[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole
"For a backup plan: if only a true Legendary can save us, then nothing the other regions can send will help. And Creshire does love to solve its own problems. However, select people in other regions will be notified in case of failure. The process of mobilization is so long that we'll likely be dead by the time help arrives, as you know, coming from Unova. Boat is the only real way, unless the weather happens to be perfect for flight. Maybe they can arrive in time to save the world, even if Creshire falls."

Dagny stares blankly at Shiva. "You're...you're going to volunteer at the Shelter? Instead of making preparations to save the world and meet a legendary Pokemon?"

"We have no idea how long these vines can be contained. Every moment counts. You may not use Metagross to visit Elanor unless you have evidence that a solution can be found there. They are for pursuit of emergency measures only. I can't compel you to help, but my resources are going to be stretched to the utmost by this disaster, and I obviously cannot allow them to be used inappropriately. We have to hope that our firepower is enough until you arrive with a more permanent solution, or that I manage to penetrate the Ruins and take out its heart."

...Okay, outnumbered. Farewell, neatly laid out plan for the week, as you got completely messed up by vines, a prohecy concerning a disaster of stone and a intimidating Steel Type Gym Leader!~

No response on this, but it was rather clear that she'll agree to everything the group might plan now. Dire situations needed dire measures, as they say?

I will lead the offensive front personally. If you're planning on a rapid journey, I can loan you three Metagross who will obey you unfailingly as far as navigation is concerned. I wouldn't attempt to use them in battle unless it's an emergency, though. They can travel with extreme rapidity along the Great Divide, for it is mostly ferromagnetic. In other words, their feet can attach to it, even upside down or sideways. Two of you can fit on each Metagross with room for supplies."

They will be here around noon. Metagross will not be inside a Pokeball, so they won't count against your party limit, but Ponyta would have to. If any of you have fire types you'd like to leave under my command, I promise to treat them well and assign them only to the most competent of trainers."

(Pokemon can sense what's going on outside their balls if they've a mind to, so perhaps apologizing to Kirlia isn't a bad idea).

The Steel Wonder's war strategy brought a smile on his face to his face, as with two Gym Leaders leading defensive and offense fronts with one of nature's most sturdiest type brought much ease to his worrisome spirit. Her offer of Metagross mounts earned them an even more cheerful, his mood elevating at the faithful show of support for their own quest. "This is a most generous offer, and I would be more than welcome to borrow a Metagross for expedient travels through the region! Its been quite some time since I've worked with one myself back in Unova, but hopefully my experience and foundness for Steel types will enable me to cooperate with it most effectively. I thank you for the help, Dagney...."

Her offer to for their Fire types in order to combat the Vine caused the empath to briefly hesitate for a moment....before he flicked his wrist to palm Haneal's Pokeball and offering it to her. "Here. My Pokémon are like family to me and I care for them deeply, but with the threat that the Vines poses....how can I deny such on offer? Take good care of her, Dagney."

The comments concern the Shelter/Elanor and the...subdued reaction from the Gym Leader quickly caused the sociologist to explain such actions to avoid tensions from mounter further. "Shiva and I are currently working at the Shelter as part of an agreement to obtain a Gothitelle and Kingdra for ourselves, respectively. Seeing as the situation with the Skull Ruins has worsed to a significant degree, however, we may have to break our agreement or come to other terms if we want to swiftly make progress on solving this problem. If its possible, however...could you help us expediate obtaining Kingdra and Gothitelle? Both are extremely powerful and versatile fighter regardless of discipline, so having them on our quest would greatly increase our odds of success...."

Heart feel little scared by the way Shiva calm and way to tell about kicking Nathan face. "I will try avoid that Shiva." Then Heart begin to think for a second and then came with a idea. "Should we split our group to speed things to deal with the vines? I don't know, but if the Armageddon is knock in our door, I think we should use any resource we have now."

"I don't really believe that disobedient Shelter Pokemon, however powerful, will prove useful in the time we have allotted to us."

"You're welcome to split up if you think it best, if you think there are multiple fronts to this mission. The Metagross don't mind. But I only have three to give you so one team will be rather lopsided. Let me exchange phone numbers with you all."

(might be a good opportunity for Heart to get some numbers too).

Taking the opportunity Heart decided to ask something "I have one requntest too. For quite a time I see a Delta Pokemon lurking around close to this gym. Probably a Steel one with the ability to enter computers. Maybe it is a Delta Porygon or a Delta Rotom. I would like to have any useful information about that and why he is so attached to this gym."

"After all this mess is clear can I have a glimpse of that Delta Porygon? I travel for a long time and could see some species of deltamons but never a Delta Porygon."

"Sure. That will motivate you to be as swift as you can be. Perhaps you will even challenge me to a Gym Battle?"
