Frost at the rim of the Fountain... In that season? How weird, but at the same time Shiva couldn't help but to very faintly stroke over the frost. It was cold (obvious), but ice had the trait to layer everything from the petals of a rose to the thorns of a strub and somehow calm and silence them both while adding a mystic touch...

Just as the staircase moved and successfully ended Shiva's mind wandering away into a snowy land, that relatively bored looking(?) Trainer with his Squirte appeared and displayed what exactly Shiva desired to do as well - follow the staircase around the Fountain, then send in a coin to the center as well and have her Pokemon contribute water as well...

Azurill was indeed not listed. But, how would the species if it only EVOLVES into a Water Type? Damn, if she only had thought about this earlier... Eh, anyway, now that she, Azurill and Ven were already here and such cases seem to be accepted as well - doesn't matter whether her wish may not come true, it was the gesture and giving her blue mouse some joy that mattered - she'll do so anyway.

Going through the records - she surely enjoyed the technology on how these records are kept - , she was wondering about those Megas and Alolamon... The latter didn't even live in this region, did they? Weird... A different photo caught her attention immediately though. It was that Azumarill - or more the person BESIDE the Pokemon, probably its owner. She simply couldn't help but to stare at the photo/the person in awe, confusion, suprise, dislike and even a tiny little bit sadness... It didn't even needed her to look at the top hat her blue mouse was nestled in while being in her arms to recognize that one. He/she looked like a magician or maybe a performer? The picture must have been taken during summer, last year? Shiva can't remember any hot day since she arrived in Chreshire...

Azurill nudging her to get a better look at the picture caught her attention. "Azu..." It was just a little bit louder than a whisper, both that awe and confusion were also audible. "Is that person beside that Azumarill... *lifting Azurill in her top hat to have her take a closer look at the picture* who I strongly think it is? Do you recognize that Azumarill and the person beside it, even if turned backwards to the camera? How do you... feel about seeing that person?"


(Is it actually possible for Shiva to somewhat download that particular picture onto cell? If not, she'll simply take a picture ot the picture, 'cause such a hint can not be left there.)

Order: Ventus is going to follow Shiva around the city today as planned, but if their is a chance to have a battle at the Fountain, I'm willing to place $1000 Poke on a Battle Versus Apsis that  A) She has a type advantage towards B) Only one Healing Item per match C) (This is an absolute condition) Does not have Sleep inflicting moves, and D) No OHKO moves. That's all from me for now, folks!

For $1000, Ventus can't find a true pushover battle, but he finds a trainer with a Flareon who agrees to all those conditions.

(I'll Flashback to the earlier questions Shiva posed later, since I have to head to my night classes soon! Sorry, dear!)

While Shiva was examining the fountain and all the Water types that contributed towards its current volume, Ven decided to instead search for a worthy enough opponent for Apsis, as he felt that her current rate of growth could stand to accelerate. Eventually, after placing down a hefty wager of $1000 Poke and placing some (to him) fair battle stipulation for the match, he was approached by trainer that owned a particularly fierce looking Flareon. Thinking it over briefly, the empath decided to accept their challenge, saying to them: "I would be delighted for our Pokémon to dual one another. Hopefully your Flareon's spirt burns radiant and bright, for my Arbok has a tendency to overshadow all her opponents with her impressive and initimidating stature! Wish you the very best, my friend!"

Order: Send out Apsis when they accept, and await the turn order before making any definitive battle plans. After all, this IS a $1000 Poke Difficulty Opponent we are talking about!

Porygon could bring the file onto your cell, but otherwise the photos are intended to stay where they are. A picture of the picture would work fine.

Azurill actually smiles a bit, looking at that photo. She gives your finger a hug, showing you are her master now. Actually, you notice she's not looking at what is clearly her old master, but rather at that Azumarill. She clearly has a ton of respect for the rabbit Pokemon.

+1 Happiness to Azurill when she adds some water to the fountain in combination with seeing this picture.

Seeing such loyalty towards her and not what indeed must be Azurill's old Master - because, who else now to think about it? - was enough to melt Shiva's heart. Of course she couldn't help but to return the tiny hug the blue mouse gave her in a warm delight, sharing that moment with her... While keeping a glance from the side on that Azurmarill on screen. "You could become such a rabbit as well... One day, maybe... You'd have to become a Marill fist, but you remember that I promised you that I'll help you evolve, do you? Of course you do... Oh my..." That old man must have given her at least one weird look by now, as she stood there watching through the records and sharing a moment with an Azurill. Loosening the hug a little.

"Okay, now... You want to contribute some of your water as well? Use Water Gun like that Squirtle or a strong blast of Bubble Beam, as you please. You may NOT YET be real Water Type, but who cares, right? Wait a moment though, let me at first..." From wallet Shiva selected a coing of 2$ and stared at it for a moment, before flipping it in an almost ceremonial movement to the center of the Fountain to the other coins that where already there. Before closing eye and folding hands to a silent prayer/wish...

First of, I thank thee greatly that I have a family at home who cares about me and have gotten the chance to travel this journey and meet amazing Pokemon that I am delighted to call my companions...
All I wish for...

Strenght means being able to endure hard times.
Strenght means resilience to not break down when things are troublesome.
Strenght means a will to not loose hope in dire situations.
Strenght means being a Master to my Pokemon they can look up to.
Strenght to not only become a professional Breeder in far future, but also a skillful Trainer to unburden my path and being accepted by others.
... I am not strong, but is it too much to ask for when I say that I desire to become strong? Yet I don't really know how to do that... Please, stand by me and let the stars guide me into the right direction.

Shiva didn't even notice that a different person was coming up from the other end of the stair. It'll probably be this random NPC's call to bring up an idea of a friendly 4vs4 battle, maybe as some sort of Training for Little Cup?

She'll surely agree, to the following conditions that is: Only unevolved Pokemon. No fainting. No usage of items. No poisoning or badly poisoning any Pokemon. As for a wager, nothing too harsh... 400$ sound alright to her? On her side, Kyuu and Nighshade will open the battle, Poochyena(!) and Cottonee as third and fourth Pokemon.

Azurill can play or splash at the Fountain meanwhile, or be recalled into her Pokeball if she desires.

The speaker is a surprisingly bulky man with an Incubator under one arm and a bright pink cap covered in Pokeballs.

As the conversation progresses, he agrees to a battle, and sends out Vulpix and Oddish.
