Kirlia looks at Ventus...and shakes his head.  Nope.  Nope nope nope nope nope.  Whatever's wrong, it's got nothing to do with Ventus.  Kirlia knows that much.  And he also gives Ventus a pointed look for the rather...opinionated emotions concerning Orthros. 

He picks up a piece of cake for Nathan, and then motions to his best friend that they should probably go now since things are wrapping up, and the trainer has finally finished the lasagna he'd grabbed.  This hadn't been as good for him as Kirlia had thought it was going to be...

Before Nathan goes, though, he does say something to Heart.  "Thanks for the meal...been awhile since I last had lasagna..."

Nothing more than that is said by him, and then he and Kirlia have headed back to one of the private back rooms to wait for that call from Dagny...

Heart nod his head in thanks to Nathan. One last thing Heart was want to say tough. "Well, I didnt think all Deltas is bad in my opinion. Yeah, there might a few ones who is dangerous to people, but there is any pokemon who is not dangerous? Gardevoir for example can create mini-black holes to protect his trainer. Entei create vulcans during each roar. What I trying to say is: Delta or not, they are not still Pokemon? I dont know about you guys, but if someday I would find a Delta and add to my party, that would be the happiest day in my life. I dont know if is just sense of adventure is saying that or if because I rare Pokemon collector, but I think it is just what I feel. Thats it what my soul says."

Heart blush a little about Ventus statement. "Err-e well, I dont know what to say. I simple learn to cook in my own, but I gladly to know you all like. If you need someone to cook, call me my friend." Then Heart make a packet lunch with a piece of cake and lasangna and give to each one: Valder, Nathan, Shiva, Ventus and his roommate Kurp. "Just in case you all feel hungry again. Wish you all a good night everyone. See you all tomorrow."

(I'll say Nathan took the offered leftovers as well.  He quite liked the lasagna, even if he wasn't able to enjoy it as much as he should have.)

The Psychic dancer's initial response garnered them a raised eyebrow and slight tilting of their own head, somewhat confused as to why they felt as he thought was to blame for Nathan's dismal mood, as the empath would have instantly be able to divine the cause behind it if that were the case. He's experience/sensitive enough to know when he's the cause of someone's change in emotion or mental state, but Kirlia could be forgiven for assuming otherwise. As for the Look, Ventus gave them an unfazed one of their own that basically conveyed the notion 'I'm certainly more entitled than most in my beliefs of Orthros and his ilk' and 'I'm not exactly wrong in feeling that way, though, am I?', before they decided to pay no mind to them. Kirlia was a few decades too young to guilt trip him about his own feelings, especially when he has good reasons for them, dang it!

Kirlia just gives a small sigh and follows Nathan out of the room.  That's exactly the kind of thinking Nathan's trying to dissuade...

 Valder does indeed love the smell. Food is precious to Valder.
He watches his boss eagerly as the lasagna is being sliced. He finds it invigorating to watch the lasagna plate divide as strings of cheese is being stretched out between it.

Shiva thankfully accepted the packed up piece of lasagna and Eeveelution-cake from Heart (added to Inventory in charasheet~), and when he handed it to her, she spoke a few more words to him in lower voice and a faint smile, only audible for him. "No need to be sorry... I like how you always have hope."

"Eh, yes, of course these Deltas are still Pokemon... They deserve living like any other Pokemon. Some may be - are - dangerous, some have a aggressive temper and need special handling... Sometimes, even professionals fail to keep the calm." Something ringed in her mind about that, but Shiva strictly refused to think of a particular Poison/Ground Type in this moment. Instead, she watched Nathan leave, before...

(...) before turning towards his blessed friend and offered them their hand with a expectant smile on his face.

"With dinner now concluded, shall we now call your parents in Castelia, or do you wish to turn in for the night and sleep off Heart's scrumptious cooking. I'm amenable to either plan, honestly."

...taking Ven's hand in a faint smile displaying silent pleasant anticipation. "No, I'd like to call them now, please..." *checking the time on cell* "At this hour, we have the best chances to catch Dad online." ... "Thanks again for the food Heart, wishing you a pleasnt sleep as well. Ven and me will head to the Shelter for disobediant Pokemon early in the morning, so please do forgive us if you don't spot us then."

With that said, out of the room Heart resites in she and Ven go, heading directly to the nearest PC Nurse Joy described earlier! A few clicks and entered passwords later, "Connection to Unova is being stablished, please wait..." (Your call now, @Iron)

"Hello? Oh, SHIVA! Hello, darling! Looks like you were able to get a great connection, how neat! Eh...who is this handsome gentleman?"

The 'handsome' gentleman (He really didn't think he looked THAT good) gave Shiva's father a small, measured, and measured nod of his head, and introduced himself to them. "Salutations, good sir. My name is Ventus Zackarieh, a Unovain Pokémon Researcher and traveling companion to your daughter on her journey through Cheshire. Its a pleasure to meet you, sir, and I only wish the reverse can be true as well."
