The mystical fox was silent for a long time, mulling over your words on the rich man that was Archie Sterling, leaning further into your embrace as she did so. After about 5 minutes, she finally could muster up enough to quietly speak. "....Ok, Master. I wouldn't think badly of you ever, no matter what I may...remember about my past life. Her past life... I feel...sad to hear about why Archie died, Reiner, but I can accept that. If whatever happened lead to the Old Kyubi's death and his own was connect to you...I would not hate you. You are a kind, caring man, Master, and wouldn't do anything bad without a good reason to, or forced to do so by other people's hands. I don't think really think anything is wrong, if you are the one doing it. You mean a lot to me, and I'm willing to overlook and accept the 'dark' side of you, should it be brought into my existence. I love you so much, enough to make up for a whole lot of missing details between us, so please don't worry about me..."

Kyubi stayed connect to you for a little while longer, savoring her closeness and your scent, before reluctantly pulling away. She had her moment of affection with her Master, and it had passed. He didn't fully accept her love for him now, and perhaps never would, but it is as she said earlier: she would always be there for him. One day, maybe he'll embrace the bond between them, if she wishes hard enough...

"Master...I don't want to talk about this anymore. Not now, and maybe not for a while. Its nice to have some piece of Old Kyubi's life to hold on to now...but I tired from all those feelings, and want more time to think about the stuff I learned. Is that alright...?"

It's a little difficult to pull away after being in such a caring, understanding embrace, but Reiner knew it had to end sometime as well...

Kyubi gave a confused tilt of her head at your explaination of her NOT being a Ninetales, when she so clearly was one to her own knowledge, but just accepted that revelation without much of a fuss. If Master says that she's different from the other members of her species, then it must be so. That, and he would know much more about what a normal fire fox would be like, given his own experience as a Trainer and her distinct lack of her own to rely on.

Your offer to reveal a bit of your own past surprised the kitsune greatly, eyes widened at the opportunity to gain more insight on her much beloved and egnimatic trainer, before a joyful smile appeared on her muzzle (She's not using True Hypnosis right now or recently, so...). She can learn more about her wonderful, generous, and beloved Master?! Yay! Thinking over the questions she could ask him, ranging from all sorts of things from the silly to outlandish, until she settled for purely simple ones. At least, in her mind they were.

"Who are you, Master? I know you are Reiner, but I don't really know who you are beyond what I've seen and felt under your guidance. I know you are a person that I care for very much, but some more detail would be nice... If that is alright with you, of course! I don't want to pressure you and make you feel bad, so don't talk about it if you don't want to. My next question, though....what is your purpose? I know what my is, and I could make a good guess as to what Arial's is, but what about yours? What gives meaning and direction to your life? Finally...what's your preference in women's clothing, Master? "

"My full name is Reiner Arendse.  I'm part of a long, long, long line of extremely powerful Dragon Tamers that hail from Blackthorn City in the nearby Johto Region.  But...I was kicked out of the city by the Elders for evolving my beloved Seadra into a Kingdra without their explicit permission.  And for encouraging a Sneasel from the nearby Ice Path to continue his thieving ways...those were the main two offenses I was charged with that earned me my exile from the City of Dragons.  

"The Elders had left me to the mercy of the world.  No help from Blackthorn, nor its Dragon Tamers, nor my family.  Just me, Sneasel, and a Kingdra I could barely control, starting with nothing but the clothes on my back and the items we could carry. For two years, we barely scraped by on little else but what Sneasel could snatch from random passerby and street stalls in Mahogany Town.  It was rough.  And I had to try and keep Kingdra in check as well, which was by no means an easy task.  Believe it or not, she has a strange tendency of getting set on fire to varying degrees at almost every opportunity despite being a Water and Dragon type.  And whenever Sneasel got caught Pickpocketing?  Well, we usually had trouble talking our way out consistently, so...we fought.  And won.  Few trainers in that area expect the might of a near uncontrollable Kingdra combined with the loss of their ability to use items and support moves, surprisingly.

"And then we were noticed by Team Rocket, a criminal organization, because of our 'incredible skill in both thievery and battle.'  Yes, that's a direct quote.  Petrel was the one who recruited me, and Proton is the Executive I was assigned to work under.  For the past two years, I've been working on climbing the ranks of Team Rocket with only one goal in mind: revenge.

"The Elders have wronged me.  All I'd ever wanted at that point in time was to show I was as strong as my family.  My cousin, Lance, who'd left Blackthorn on his own terms with his Dragonite and is currently a member of the Elite 4.  My other cousin, Clair, who was constantly called a shining example of a Dragon Tamer throughout her schooling, despite her...temper and disregard for her pokemon's well being at times.  She's recently been appointed as Blackthorn's newest Gym Leader from what I last heard, and much like me, her signature pokemon is a Kingdra.  My parents and their dragons.  My ancestors and theirs.  Trying to live up to that kind of legacy...I'd dedicated my life to it.  And the Elders shut me out of being able to do so completely.

"So I planned to show them just how much of a mistake they made, completely shutting me out like that.  They're going to pay, and Blackthorn's going to change for the better because of it.  Tradition has a place, but I draw the line at exiling a 16 year old kid from the city permanently because all he wants to do is live up to that very same tradition that seems to hate his guts.

"But it didn't end there, even.  The real kicker is they DIDN'T completely abandon me, as I learned relatively recently.  They were giving me one more chance, but decided not to inform me of it, instead watching me from the shadows without me ever noticing them while I struggled to survive and learn how to control my Kingdra...and now, they've decided I've finally failed this final 'test,' and have declared a Wild Hunt to bring me in for trial, which is essentially the same thing as putting a bounty on my head, except it's exclusively for Dragon Tamers.  And who are they sending first as their personal representative?  My cousin, Clair Arendse, armed with the 'sacred' draconic weapon Megido's Revelation and the knowledge of how to completely shut down the three pokemon I use the most in battle."  Reiner tightens a fist.  "I REALLY draw the line at that."

Reiner had been getting angrier and angrier as he continued his story, but he calms down after he finishes.

"Well, that's my story, I suppose...what shaped me into who I am today.  Don't tell anyone that story, period.  Few need to know that much about me.  No preferences on women's clothing, by the way.  Not really had time to develop an opinion on it.  Never really had much of a love life in the first place, let alone the time for one since I was exiled."

Your mystical fox was both completely enraptured AND horrified by your tale of utter bereavement and condemnation at the hands of the Blackthorn Elders, her body posture held rigid and hands clasped tightly through the whole recital. She...she knew things must have rough for you and that you were not pure hearted and good, as indicated by your handling of Romeo/Juilet, and the shady business you seemed to be up to right now. But...she never thought the root of those symptoms would be twisted, thorny, and black as this! How could a group of grown old man treat a child like that, much less her beloved Master?! What drove them to so perfectly ruin his aspiring life as a Dragon Trainer, turn everyone he has ever known and love against him, and even send his own cousin to collect him, dead or alive....

How...why would they do such a cruel and terrible thing?!

In the next instant, you felt yourself being lifted up straight off the ground and given the mother of all cuddles, doing her Arceas damn best to make you feel better for...well, just about everything really. "Master....that's....that's so cruel of them! Why...why would they think to do all this to you? A wonderful man that wants nothing more than to be the best, and excel beyond what is possible... *Light snarling* If I ever see them myself, I'll roast them all alive with my flames of destruction until they are ashes, then burn that into nothingness! They don't deserve the right to live, to breath the same air as you do, not after they tried to deny you own right to the life you desired! *Grrr....* I'm here for you, though, Master, and everyone else is too. Kingdra, Arbok, Rhyxemplar, Felicia, Mew, that Petrel guy, maybe Ariel....we all will be with you, no matter what. We won't let anyone try to harm you or put you down ever again, least of all some old men that don't know greatness when they see it! I promise you, Reiner...."

She continued to hug/carrying you after that, not wanting to let you go for the time being after that conversation. The non-comment on your taste in clothing got her curious again, however, and she couldn't help but ask: "Umm...if you are not concerned with clothing, what are you interested in women? What do you look for in them, before you consider asking them out on a date. I'm...I'm just curious, that's all..."

"Sorry doc, but I not much type of coward-type." Then Arial have a idea. In the right moment when Hippodown thinks Melchior is fall sleep, Arial will use Full Heal to wake Melchior and caugh the ground Pokemon in surprise. Then he talk in a way only Melchior can heard. "Alrigh Melchior I have a plan: When you fall sleep Hippodon will try to attack you. In the right moment I will use Full Heal to awake you then you use Leaf Blade two times. With luck, perhaps this can make him caugh in surprise and cause a serious damage against him. We must cause the more great damage while we can. Wait the right moment. The moment you awake will the moment to attack. Ready buddy? We must count with that risky move.

The sand hippo barrels forward, intent on squashy Melchoir after its savage slash nearly turn her into chucks of sandy meat, when the green feline pounced onto them, scaring the living daylights out of her and interrupting her attack, while giving the cat a free on in turn!

The Ground mammal is sent realing from the unexpect blow, letting out a bellowing cry of anger and pain, and you could hear Ecru yelling : "You sneaky devil, you! It stands I have to take this fight much more seriously than I thought! Have at you, sir!"

Battle of the 'Ages' Round 3!

To say that Hippowdon was upset by the your Metalynx's cunning move would be an understatement, as they lifted their full weight into the air to slam into him with every ounce of contempt she could muster!

Revenge

The apex predator is almost flattened by the sand hippo, but the managed to right themselves and slash right back at her with a green glowing tail! He was not one to take anything lying down, and will not be put in that position by a Ground type of all Pokémon!

The ground mammal lets out a defiant roar at being damaged by the metallic liger, before raising herself off the ground again to crush him beneath her mass!

Hippowdon recovers 1 HP from Leftovers; 3/9 HP

When it looked like the sandy hippo would finish off the jungle cat with one last spiteful blow, Ecru held out his hand and yelled to her : "STOP! His Metalynx is out of the fight, so you don't need to flatten them out like putty, my girl! Return to my side, and let you temper die down a bit, before you do something rash that cause all of us all sorts of foul trouble!" Letting out a disgruntled grumble, the earthen she-beast never the least plodded back over to the archeologist's side, and laid down for a quick respite. Fighting that cat riled her up something fierce, so its a good thing that her trainer go her out of the battle at the time!

In here place, Ecru tosses out a Dusk Ball, releasing a Cacturne onto the sand chocked battlefield. But this was no ordinary cactus Pokémon, as the faint glimmers seen of his form and the tan, sandy coloration marked this one a Shiny! "Surprised, good sir? I had the good fortune to come across my partner here in the deserts of Hoen, where I caught them as a Cacnea! He's a sly and devious bugger, so best prepare yourself for some mischief on his part!"

Who will be sent out next, Spiritmon?

"Ever heard about Nuclear Pokemon doctor? They are strong and powerfull pokemon who can defeat any other type of Pokemon, except Steel. I came across a powerfull one. Behold! The queen of all Nuclear power! GO! THE URANIUM QUEEN! SEKMET!" Then he throw his Nuclear Ball, and free the Nuclear Pokemon. Sekmet shouts a loud "ZZZZZZZT!" more then ready to fight. before that she search and look to the sides trying to find someone. Arial thinks and say: "SOrry about earlier Sekmet. Kyubi is not here, and for what I make you pass. Forgive me. You couldnt participate in the last battle but now you can. Lets do this together!" Sekmet shout prepare to fight. "First use Nastly Plot to increase the power. Then use Radio Acid and Fire Blast!"

Kyubi is not here, and for what I make you pass. Forgive me. You couldnt participate in the last battle but now you can. Lets do this together!" Sekmet shout prepare to fight. "First use Nastly Plot to increase the power. Then use Radio Acid and Fire Blast!"

"I'm afraid that I have not, good sir, but if its as extraordinary rare and powerful as you make it out to be, then my Cacturne will be having a much harder time than I thought! I will still persist in this battle, though, until one of us is the victor, and we receive our rightful spoils!"

Cacturne, on the other hand, did not share the same optimism that his master about that battle, the thorny plants eyes narrowing at the nuclear abomination in question as a shudder trails up his spines. His species was known to be viscous and persistent threats to those that it targets, and fearless to all but the most fiercesome Pokémon, but something about that glowing green bug unnerved him. If she giving him that kind of vibe....then he's going to play hard ball with them straight away.

The tan bipedal cactus, before Sekmet even had a chance to react, disappeared, the flurry of sand and grit concealing his form almost perfectly!

Battle of the 'Ages' Round 4!

The desert cactus man let out a evil crackle to himself, enjoying the misfortune he spread to your radioactive nightmare, and was planning all sorts of move in the future to further annoy her! Likewise, Sekmet began making her own evil strategy, as while the Cacturne's last attack didin't hurt her, it as still pretty uncomfortable!

Using all the power his devious planning provided for him, the nighttime scarecow ripped off a giant seed from...somewhere off his body, before lobbing it at the walking nuclear disaster like a grenade! TAKE COVER!

The irradiated monster let out a loud crackling *ZZRT!* as the seed exploded near her and pelted their skin with all natural shrapnel, and decided to show just how she cared for such an attack by upchucking her own ruinous, glowing green corrosive mix onto the pickly plant!

Before Cacture could truly enjoy the sensation of be burning simulataneousl by fire and acid, Ecru VERY quickly brought out a Burn Heal and vigorously sprayed them down before the Burn could do its worst! He knows Cacturne will try a sneak attack, and Sekmet is a little more slow because Cotton Spore. He need a counter attack to fight against Cacturne attack. He decides to decides to think a better. He problably going to use Seed Bomb again so they need to be prepared for everything. "Sekmet, when Cacturne apear to attack dont loose the chance and use Half-life. This will cut the HP of Cacturne to half. But this time hold your Nuclear Power ok? We dont want to begin a nuclear disaster here, and screw our situation with scientist right?" Sekmet nod undestanding the situation. "After that use Fire Blast. This will certain finish the job or at least cause a serious damage against him. Be prepare for everything!" Then Arial make a serious look, trying to concetrate where that Cacturne will attack.

You said that Nuclear types were bad against Steel types, correct? The I do hope they enjoy the company of my next Pokémon, for she's rather capable of dishing out damage as well!!"

The archeologist quickly threw his third Pokeball in the middle of the sandy arena, releasing an Excadrill for you to see! She give one look at the almost crippled, glowing green monster, before they tap their claws together, ready to give them a right good clobbering!
