He was impressed at the variety of stress care and Disobedience curbing devices at their disposal, though he noticed a distinct lack of medical supplies and anesthetic/tranquilizers, and voiced as much to the lady. Does the Pokémon Center cover all the medical care for the Shelter instead, or you are unable to afford such things on top of this other equipment? Orders: Rose to grab Spinda other hand, then if he try to use any close move, begin to spin around when summoning the Flame Wheel. With this close range its almost impossible to miss. The centrifugal force will increase the power of the close range Flame Wheel like a tornado and cause Spinda a serious damage. Pokemon is science too.

There is an unsettling pop as Rose grabs Spinda's left hook. From Rose's wince, it looks like Monferno's wrist dislocated. Monferno takes 2 dmg and becomes confused from pain 5/7hp -1 pain.

Then the loyal monkey Monferno carries the momentum onward in a fiery judo move; she's gonna make it count.

Spinda is whipped around and around in a fiery tornado, then released. Monferno falls down at the end, but is ready to hop back up and continue the fight! She did really well considering the critical hit she experienced. With another pop, she twists her own wrist back into place.

Seeing the small Stunky eat away the cookie she offered to it surely made Shiva feel a little better, and given the high-pitched thankful squeak the same could be said for the skunk. Only now she realized it doesn't smell bad - it was close enough to be carefully petted over the head as well. But in the end Shiva didn't made it to do so and preferred to just watch as it didn't move away from that young lady who offered cookies. 'Will you adopt me?' that Stunky seemed to wordlessly say to Shiva, twitching its tail in careful anticipation. 'I'm very sorry to refuse, lil' one', Shiva sadly and wordlessly replied.

Good call on the music. Even if jazz wasn't too much of her taste. At first, she was very startled and didn't even know what was happening, before that bright smile/grin of a familiar Sociologist caught her and made her understand. He had experience with disobediant Pokemon... That tour mast have been his idea... Maybe it wasn't SUCH a bad idea anymore to visit the Shelter. If she just stays by his side. Speaking of sides, such a professional side from Ven was new but pleasant to her as well.

The very first though about the Tool Room that came to her was...how she probably could spend hours in here with selected Pokemon and it'd never get boring. Her electric rodents would surely enjoy that shock collar, even if they're very happy with their Master already. That Stunky would maybe enjoy the... NO! 'Get out of my mind!!!'

The mentioning of 'Super secret' somewhat helped to get rid of the very veeery odd thought of Shiva running through an adventure camp with a young bullied purple skunk. She didn't reply much to the plea of the receptionist to keep that elusive locked item a secret, a confident "Won't tell. Promised." with an audible hint of curiosity was suffiecient.

Okay, THAT was certainly worth the sight, as well as locking it away for safety. Not only an Ability Capsule, but even one that adds or changes ability to pleasant Cloud Nine... How sweet and overly practical. Shiva also heard of a region called Orre, but didn't managed to connect this name with something specific. It having to do with some weird 'darker' Pokemon she heard/was warned about from her father was all she would name certain.

Does the capsule contain any special substances or is planned to do so, and would the Pokemon receiving the capsule be aware of the 'change'?"
