[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

I feel like we're somehat soft-stuck in one of these situations that @Iron asked up to solve via XP-Bidding. I'm somewhat out of this, sadly, since I have too little XP to do anything, and yould actually be fine with both options, though I have a preferance. So, how about...

- if Windos wins, me and him go on our trip to dismantle that underwater entrance, then visiting the Fennekin Lair and go huntig with his Arbok. Nathan is free to do whatever he wants meanwhile.
- if Nathan wins, we'll leave the underwater entrance alone and leave Wineberry. Along the way, I'll be doing a quick stop-by at the Fennekin Lair (it's on the way, practically speaking), hunting with Apsis does have to wait a little.

How does that sound? Definitely easier and more pleasant, I think, for both us as players as well as Gamemaster.

Since I'm not going to be on for awhile (Phone almost dead) , defaulting to Nathan course of action is good enough for me. Just have me host training sessions for my Pokemon OR have me pick up Items for the time being while I'm gone, alright?

Oh... Well, that settles it then, @Iron, I believe we can leave Wineberry then. I edited my latest post in Game Thread to match that, and @Dragonstrike is all free to reply on it, or not, I'll leave that to him. Before we leave town though, can I please send a message to the Fortune Hunter, then look at my PC as she asked me to, and do a quick stop-by at the Power Spot where I encountered Fennekin? Swapped him and the egg and deposited my Electric rodents, Shiva's just highly curious if anything changed about that spot meanwhile and how Braixen reacts to being brought to his lair again. You can auto-do that all in one post before bringing up Encounters/continuing with plot. I'm saying thank you in advance if you agree with that!~

Then me and the party got involved into some buisness that needed our full attention - but don't worry, we all made it in one piece. I even looted a TM(!), looks like the desire to collect treasures is contagious. ^_^' So, then, did the Skald got to you and where she able to repair that instrument of yours? I do hope so. I met her somewhat accidently in Fireweed Forest because Braixen led me off the path, but that turned out to be quite fortunate. I'll take a look at my PC then, just as you wished, and will likely message you again. Until then, take care and thanks again for the time & tea shared!"

Whoahw - how could Shiva ever sell a book that 1. is a gift by the Fortune Hunter and 2. contains such pretty lyrics? (Sorry, I don't have time to post in Game Thread just now :/ )

Oddish is perfect, and maybe a reason to hunt for another Sun Stone. Any Stats and moves on it, please?

Or a Leaf Stone.  Vileplume's a cool pokemon too.  But I can see the appeal in Bellossom over Vileplume since it immediately gets Leaf Blade (which is Lethal!) and Sunny Day as opposed to Poison Powder (if you didn't pick it up from Oddish/Gloom's learnset) and that extra Poison STAB (which you need TMs to even take advantage of in the first place).

Also, Oddish and Gloom learn Lucky Chant.  Oh boy...

Shiva has issues with Poison Type, though not on a phobia-level. These come from both the Nidoking-incident that I hinted somewhere, as well as toxins are the nightmare of her favored Grass- and Fairy Type. The fear and respect are less on Grass/Poison Types and/or if the Pokemon obviously cannto bite her or anyone, but using Toxic against Pokemon that belong to someone(!) to prevent accidently killing wild Pokemon without intention will likely be the highest of feels... Following that 'Know your enemy'-attitude Ventus explained his knowledge of spells and exorcism chants.

Nevertheless you're right Dragon, Earthstar Forests features Leaf Stones to find!~ However, Cherubi already awaits the free spot in my team after obtaining Breeder's Lisence... Sunny Weather is both benefitial for Braixen/future Delphox being the Fire Type, and both Cholophyll and later Flower Gift are quite useful abilities in Double Battle. C:

Speaking of that, Cerubi also learns Lucky Chant. Tripple chanting within my so far collected Pokemon, nice.

Oh, right, there is still mentioned The Running. That one with the chance to see or even snatch a rarer Pokemon under dangerous conditions. While the rarities do interest her a little, I fear she'll prefer to stay on the safe side and will be busy enough with the Daycare, exam for Breeder's Lisence and first Gym Battle. :/

Mentioning that there will be Nidorino will give her shivers.
