Victreebel is not defeated. Charm would be gone...not sure about Entrainment. In the games, switching cancels Entrainment, so we'll go with that.

Cherrim still has 3hp, so she'll act again as the next Round begins. She had 2 unused actions due to dice problems you caused when you paralyzed her!
