Ah, right, forgot they could do that. Well, at least Skorupi is still hanging around, so my plans weren't messed with, thankfully.

I know that. Chandelure is nice and my fave of the line, but I feel like Shiva is more fond of Lampent - maybe sometime after she settles down and has bonded enough with the Ghost (who will be her hatcher if she gets into professional Pokemon Breeding, rather than Fletchling) she'll look for another Dusk stone or craft one on her own with enough shards.

Oh yeah, just remembered there's one other move the Litwick line learns fairly early (relatively) that makes it incredibly dangerous: Inferno at 38. Only line that learns it faster is Ponyta's. So, yeah...now we have the two fastest Inferno learning pokemon in the group. Fun.
Oh, and Orthros can learn it too, though he learns it far, far later.

Well, I'm completely willing to give you Slowking, if for no other reason that its a great idea to keep a Lore wise Pokémon around in this campaign, but I want something in exchange for it as well. I just don't want to give away yet another valuable Item/Pokémon to Nathan without sufficient reason, but I also don't want to trade it away when its knowledge of Lore and Legends can greatly help out the party in the future, so if that is that, I suppose. Giving it to Shiva is also an option as well, but since see doesn't care much about History unless its connected to the Magical/its presented the right way, that is not too good of an idea as well.

Fair enough. Nathan just doesn't have a whole lot he can give currently. Zubat aren't exactly worth very much if they aren't shiny or incredibly exceptional (knowing Taunt probably isn't exceptional enough). Nathan would probably be more than willing to pay Ventus back later when he does find something (and debts are something he takes seriously, as we've seen already).
Unless Ventus would maybe find it interesting to look through Nathan's Journal? Knowledge has its own value, after all. And since Slowking is a pokemon that Nathan would have a decent personal interest in, he might be willing to let Ventus flip through the contents of his journal...

Hmm....I'm willing to accept Nathan being in debt to Ventus, in exchange for either a Rare/Valuable Item/Very Useful Battle Item , a rare enough Dragon/Steel/Ghost type Pokémon (*Mimikyu, hint hint*), a TM, or an appropreiate amount of Poke. Is that fine? As for the offer to share his Knowledge with them, Ven wouldn't desire to intrude on his privacy in anyway (He understand the value of secrecy himself), and since he (Nate) partially recorded what he learned in Mespirt's cave, that could lead to more problems than not if my character gets curious enough to inquire further into the matter...
Of course, in order for a debt to be paid, we have to know how much its worth. If Slowking was traded away, how much would it be worth in Poke/TMs/Items/Custom Made Pokémon, Iron? Just need a rough estimate, that is all!

Ven would be slightly worried if Shiva told him exactly how they convinced it to join them so peacefully/happily, and concerned about the potential of her being possessed by it if her Willpower falters, but he would be move past his reservations and gladly help her out with how to properly care for the spectral flame. Knowledge, preparation, and the right mindset is key to successfully navigate/accomplish risky and/or potentially dangerous tasks, especially if it involves something that can nom on your very soul if it gets irritated enough! My character would also be willing to demonstrate how a Ghost type like Litwi feeds on the life force of others, in order for her to steel herself to provide the same for it.
As for the evo stone, if Ven gets enough Rare Pokémon/Valuables, guess what he's going to get for her~

Thanks for replying! Hmm, Knowledge and an adult mind does Shiva have and she is smart and clingy to her soul enough to not be careless around/with the spectral candle, but she'd surely appreciate Ven helping her with preparations. Demonstrating how partly of life force is feeded to it would be a great bon as well, as long as it doesn't end up being harmful in the long run for Ven himself or Shiva if she makes it a habit...
It's delightful to see how he seemingly trusts her enough in being capable to handle the Ghost, instead of only plaquing her with concerns and worries.

So, I just checked Hidden Power's description since Slowking learns it as a 0 exp move...
...and it's very, very vague since it's essentially a Plot Device attack.
Yeah, that might come in handy...who knows what the heck it'll do, though...book doesn't even provide accuracy and damage rolls for it.

Oh, that reminds me, Iron, that I'll need the mechanics of Night Shade on Litwick please since we don't use a leveling system in this game.
