Both of Mina's dear and loyal companions continued to silently stare at one another, silently communicating with one another and mulling over which would be the one, until a short while later they came to a decision. Turning their head away from the fae dragon, the A-Ninetales pulled itself of their beloved master's depated form, giving her one last sorrowful and tearful look, before tearing their sights away and padding over to stand in front of you. 'It will be I that will offer my life, in exchange for her own. Luxelong is better served remaining by my master, as their powers and Ability can better safeguard them in the living world, while  my powers would bestow upon her my fleetness and my artic protections. .....She also desired to experience the cold the same as I, enjoying it to the utmost instead of having to shy away. When she awakens from death, tell them I am grateful for all the wonderful times we have shared, and for her to remain strong and commited to her passion, and to remain as always has been: carefree, serene, and at peace with the world. Tell her not to mourn greatly for me, for I will always be a part of her forever more, providing for them what I could not as I am now.... "

'I must warn you, this is going to be painful, Ninetales.  You should prepare yourself mentally to feel pain the likes of which you've never felt before.  Luxelong, we're going to need a little space please.  Also, this isn't going to be a pretty sight, so you should decide whether you're going to watch or not before I begin.  Mina will likely be distressed, and since we haven't found her Ribombee yet, you'll have to comfort her until we do.'

Luxelong, not one to balk at just about anything imaginable or conceivable, gave you a look worthy of a Steel type and shook its head. They would stand witness to their master's resurrection, so that they would be able to support them in an instant when it comes time for them to awaken. The lucky dragon did back up as you requested, however, as they rather not be an impediment to the one that is answer their most keen Wish....

A-Ninetales gave you a firm nod, before it readied itself for the ritual, closing its eyes and whispering 'Good bye' as they waited for the both of us to begin.

Suddenly, you felt a presense welling up within and without you, encompassing the entirety of your being as it filled you with POWER and KNOWLEDGE to revive Mina Mab in pristine, perfect condition. Creation.....Destruction......Void......Existence.......they were a heavy yet familiar burden that rested upon your shoulders. You are reminded of the time when you gazed upon that which was MEW....

(Even though I dictated that a price must be paid, a life must be lost....)

Both Mina and A-Ninetales took on a bright, almost blindingly white glow, reminiscent of the light of Evolution! You felt your POWER be guided by an outside force that is almost beyond your comprehension, were it not for Mew's connection to the beyond.

And it was so.

Gone was the snowy fox, its life and very being sacrificed for the one he loved above all else in this world.

In his wake, lay Mina Mab, lying on a bed of freshly fallen snow, hands clasped across her chest with an peaceful smile on their face, as if they were just experiencing a pleasant dream.

Her hair had turned pure white, and had grown to even longer proportions, with most of its length being splayed behind her head as if it were some sort of halo. Additionaly, their skin had turned pale as the slush she laid upon, and it seemed that they had undergone a bit of a growth spurt, as she looked to be around the same height as Valarie now, though strangely her clothes still fit her perfectly.... [Your welcome, guys!]

She was sleeping right now, slowly but surely breathing in the now frigid night air, as an aura of magical cold seemed to surround her form. Not that it deterred either you or Luxelong, who came to their master's side in an instant, checking and confirming for themselves that indeed they were alive and well! He let out a triumphant cry into the night, joyful that you made his Wish prefectly come true, but their was a note of sadness within it, as he knew their friend had to die for this to be....

(I've done my part in this exchange and fulfilled my original purpose in speaking with you, so I believe its time for me to go back to observing once more.)

(I am not suggesting anything.  The choices are entirely yours.  I only dropped in now to reassure you of that.  You have no need to fear 'us.')

Wait a second...hadn't 'she' just said that?  'She'd' just spent the last minute or so talking with this 'Dragonstrike,' right?

[Hehehe...oh, Reiner...Windos is not the only one with control here, though mine is certainly much more limited...best regain your wits, though.  No need to panic everyone else.  You're not in the best condition right now, after all...]

Urgh...'she' was really, really tired all of a sudden...the effects of the battle and exertion of that power...they must be starting to get to 'her'...

'She' couldn't collapse in exhaustion yet, though...had to revive 'Reiner'...had to deal with this unkillable monster...had to...do so much...still...through sheer force of Will, 'she' keeps going.  There'd be time to rest soon enough...

'Let me know when she wakes up, Luxelong.  I hope it's soon...we need to get off these streets, and I'd rather we try to avoid answering questions for the authorities when half of us aren't in the best condition right now...'

'Mew' floats back over to 'Reiner' retrieving yet another item from his person...one of the Hacked Pokeballs.  Which 'she' promptly uses on the now extremely vulnerable and unable to resist Buzzwole.  'Okay, that wasn't quite how I expected this to go, but we don't have much choice right now if we want to keep this from reaching prying ears and eyes.  Kingdra, can you wash away the blood, please?'  

'Mew' floats over to Angelica next.  'Alright, I'm finished.  Mina's back, safe and sound, and Buzzwole is a non-issue for the foreseeable future.  Mina's slightly changed, but that seems to be an unavoidable consequence.  Let me take a closer look at what Looker's got here before we do anything with it...'

Moments later after expressing to 'herself' of her bone weariness after both grueling battles and the Improved Revival Ritual, 'she' suddenly experience a surge of power welling up in her, curing her of their tiredness and Pain, but not their wounds/HP loss! Perhaps being in close contact with the 'DM' all this time unlocked a tiny shred of Mew's repressed/burnt out power?

Or maybe I'm just being more generous or kind to the poor 'man'? Ohohohoho!

Regardless, you successfully captured Buzzwole in the Hacked Pokeball, adding it to your team....or at least removing it from this world in some capacity! Has -108/108 HP right now, and will have 12/12 Base HP once it fully revives. Blood Ragger Ability is removed until further notice, its Main ability is nerfed [That Which Should Not Be: No longer gives + 1 to all Attributes, but Still Max Intimidation, Will Points can't be spent in its presense period, and OHKO/Lethal moves have limited effectiveness [OHKO moves only works one per Encounter, and only takes of 1/2 its Max HP, while Lethal Damage doesn't 'work' in most cases], but its Ultra Beast Aura still remains as is. Moves are Superpower, Lunge, Leech Life, Bulk Up, Torment, Base Moves, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Sleep Talk, Taunt, and Roost. Disobedience is 5, Happiness is 0, but its Loyalty is.....2? What?

While Kingdra and Yang (Who summoned a small localized Rain Cloud) worked to scrub away the thick, ichorous like Ultra Beast blood away from the streets, you went over to check over the total haul that Angelica managed to pry out of 'Looker' , and add to the pile was 6 Hyper Potions, 6 Full Heals, another two vials of PP Up, what looked to be Z-Crystals (Poison, Ghost, Fairy, Fly, Fight, Dark) , a Keystone , five shots of Turbo, and......at least 20 Pounds of C4 and Thermite (Each), with what looks to be a dead man's switch.

The TMs from earlier were as follows: Toxic EX (Deals 2 Damage per Round instead of 1 if target fails check; Damage Scales with HP), Wil-lo-Wisp EX (No Accuracy Penalty, Inflicts Burn 3), Aerial Ace EX (+ 2 Damage, Modified to be Lethal), and Skill Swap EX (Works on ANY Pokémon without Fail, + 1 Priority). All hacked to be teachable to ALL Pokémon, and are quite illegal to possess to boot! Conveniatly, though, is a waver/affidavit from the National Guard that authorized him to own/use those TMs as he sees fit, as well as his Gun, the Drugs, and the C4/Thermite on his person.

...Petrel really must have been worried about you.

Your police officer is busy reading the statement right now, her eyes widened with disbelief and what looks to be slight indignation at the fact that 'Looker' was not only authorized to hold all this clearly DANGEROUS AND ILLEGAL ITEMS, but was allowed to use them freely?!  She knew that Ultra Beasts were no trifling matter, especially seeing as she witnessed it nearly tear apart her Master and his team, but...but.... He was a charming oddball to the lady (Though he by no means measured up to the glory that was her Master!), but all this contraband was quite disheartening for her to see....

'...Looker takes his job VERY seriously, Angelica.  He deals with some of the most dangerous situations out there.  I don't know what exactly he does all the time, but I do know he always comes prepared for any eventuality, and is deviously crafty when it suits him.  I'm not surprised in the slightest that he was carrying all this.'

[Note: This is also before the point in the timeline where all of Looker's pokemon perished/disappeared for unknown reasons, I assume.  We can probably also assume the actual Looker and Nanu have come face to face with Guzzlord already.]

'...well, I'm not about to let all of this preparation go to waste.  We're not even close to being out of danger yet.  We'll just 'borrow' a little of what he's brought since it could be useful later.  He can always get more supplies later, anyways.'

'Mew' separates from the pile 3 Hyper Potions, 3 Full Restores, 3 Full Heals, all 3 Max Revives, .500 ammo [what's half of 'plenty'?], some Rare Candies [how many are there?  Taking at least 2, but need a definitive amount before I can say exactly how many are taken], 1 of the 3 PP Ups, and all 4 TMs.


'That should suffice for our purposes.  Alright, let's get Reiner standing again so we can get all this put away properly before we rouse Looker.'

'Mew' grabs one of the Max Revives and very quickly floats on over to Reiner.  Ooh, boy, I doubt 'he' is going to be in a very good mood when 'he' wakes up...'Mew' is probably going to be fairly quick to try and keep him quiet so 'she' can have a private 'talk' with 'him.'

When everyone is doing all of this events, Arial was be dragging by the Vampire, snoring loud all the the way to the "safe place". Today the Vampire will not sleep well!

"....I understand, sir. The though of him using all these horrible Items or leveling a city block with that heavy ordinance makes me feel ill....but sometimes the laws has to use whatever means to fulfill their role: to protect and serve the public. These....these MONSTERS certainly necessitiate such extreme measures, given how indominable they are to all but a small army of equally tough Pokémon working together,  but I'm glad that we didn't have to use them in this battle....or have the chance to."

"If you desire to use this contraband in the future, I understand and accept this as your will, sir, but....please be careful with them. I don't want you or anyone else to be harmed needlessly by such Lethal means. Please forgive me of my impudence, sir, but I had to voice my concern....." Angelica said, her voice sad, a little tired, but ultimately permissive/accepting of 'Looker' and you utilizing this blatently dangerous and illegal contraband. Your will was absolute, and what more she agreed with your rationale, but that doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't find the Items or their probable use distasteful as hell.

You take all the specified Items, and both of the Rare Candies that your police officer managed to find on 'Looker's' person. You also take the time to fully reload M.E. and box of .500 Rounds [Contains 12 Rounds, so you have 3 Chambers worth of Ammo total] when the kind heart officer isn't looking, as you don't really want to distress them any more than she is right now.

After you were finished collecting your spoils from your knocked out best friend [He'll understand, and would most likely do the same as well in this situation!], you floated over to 'Reiner' and used a Max Revive on them....to absolutely no effect. The medical Item was not used up, and you partner in so many things remained bruised, battered, beaten up, and Fainted. It was then you remember one key little detail that was missed in the breakneck pace of recent events: you (As 'Reiner') already had used a Max Revive earlier to remain conscious from Beautifly's Air Cutter attack, which means that Healing Items are more or less ineffective for 'him' for the time being. You estimate that 'he'll' be conscious by tomorrow Morning [Its still technically Thursday Night, so 2 Encounter Slots if you count the one you are on], but that doesn't really  help you any right now....
"HeheheHa...looks like you'll have to endure being the mythical prankster with your Partner's assistence for the rest of this night, my little drake.... Oh well~!"
Meanwhile, Emily had finally managed to excavate Kyubi from the rubble, and was helping guide her to Wigglytuff's side for treatment of their wounds, since they were not Fainted, just had 0 HP presently. It seems their Willpower and Love for their master was so strong that she would not Faint unless she knew he was alright, and given the weak yet intensely terrified/worried look on her face at 'Reiner's' prone form.... The little miss was forced to kindly but firmly hold them in place while the other pink fluffball began apply a salvo of Heal Pulses on them, as otherwise the fire fox would rushed/limped over to 'you' and possibly hurt themselves even more in their panic over 'your' health. At this point would any mishap on their part would result in Lethal Damage, which was something the girl did NOT want them to suffer from again! The kitsune had already died once for old, caring (but still a Cunt!) lover, so Emily didn't want them to them to have to make another trip to Limbo and have to be revived again; not unless it was unavoidable!

What now, mate?

[Well, I suppose that's a reasonable limitation on the Max Revives, even if the book doesn't say they have one due to how rare they tend to be, being found in very limited quantities in the games.  Lotteries, Pickup, and Rock Smash rocks are the most common ways to get more, though it's possible to find them in Sinnoh's Underground and buy them from Join Avenue/with Pokemiles.  Regardless, time for Reiner to find a way to compensate...]

'...rats...well, that throws that plan out the window...well, I have one other idea, but I doubt that'll work...probably need to do it anyways, though...'

'Angelica, PLEASE don't say ANYTHING about what's happened to the others.  Leave the reveal to me, and be careful about how you address me.  Think what you want to say instead of saying it if you have to.  I'll still hear it.  (And yes, I know about the shrine.)  I know you figured out what happened due to the unique...bond we share, but the last thing we need right now is for anyone else to find out and panic before I've properly discussed this with Mew.  Yes, if you haven't figured that out yet, Mew is currently 'me.'  I don't know why...'

'Haaaa...alright, calm down, Reiner, calm down...this isn't the time to panic...breathe in...breathe out...yeah, I'm glad Looker didn't have the chance to use some of the more extreme stuff as well.  Particularly since the explosives probably would have cost us more than the Vampire, considering the amount of punishment that Ultra Beast could take.  A Horn Drill straight through the chest, and it's STILL somehow alive...though, weirdly, I also felt a little...loyalty when I captured it...something I'll probably have to deal with later...I appreciate your concern over me using this stuff.  It shows you've got a good heart.  I deal with a lot of stuff that warrants the usage of these kinds of items, though, so I'd rather have the option than not.'

'Anyways...I think going to the hotel is probably off limits at this point since we can't seem to rouse 'me.'  We'll have to rouse Looker, wake Mina and explain what happened, and then likely retreat to the Center...there's still time for Emily to meet Mina...it'll just probably have to be without 'me' and not at the original location...I'm sure the Center should work, though...Mina will probably want to be somewhere safe after tonight regardless, and there's no safer place than there.'

'Well, let me just put all those items in Reiner's bag real quick...on the plus side, having 3 Max Revives is better than 2...oh, but these aren't going in the bag.  Nope, using them right away.  Please forgive me for doing this to you, my friend...'

Both Rare Candies end up being fed to 'Reiner.'  Mew probably wasn't going to be very happy with that...on the plus side, though, 'Mew' now feels MUCH more filled with Vitality (and so do the rest of Reiner's pokemon)!  [Halving Vitality both times to level it up to 4 for 15 EXP and 5 for 20, for a total of 35 EXP spent.  That's one stat maxed out.  Any side effects for Rare Candies ala the Carbos, or are they as is?]

'Okay, if that doesn't wake 'him' up, nothing will except time...'

[Fun Fact: Using a Rare Candy on a pokemon in the games revives them if they're fainted (mostly due to gaining HP, but it will still revive Shedinja even though it can't gain any adidtional HP).  Not sure if that'll work here, but hey, it's worth a shot since it technically isn't a healing item!  Might work on Kyubi, Felicia, Weavile, and Shiinotic, at the very least.  Probably not on Arbok though if it doesn't work on 'Reiner'...]

'Ugh...why is this taking so long?  I'm not gauging any kind of reaction at all...did it work or not?  I was expecting at least a grimace of some kind...it feels like I've been waiting here for waaaayyyy too long...'

Everything's...frozen.  Effectively stopped in time.

(As I alluded to, when Windos is away, things can't progress.  Well, most things, anyways.  There are a few exceptions, you being one of them, but the scope of those exceptions is still fairly limited.  For example, you can't currently move from that spot where you're floating.)

'What?  That's ridiculous.  Surely I can...'

As 'she' goes to move, though...'she' can't.

'...you have got to be kidding me...'

(Welcome to Mew's perception of the world.  You're going to have to get used to it, as you'll never be able to look at your world the same way again from this point on, even after you return to your original form and become unable to physically perceive your world in this manner.  It was inevitable that you'd eventually come to this realization as soon as you swapped bodies with your partner, so I decided I'd speed things along for you in this case.)

A small holographic screen appeared right in front of 'Mew', causing them to briefly startle from its sudden intrusion in 'her' personal space, but not much else due to being 'frozen in time' in all way that matter.

As the name suggests, It'll allow you to witness and observe event from different universe, timeless, alternate realities etc.. in what ever time format you desire and regardless if said universe if 'real' or 'fictional'. It also act as act as a computer interface, allowing you to play any video game you think of, read any form of literature you can imagine, play any movie of television show you desire,etc.. )

(It can even allow you to access our version of the Internet, though I wouldn't recommend you utilize this feature unless you have something specific in mind you want to research/access, or have a crippling case of boredom that can't be cured any other way. 'Our' database isn't hazardous to your mental wellbeing, nor is it beyond your comprehension, but there are plenty of unsavory articles of information here that would prove less than...pleasant if you stumble upon them without preparation or the right frame of mind/reference. Just a friendly warning!)
