[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Speaking of Stored Power, I STRONGLY recommend you get the move for Kirlia/Garvedour/Gallade at some point in the future. It costs 64XP for Gallade/Kirlia, but with an Double Team + Calm Mind + Pearl + STAB Bonus appled, the move does a ridiculous STR+7 unresisted, with no Accu penalties what so ever to impede in spamming the move! Its like getting Spore with Michael: it'll take forever, but once you have the move, nothing but good times ahead!

They're fairly minor for the most part, thankfully.  Good thing the writers are still writing new versions, though.  There's a whole thread on the forums dedicated to pointing out errata.

There's a LOT of moves like that for the Ralts evo line.  Hypnosis, (half cost) Dream Eater, Close Combat, Stored Power...the list goes on and on...Stored Power is something I hope to get, but there are lots of other moves I want to get as well...

Comparing Opportunity costs for choosing each move, I'd recommend either Hypnosis or Close Combat as the first moves to get. The former gives you the ability to put foes to Sleep (Which, as attested by the Gyarados battle, is always a great thing!) , while the later move is STR + 5 WITHOUT any buff, hits the two types that would normally be a headache for Gallade (Steel/Dark), and its debuff is canceled out by Calm Mind. CC is even more powerful in Pokerole, just like Grudge (Though nowhere near to such an extent), so getting it seems to be the smarted choice, mate!

CC is also Gallade's only Fighting STAB without TMs and tutors, so learning it kinda goes without saying for any Gallade.

Main priority right now are the moves Gallade can't learn but Kirlia and Gardevoir can.  (At least Dream Eater is a TM...or can be tutored, maybe?  Maybe the half cost would carry over to those as well? Need Hypnosis first, though...)

Fun Fact: I wasn't even considering getting Hypnosis and Dream Eater until Iron halved DE's cost after the D-M-Houndoom fight.

Nice.

I wasn't considering Hurricane on Whimsi either until I realized how badass this move actually would be under Rain.

Was wondering when you were going to show up here Tongue And nah, there's still plenty of fun left.  It's not like Windos's campaign where you joined when we were already 50-60% of the way through what had been planned already at least.

Anyways, looking forward to having ya on the main campaign!

I was wondering when you would join our merry bands of adventurers, my friend! I'm happy to have you along the journey, and I hope both our characters learn to get along, or work together at the very least!

Still, though, I can't help but miss Dies Iraes and his character Vincent. He made for a great counter point to Ventus, and had the potential to partially or completely curb his eccentric behavior, while also serving as a mentor-father figure to Nathan. They both will be missed from the forums, and this game thread.

Larry and Sage on the other hand...hmm.

Yeah...shame Dies left...left some gaping holes in the character development...haven't really missed Larry though, and we didn't really see enough of Sage to develop any major opinions...

Even I disapear for a time and here I am back again. Who knows? Hope is the first thing to born and last do fade. Until that day, lets have fun.

And thank you both of your for warm welcome my friends Smile
