Parents aaalways worry, Dragon. C: Especially mothers. Like, it's not like Shiva's parents are not wondering where their dear only daughter is, what she does, whether she always has enough for dinner etc., but they leave her doing what she wishes, trusting that she doesn't engage in dangerous activities or horribly demanding battles, her adult mind, and the fact that she prepared herself well before actually departing from home.

Or it's just the fact that she can't call them whenever she likes and tell what's going on and vice versa. A little, maybe.

I know.   It's just particularly bad in Marta Warren's case because...well, it should be obvious, right?  Plus, when she let Nathan go on this journey, she didn't imagine Nathan would get into this much trouble!

Haha, probably both true and obvious. Hmm, this reminds me on that I still don't have a last name for Shiva - but at the same time I feel she doesn't even need one although it's certainly on both her Trainer's Card and Breeder's Lisence, because she wouldn't desire to be directly adressed with it as well as her father's business would definitely use his first name because...it has a nice ring to it. And recognition value.

So yeah, three mothers in my life and they worry me but give me freedom. Ha, its dificult sometimes but I blessed to have them in my life. Much people feel sad or something about dont have a mother or a father so I feel blessed by God to have them in my life.

Yeah, Nathan's dad, Marco Warren, disappeared without a trace 3 years ago.  So...yeah.

Vanished without a trace.  Both him and his pokemon.  In his younger days, he was a pretty well known trainer, and his journey across Creshire ended when he lost his League Challenge to Hayes (the Mistlord) and his Latias.

Meanwhile, Nathan's mom is the top Ponyta rancher in the region.  Warren Ranch is located in Trillium along with Mallorn's Lab.

Marco vanishing without a trace has had some rather severe effects on Nathan and his mom since there was suddenly a void where his dad should have been.  Nathan's mom became much more overprotective of Nathan, while Nathan had lost both his father and practically only friend (Nathan's dad always understood him just a little better than his mom does) and fell into depression for the next two years.

Getting away from home and seeing the region is one of them, but not the main one.

Nope.  Nothin'.  Again, though, it's not the main reason Nathan's journeying, and to be honest, he doesn't really expect to find his dad.
