At first Shiva didn't even notice, too concentrated on the lines and graphs in the book about how to inherit desired natures, traits and moves to an offspring. But when she did and happened to make eye contact with Wir... she knew he was a good person. She just...knew. Not talking much, prefering comforttable silence, but with a caring heart. Her feelings barely lie to her, and her appreciation for the Daycare Couple received an instant-level-up which brought it to new levels.

This wasn't just an ordinary Daycare anymore her for, it was a place of tranquility, warmth and hopefully a secure future.

Packing away the fruit in silent but true and pure thankfulness, she closed the books he studied formerly and opened "I gladly battle that Eevee! I know a few about dealing with them (non-combatly though), and of course I will not faint it. Never! Will be a good training for my own Pokemon and an appreciated break from studying."

Walking outside to the yard ans pasture, it wasn't hard to spot mentioned Eevee, it was indeed there on the boulder and before Shiva even saw it, it was facing her. Smart, adorable and attentive little critter. Stopping on approaching it, Shiva looked down to Azuriil in her arms, who was nestled and resting in her top hat. Blue mouse expressed the desire to stay with her Master instead of roaming free on the yard among the other Pokemon, so Shiva simply had the mouse with her during studying.

"Alright, Azu... You're down for a Training Battle? I'll need you for an upcoming Gym Battle - yes, you will participate in an important battle for me. But before that, this Eevee up there" *pointing to it for Azurill to see* "shall be your opponent. We won't faint it though! Out of your top hat please, and open the fight with a Tail Whip before starring your bubbles!~"

Whoahw... That particular Eevee was serious business. Practically hardcore. It was strong, determined, fast and not a single bit like calm and playful Spectral at home when she was no Umbreon yet. If it wouldn't belong to the Daycare, Shiva would immediately attempt to catch it.

"Hold on there, Azurill! It's not pointless, I'm countin' on you... show me another Bubble Beam, take it slow though due to your pain!"

It indeed worked. Azurill stayed strong and ended up as the winner of this battle... It was a wonderful feeling, Shiva could not help but to come to the battlefield, pick up her blue mouse and give her a tight soft warm hug. Pure appreciation. Staying like this for a while, just owner and Pokemon united and never letting go off one another, Shiva soon looked up to the Eevee atop of the mountain/boulder, enjoying this grace and pride it was displaying, and bowing to it in silent appreciation. "I thank thee for the battle, and wish for you to become a precious Espeon one day. 'Till we meet again, may you always protect this pasture from harm."

After this battle, things were fine, Shiva clearly felt better and that...scene at the camp felt far far away. Hell, she was absolutely undisclosed whether she should tell Ven about this at all if he decides to return at some hopefully soon point... Eh, anyway, she can think about this later, thre were other and more important tasks to complete now. Like, enjoying this emotion of victory and feeling well prepared for both her Gym Battle and the exam to get her desired Lisence... (Level-Up in Channel as desired, yay!)


Back in the actual Daycare building, she turned to both its owners. "Uhm... I finished battle 'gainst dear Eevee, to my victory by the way. It was great fun, and Eevee itself safely returned to its obersvation point not minding a few hits! It's a wonderful breeding."

"So, I... guess I need to get going then? It'll be dark soon, and Professor Mallorn is supposed to meet up with our group at the Center today. However, I'd gladly return here, actually... Not only because I picked up you are taking no safety measurements for the Running, so I assume the Pokemon don't pass this place and it's likely the safest place to stay while they run through town. Safer than the Center, at last. Is it...okay if I reside here during the event? I'd appreciate it, but I'd also appreciate it to watch the event itself - I heard it'll be broadcasted, will you follow and watch it?" All of Shiva's spoke nothing but the truth. The Center will likely be spammed with people and enthusiasts of the event, while she was more interested in silently watch it and carefully observe things from a safe spot.

If there is no possibility to watch the Running among Golda and Wir at the Daycare, Shiva will likely nevertheless stay at the Center during it and follow it there. Or try to catch the broadcast onto her cell for mobile watching while being at the Daycare. :/

After they answered on this (Might edit or make a new post depending on their reply):

"Also... I reconsidered and I'd rather not bother Infiltrator-Absol with a personal request of mine, it'd be better for him to concentrate on his actual mission. Sorry for the bother...I'll look into things by myself how I can achieve this. But...please do inform me when the Absol is back at the Daycare as we agreed, okay?"

Within the next words, there was clearly a thankful feeling audible. "And, before I go, thank you both that I'm so welcome here... I hope, non, I'm sure we'll see one another again." Of course Golda would receive a hug as temporal goodbye! Oh, and Wir a pure and honest 'thank you', it never hurts to repeat it.

With that settled, she made her way back to the Pokemon Center... and of course she noticed that Rapidash 'parked' there took a few breaths to prepare herself for meeting up the owner of it. But before that, handing Azurill to Nurse Joy for healing up, since the damage the blue mouse suffered is not too much, Shiva agreed to pick her Pokemon up before she'll head up to her dorm (which will be soon after talking with Professor Mallorn, mastering Double Team and preparing Braixen for being lended to Nathan awaited!)

Professor Mallorn is inside the lobby, messing with a clipboard and stack of paperwork. On occasion, he will pass one to the man sitting next to him - looks like they are negotiating the final transfer of a rare Pokemon! @Spiritmon maybe you would like to describe yourself.

Nurse Joy says that Mallorn already buzzed for Nathan @Dragonstrike and any other party members who choose to be nearby.

(Shiva is nearby at the PC of the Center bringing Helios back to her party and does come close to Profesor Mallorn as soon as she noticed he's indeed there, but she's none to make the first step in talking. Especially if he and some...other unknown person seem busy. I'll leave that to the others/only talk when spoken to.)

Nathan arrives pretty quickly.  Mostly by pure coincidence.  When he sees Mallorn's currently busy, he sits at a nearby table to wait for him to conclude whatever he's doing.
