Drain Punch/Healing moves in general is also swank, as demostrated by Michael, Heal Tank of the century!

I completely overlooked that Noibat actually can learn Iron Tail via Tutor in gen 6, actually...whoops.
However, Piloswine can't. That Steel Tutor really is something special, isn't he, if he can teach those 3 Steel moves to ANY pokemon...

Hey, people, it's not even clear yet what will happen with that Pancham (though I may want to use him in Gym Battle 'gainst Dagny AND possibly in Little Cup), as meeting up with Professor Quickbeam is awaiting.
Nathan mentioning that he is the only one with a Dark Type will trigger a nice reaction. (Though no overreaction)

Well, there's no battles with Dagny happening currently as she's not accepting challengers due to the vines stressing her enough as it is, so that's one thing we can strike off the list of things to do (her gym trainers are still up for grabs though). I was considering having Nathan do some Little Cup as well, though. Might be interesting to see how Swiftfire and Skiddo (still need to find a good time to give him his nickname...) work together in a battle...

Well, after meet with the party to fill the information, and go to the party perhaps Heart should do some battles or something like that. Which reminds me I need to level up some attributes of Heart. And get some Exp for Viktor and let him learn forest curse. That move would help a lot: Avoid STAB moves from the enemy, make a enemy weak to any other types of weakness, or mess with the strategy, even in dual battles. And perhaps I should teach some new moved to Rose. I think begin the adventure with a Monferno wasn't was my better idea. Perhaps a Chinchar would be more wise.

I know that Dagny is busy, thank you as well. Gym Battle has no priority for Shiva anyway.

Well, Forest's Curse doesn't actually change the target's current type at all, just tacks on an additional one so they now have two or even three types (as long as they aren't already a Grass type). Pumpkaboo got the better end of the deal for the most part since it can actually benefit quite a lot from sticking a ghost type on its enemy (now they're guaranteed to be weak to one of your STABs if they aren't Dark nor Normal Type!), while Phantump's is only for supporting a team member in some way for the most part by giving them Grass STAB or making the opponent more vulnerable to Grass's weaknesses (well, Trevenant could use Poison Jab or X-Scissor if you used a TM, I guess, but that requires a little more work than Trick-or-Treat followed by a damaging Ghost move. Making some pokemon 8x weak to certain types Grass is weak to could be fun, though, which is an advantage Forest's Curse could have if the niche can be exploited).
Rose is still wrecking a lot of stuff with CC. Just need a bit more ability to spam attacks before it REALLY starts hurting. And that's where the attribute leveling comes in. More variety in usable moves can't hurt either, of course.

Well, Phantump can still help a lot. Bring a third type or a second is even better to cause 8x to certain species. Still, I will need teach some move to help him cause damage. And of course a Ghost STAB with decent power.
Also more ability to spam would help a lot. And I was thinking if I should add Rhyhorn in the team or not....Have six weakness sucks a lot.

Hmmm...Ground and Rock...what if we throw in Grass as well since Forest's Curse support is an option? Let's see...you're then 2x weak to Grass and Water, 4x weak to Ice, still 2x weak to fighting, 2x weak to bug, Fire is neutral, Poison is neutral, Ground is neutral, and Flying is also now neutral...yeah, never mind. That probably causes a lot more problems than it fixes.
However, maybe Rhyperior would be a bit better at convincing you it's not a terrible idea. Solid Rock is an AMAZING ability (all SE moves do -1 damage, which can completely eliminate your 2x weaknesses and still help with 4x ones. And with Solid Rock, Rock/Ground/Grass effectively only has one weakness to Ice, surprisingly. Even without Forest's Curse, Rhyperior with Solid Rock are still only effectively weak to 2 types and have quite a few more resistances), and the one you're Rhyhorn will have if it evolves into Rhyperior since it has Rock Head. The only trick would be getting a Protector...

He was. I still wish Dies Irae hadn't left for a lot of reasons. :'( He was an awesome addition to the party. Just for curiosity, why he left the party? Both Did Irae and his character.
OOC is a story for another time.
In character, Vincent chased after a Voltorb on Route 01. There aren't any wild Voltorb on Route 01. It's presence there is seemingly connected to strange plants that we simply know are called Deyo Flowers. Nathan has a couple in his bag currently that he's had since we reached Corsage Port. He's also got Deyo Powder, which is an herbal medicine that grants the consumer temporary HP. Wherever Deyo Flowers are, a pokemon not normally found in the immediate area is almost certain to appear (Staryu can't be found on Route 01 either, but that's where Nathan got his. It might also be why we found a Comite just outside Corsage Port). Oh, and Ventus absolutely despises these flowers due to their fae-like appearance and how 'bewitching' they are for some pokemon (not all pokemon enjoy them though. Kirlia likes the flowers the most out of all the party's pokemon, but Swiftfire would rather avoid them, for example)
Anyways...that Voltorb blew up in a juggler's face. The juggler was fine in the end, but the Voltorb went flying far, far away, towards the Great Divide. Vincent couldn't leave a rogue Voltorb lying around, so he separated from the party and went after it. After that, for unknown reasons, he decided to strike out on his own instead of continue traveling with the group like Mallorn had originally told him to do. The group doesn't know this, but the egg incubator that Pancham egg was in had been slightly damaged by the Voltorb's Self-Destruct, so OOC, I believe Vincent sent the egg to the group because he didn't have sufficient tools to continue caring for it.
All we know of Vincent's last known activities are he supposedly saw a Vivillon while in the Great Divide (pattern only known to Vincent so far), and that he did manage to reach a town/city okay afterwards (probably Stair City since that's the general direction Voltorb flew in). We haven't heard from him since, but Nathan has his phone number (don't remember if Shiva and Ventus do or not, though)
I just hope one day he returns and join the group again. Even though I know that is probably impossible...but hope it's the last to die!

That could awesome. And he have access to many types of powerful moves. But Venipede probably going to stay in the party. I like very much the Poison types, but I must be very strategic to make sure my team don't have so many weakness. I already have two members weak to fire (Venipede and Phantump) so I must find something to cover the weakness. Like moves and items. Thanks Arceus I have the three mostly important types in one balance team: Fire (Rose), Water (Gustav), and Grass (Viktor). No only that but I have Fighting and Ghost type. Hmm what would important to add.... Perhaps a pseudo-legendary would important to adds in the future for more attack power. Or a bulk Pokemon to be tanker of the team.
Gastrodon would be a interesting choice since he have only weakness to Grass, but it's water who complicate some things. Steelix would be cool, and have access to Mega. So many options and so little time...any suggestions?
