Yes and yes. I think its rather dumb NOT to apply that game mechanic in that instance, as it shuts down an entire Status for a type that normally wouldn't have that privilege. I already think that Electric types, Fire Types, and Ghost types not suffering from Paralysis, Burn, and Block respectively is no Bueno, but I try to adhere to the rules of both Pokerole and the games/material, no matter how inane I find them.

I decide something a little more complicated. I let Melchior fall sleep and Hippodown will perhaps thinks he will vulnerable and he get close....BAH! I use Full Heal and Melchior shall use Leaf Blade to caugh guard down the hippo pokemon. At least this is my plan.
