New Flash @Spiritmon: Originally I intended for Xenoqueen to have 8 Base HP, but I flubbed it and put it as her total HP (Giving her a Base HP of 5), so I'm going to edit stuff to make her start off with - 3 HP , due to her old dead trainer Striking out at her in fear to make up for this discrepcy of mine. Worked out in Arial's favor, though, so all is good in the world!

Thanks bro  About everything. And thanks for telling me about to need order a attack to be no lethal. Next time when I caugh a Pokemon in the Roleplay I will order to that attack to be lethal or not. And thanks about editing and everything. You are a great master.

Now that I think about it, the reason Xenoqueen was so enraged by her new (old) master fearful backlash that she roosted him on the spot with Radio Acid + Fire Blast! The area you battled her in is going to be heavily contaminated by rads for the time being, though, and the only reason you are not glowing green yourself is I made your character paranoid enough to wear leaded clothing + being a Tandorian Native (They have higher rad resistence). You'll set off gieger counters, but you are not at risk of death (nor others).

Thanks Arceus Tandor its region who play with Uranium. I not invicible but I can do something. And that was a heck of a battle. Now its time to search the body from that corpse and go in the direction of Pokemon center. I will take the opportunity to say there what happen since I cant hide the reason I raditate uranium. Except the part of rob the body. I hope they have a clean nuclear system....

Nah nah, not chance in hell I gonna give the Xenoqueen to Giovanni. That Queen of Chaos will come with me. It will get some time, but will gain her trust. Perhaps. Besides, like they say: No pain, no gain. And Arial need to have a powerfull team to be equal powerfull to Reiner, since he have a Mew. A powerfull Nuclear its a wonderful add to the team. And what a add I must say! And with Fallout, even more better. Just need another 2 members for my team.

Contrary to what you believe, Team Rocket what nothing to do with Nuclear Pokémon. Feral, near uncontrollable, and spread toxic fallout that is not only deadly to human, but turns other normal Pokémon into near uncontrollable monsters. It would also get them labeled eco terrorists and threats to national security rather than organized crime group they are now, which the Tohjo League would start hunting down the crime group with EXTREME PREJUDICE. Any person that own a Nucmon is more or less is fully responsible for their actions concerning it, and will be offered up on a silver platter to the League/kicked out of Team Rocket if they screw up with one. @Spiritmon You need to buy some Risuko Berries (Instantly raises Loyalty by 1 Point; Costs $1500 per berry) from the Merchant real quickly if you want to control that atomic abomination quickly!
