Alright, so if Ventus is fine with riding a Metagross and we wait for the Ponyta, we can get two of them, Nathan will have Swiftfire, and he can lend someone Yule, and nobody will have lost any party space (as long as Valder is fine with being responsible for two of those Ponyta).  So the only question now is do Heart and Valder want to ride on Ponyta instead of Metagross when we're off the mountains?

This plans sounds fine with me, but I don't plan on battling during that due to wanting to keeping all of Ventus' Pokémon fresh for the journey ahead, so is their a errand that he can quickly run in ~3 Hours that can get him some quick Poke/Cheap Items like Potions?

Alright, since @Nylon/Valder has empty party space for mounts and I frankly don't want the thread to be stalled any longer than necessary, I'm willing to wait for the Ponyta mounts for 3 hours, and have Ventus do something in the Library that gets him some for of resource for his wait. I rather we all do some sort of quick and easy Encounter rather than a full on battle unless its really quick in the interests of moving things along, but I'm not forcing you to do so.

EDIT: Nevermind the above statement, Valder has made his decision, so that is that! Unless Nathan or Heart want to deadlock the vote again, that is...
EDIT 2: With fast departure in mind, however, does Dagney have a PC in her Gym so that Ventus/the rest of the group can quickly swap Pokémon in and out of their Party, @Iron? I want that Egg back in place so that progress can be made towards hatching it!

I already asked this, and the answer was 'yes'. C: You want to hold the egg by yourself, Windos, or give it to Shiva with the Lisence so you can withdraw a sixth Pokemon in your team?

If I could, I would like Shiva to hold onto it for now, but I'm afraid If I do that too much the Pokemon coming from the Egg will be Loyal to your character instead of mine. @Iron, how would Loyalty be directed in this case, if Ventus let Shiva hold onto his Egg but every night they camp/have a chance to rest for awhile he took it to cradle/spend time with it?

That would work during the early stages, but in the week or two prior to hatching you need to hold it yourself pretty much at all times.

If their is a clear indication of this breakpoint to our characters, like it starts to shake/show signs of hatching soon, Iron? If so, then my plan will work out relatively well, but if not, then its just safer to have Ven carry it at all times. Wouldn't want a confused Poke child questioning its parents anymore than it already will on some instinctual level, after all!
