Clarification about working at the shelter: It only counts as one encounter slot, but it takes up half a day (8 hours). Typical encounter slots take up 3 hours.

So it's possible to do shelter work and then two sessions with your Pokemon, but that uses up all your waking hours. Not sustainable for very long.

Now, now though... I do happen to feel a little bad since we shouldn't interfere each other's Pokemon choice. Just wanted to throw in that if you want that Rotom for your chara, feel all free to get the cash and do so - it's just that Shiva would very much appreciate if Nathan prevents it from putting her and her soon Gothitelle on edge. (Should be doable by simply recalling into Pokeball for example)

Drain Punch would not help against a Poison type. But against a Rock/Steel type....may Arceus have mercy in Aron soul....

Well, now that's two pokemon in Nathan's pool that Shiva doesn't like (once I actually get Rotom, that is).  Neither of which are likely to cause any long term problems as far as Shiva and her pokemon are concerned...*sigh*...
