Now Reiner ACTUALLY facepalms.  Aye yai yai...

"OH! Thats remind me.." Arial search in his bag trying to find something. Then he find it: Some Walkie Talkies. "This might help us to talk to each other. Since we cant alert the Vampire, we this we can talk with no problem at all."

That Walkie Talkies was more small then normal ones, so they can be easily hide and use it without anyone see. They are black and have some details in black yellow. Arial give to each one in the room one: Kyubi, Petrel, Emily, Reiner and Angelica. "We dont know if the Vampire might be able to hear the radio from the police, so using this ones might be very useful to track down and talk to each other. And before you all ask where I get this ones, some friends of mine give thoses some years ago."

Flashback ON (Three years ago after the Mind torture incident):

Some Grunts from team Rocket was unconscious, with pies in their faces, and were drawn with mustaches and glasses. There was little more younger Arial with Gaspar with Walkie talkies in their hands. "Feline-01 to Feline-2 how it is the operation." Talk Arial in the Walkie talkie and Gaspar (who was in his shoulder with other Walkie talker) just respond a "Meow". "Excelent. That will teach you to not mock younger member you bunch of bullyies. I dont play nice by the rules. Oh, and just to clafiry that is permanent ink so good luck to try get out thats Mustaches and glasses. And thanks the Walkie Talkies. I dont know where I can find use to this ones, but always want one."

Of course Arial dont talk this to the people in that room. If Angelica would heard that, she might put Arial in the jail, or worse, a sanatory. Arial simple smile inocent and return to eat the pizza along with Gaspar waiting for the others to introduce themselves.

"Angelica, just so you know, I'm worried about that big, bad bug as well.  You're not alone in that. That's why I'm asking for your help, as well as the help of some of my associates.  Between 4 of us using 2 pokemon each, we'll hopefully be able to handle it.  This Vampire needs to go down before she causes any more trouble for Celadon.  Now then, let's get to the introductions, shall we?"

(Back in the lobby for final preparations)

"Alright gang, this is Officer Angelica.  Now, I know I said she has a Golbat and a Chansey, but they just evolved, conveniently enough.  All the better to fight big bugs with, right? Go ahead and introduce yourselves, and then we'll split into our two groups and head out to the hotel."

Your police officer inclines their head towards you with a smile on their face, enjoying that her master needed their assistance in this dangerous mission (She always feels joyful when you order her around, but the feeling is even more potent now!) AND how much precaution of thought he was putting into it. This showed her how competent, intelligent, and overall resourceful you were to her yet again, and it only served to deepened the indoctrinated Loyalty, Happiness, Devotion, Worship, Love? (You are not sure if one kind in particular, or all of them smooshed together) etc..

Blissey, equally pleased and receptive towards your planning/general existence as well, skipped over to you and handed over one of her Softboiled Eggs to you, a token/offering towards your absolute command over them and for assisting her and Crobat in evolving. She wants to show you just how thankful she is for your presence and intervention in their lives, as their existence was utterly meaningless until you brought forth your purpose and will into them. May her master be praised highly! Speaking of the four winged bat, he quickly detected the flux in his master's emotional state, and looked over to see her staring in adoration at you (Not that he can quite tell, what with the sunglasses in the way; another weird quirk she picked up since he meet the Rocket Bro), then looked to you, and you could almost visalize the question marks that were floating above his head at what the heck was going on between you. For one reason or another, it seems like Crobat isn't being taken in by the Brainwashing you inflicted, but only seems confused/mystified by the sheer strength of the bond between you and their master, not concerned/suspicious. Well, at least he's not causing any trouble for you right now, so there is that at least!

Arial decide to be the first one to introduce.

"Heya, name Arial. Maniac, misontropic, madman, hater of humanity in general, aaaand Reiner bodyguard. Well, I try to do that but I kinda kick his face this morning, heh. Oh, and a profissional to be almost be killed in various ways. Nice to meet you Officer Angelica. Or not. I kinda have some loose screws after a Mew almost psychic me to the dead. I kinda deserve it."

Arial was eating a piece of pizza he order and he and Gaspar as both eating.

"Someone want a piece? We really have a stuff stomach to fight that Vampire. I just hope its a traditional vampire and not one from Twilight. I hate that series. Still have nightmares."

Angelica was taken about by how eccentric and paradoxically straightforward Arial introduced himself to her, before she did a double take as she fully processed every blunt truth he spoke to her. His retraction of his earlier statement and replacing it with 'Mewtanks' only deepened the oncoming sense of dread and nervousness she felt towards him. Oh no....this man was like a textbook example of all the worst qualities found in deviants the world over, magnified to near upresedented levels by his madness and how utterly shameless/tactless/casual he was about said negative qualities. Usually, its people like this that proved to be either the most dangerous or destructive variants of criminals she and her fellow officers had to deal with on the (Thankfully) rare occasion, though her intuition and Blissey's empathy told her that he was not another Romeo + Juliet/Vampire waiting for his moment to steal the spotlight. She'd probably start to politely interrogate/question him about his statements, and then get start doing some investigations in their business, but the fact that he was another servant to her Master aborted such thoughts. Master's command and rule was unquestionable, and if he decided that Arial was an acceptable part of his group, then she would have to learn to accept it as well. Still, she couldn't help be throw you a nervous and timid glance, it all but screaming to your sense : "I am honestly required to work with this person? He's....he's....can't find a nice way to put it, but he distresses me so!" Oh dear.

Reiner couldn't wait to see what kind of alias Petrel came up with this time.

"HALF DECENT POKEMON?! PERHPAPS I SHOULD BRING SEKMET HERE TO TURN YOU INTO NUCLEAR GOO YOU..." Thats what Arial screaming in his head and wish to say in Reiner face but he remain silent, wishing to kick Reiner face once again, but he maintain his compusture. He already screw one mission today, he dont need to do again. He simply reply: "Say the guy who almost get a shoot from Juliet, aaaand receive a kick comming from me. I think I am little more then decent Reiner along with my pokemon. Perhaps when we finish this, perhaps we should "settle" some things later."

Arial then feel the suspicious comming from Officer Angelica and simple smile. "Ah dont worry Ma'am about me. I may be a little crazy, but I am more then enough to take care myself. Me and Gaspar we are parthneers for a loooong time." Gaspar jump his shoulder and smile too. "We can fight anything who throw in our way. When this over Reiner, I want challenge you someday to a Pokemon battle. Lets who have the "half decent" pokemon team betweeen us. Being your bodyguard dont exclude me to fight you."

Reiner stares daggers at Arial.  "And if I recall correctly, you've been KOed twice today already, nearly got KOed a third time, and got completely wiped out in that same battle with Romeo and Juliet.  I think I have good reason to say what I did, based on what I know of you.  Actions speak louder than words, Arial, and you'll find yourself out of a job pretty quickly if you don't reign in your anger a little.  Now, let my friend here introduce himself so we can get a move on, please."

"Perhaps I should call a psycologic to do something about it. Along with that womanizer side you have. I already count "three" girls in your side man. You should be careful to not begin a ha..." Then Arial feel a chill in his spine almost feeling the death stare from Mew in some place in the shadows. No one could he, but he see Mew in the shadows with a death stare to make him dare to say that world. "Har...Hakuna Matata of course! I think I forgot something to do so dont mind me, hehehe." Arial let a nervous chuckle. Then he continue eating the pizza. "Besides, for the time being, I still continue to be your bodyguard as long I get paid my contratant. So yeah, you get use it."

(Mew doesn't even need to hide in shadows.  She can just straight up turn invisible on top of being able to teleport!  So yeah, have fun with that, not knowing if she's right behind ya or not! ) 

Reiner's still giving Arial a death stare too.  Petrel better defuse this quickly...

She held your gaze for a couple more moments, that note of concern still shining brightly in her eyes, before she hesistatedly nods her head and accept your decision without any hesistation or reservation. If her master says she is to work with him, then she graciously do it....with as much deliberation and care as possible for her. Until he proved himself otherwise, she was going to treat him as her old, surely, dodgy partner Wormwood (May he rest in pieces-err, peace): keeping her distance and avoiding talking to them if at all possible. At Arial's further comments, her head snapped back towards you with a large amount of worry and shock in them. Her Master was almost shot and killed by Juilet? Oh my! She wished that aiding him could have been a possibility at the time, but she was needed in the square to the panicked crowd under control, as he ordered her to. Their was also that dubious look in her eyes that said this time: "Do I have to fight him master? I really don't want to, but I'll do it for you."

Kyubi tilted her head at Angelica and fixed her with an scrutinizing stare, a bit perplexed by the bond she detected between her, Blissey, and her Master. From what she can tell, this person was increadily and passionately devoted to him, surpassing even her startling amount of Love and affection she held for the extremely generous man. However, it all felt sort of...weird to her. The fire fox could somehow tell that the bond was not artificial or forced, but at the same time it was 'coincidenatle' in some manner, and it felt so...pervasive on the woman's end. What ever the case it may be, her Master and the police officer looked as if you got along together wonderfully ('Is she a Mate of his'? Hmm...I have no problems with sharing him, but what about her?), so she had no real problem with them, in any case.

Emily gave the officer a happy wave and a smile, before she turned her attention back to her artpad, as she furiously adjusted and corrected for a few details. Its not as if they didn't want to speak with them, but they really wanted to make sure that her picture was the best it could possibly be! She only had one chance to impressed the legendary Mina, so she had to give her 110% effort and attention towards that goal!

Petrel, meanwhile, posture and body language istantly shifted into a more professional, yet still good hearted as he watched the conversation play out in front of him, before he stood up from his seat and told both you and Arial, with his finger waggling at the both of you : "That is enough of bickering, gentlemen. Save your energy for our patrol tonight, as we need all we have on hand, and fighting amongst ourselves is completely counter productive on top of that. Our enemy is plenty contemptuous for all of us to hate equally as is, so there should be no room to turn on ourselves!" He then turn and  bowed to Angelica, before he did as you asked.  "Greeting, mam. Its a pleasure to meet you in the flesh, as I can finally discover how much my friend's raving of your abilities and fortitude are fact and/or fabrication. No offense to you, of course, but my partner tends to get a bit overworked when it comes to the opposite sex despite his regular cool, bless his heart. My name is on a need to know basis, but you may call me Looker. I work for the International Police, and I've been hunting the criminal Codenamed : 'The Vampire' across several regions for many years, attempting to apprehend them and bring them to justice. Reiner, one of my contacts and close friends, alerted me that they are currently in the City three days ago, so I rushed over here to join up with him and his allies to put an end to that blood sucker's nightly reign of fear once and for all! Since you are here and everyone has been briefed about the killer, I assume, I say its about time we hit Celadon's streets, and see if we can't draw them to us..."

(You ready to 'begin' [It will take awhile before I can post more tonight, since I still have some studying/work to do] you meeting with Mina and/or possibly the Vampire? Remember, you can always speed dial the Merchant for any last minute supplies or items you need, just in case!)
