That was mostly a one way thing, though.  The Unown don't have Telepathy, so it probably wouldn't work as expected, if at all.

If you do find and even sucessfully catch a Nidorino, Spirit, my honest (not-sarcastic) congratulations to it. But please do Shiva the favour of not forcing it's presence to her and it should be okay... Thinking about it, that Gothitelle is...rather adept at shutting everything down. With both Heal Block and Magic Room, it prevents both healing and item usage completely (but it's worth noting Heal Block affects everyone (except maybe the user) in pokerole, unlike in the games, where it only affects the enemy). Telekinesis levitates things, so that could also shut down a target's mobility potentially...or amplify it.

That's some pretty scary strong manipulation ability.
