It doesn't, since while Ventus doesn't like Almanac at ALL, he is not going to turn his noise up on Items that can be increadibly useful for him or his Pokémon, unless they have unfortunate side effect/implications of their use. That, and I actually want Ventus to buy a deluxe version Almanac Pokedex, so that Porygon Z can hack into it/use it as a link to do/learn all sorts of unsavory things concerning them...

That's assuming that it's both electronic and it would even work properly after Porygon-Z came into direct contact with it...and that Porygon-Z would have some way to reliably communicate the information in the first place.

If it were a Porygon2, maybe that plan would have a little more potential to actually work as intended...

Much like in the games and anime, devolution isn't possible for the most part.

That said, though, Nathan does have a devolution item on hand (the Neverstone he got from Ventus).  But that's being saved for Kirlia because of how rare certain items are.

A different question, would anyone be interested in joining Shiva to the Shelter for disobedient Pokemon at some point? Might be interesting for at least Heart due to his disobedient Pokemon and Ventus who worked with such already. She certainly wants to go there to take a look at the place, spend some time with the Pokemon there and her caught Snubbull at the place (it's actually her very first disobedient Pokemon) and certainly adopt a few eggs once she learns in-chara that this is possible as well.

I was planning to go their alone with my character to have him see the excessive amount of Tangrowth and decide not to trade in the Stair City area/surrounding cities(OOC), and because such a place is very much relevant to his interests/he's curious to see what they Pokémon they have residing there and if he can possibly assist  them(IC). Afterwards, besides going to the Water Fountain and seeing what is up their or checking out the Library for information on the region's past with Legendary Pokémon, Dragon/Ghost types, How to Help Anti Socials Become Social, etc..

Of course, he's more than willing to spend the day with Shiva doing all this, and we still have to have that not date between the two of us, so perhaps we can do all this together! It'll certainly be easier for Iron to handle!

That can surely be arranged!~ Maybe Shelter---> Fountain---> Cafe for our two charas in one not-rushed go? Shiva needs to visit the Extension of the University at some point anyway due to the hatchling from that blackspotted egg, and since they have an esteemed library, the party could head there as a whole at some point and then conduct their own business/researches and meet up again afterwards.
