Well have some disturbing that comes to mind, and so say all I have to talk. The media world outside the internet think Pokemon Uranium is dead. Partly it's a bad thing because it's a lie, because Pokemon Uranium is a united and living community than ever. But this "lie" can keep alive the lifetime of Pokemon Uranium. Well, when Pokemon Uranium was released hear more than one million dowloads. Nintendo found it and soon asked to take the site links Pokemon Uranium and even then the game continued to receive updates. After that the forums Pokemon Uranium cease to function for more than a month, ''s supposed "because they were suffering from hacker attacks. After the devs send a statement saying they would no longer Pokemon Uranium updates, and did not explain the real reason right. I do not know about you but even after receiving a statement from Nintendo they do not fear they and continued to keep up the game, and soon after "hacker attack" they gave up. This for me is at least strange.
That's so much to vent some thoughts I have as making some theories about what happened. Nintendo should have discovered that the devs have continued to update the game and not let Uranium die, there they may have devised some sort of blow to the site and talking about the following: "Either you stop updating this game and he dies, or the situation will be ugly. " Very journey I know, and I may be terribly wrong, but you can imagine the situation. Or other situation was that Nintendo found a way to debunk the site, and the devs do not know how to speak and say invented a excuse saying there was hacking attacks (hired by Nintendo) would end with the game and the devs with no option They gave up Pokemon Uranium. And to prove my point, here is a piece of news that Lord Windons put in the post:
"Nintendo However, admitted that" Pokemon Uranium "was a hit. It is said que the game was one of the Reasons Why" Pokemon Go "lost 15 million users.
At the end of its success, "Pokemon Uranium" may just be a fan-made game, but it still received a lot of good reviews in the gaming community. "
Nintendo admitted that Pokemon Uranium was a success and even blamed Pokemon Uranium by falling Pokemon Go players. Now returning to the purpose of this post. The news of the supposed "death" of Pokemon Uranium is partly a good thing because many people (including Nintendo) will believe that the game is dead, no one to carry on the legacy of Twitch and JV, so Nintendo can leave the game in peace, and it can grow in a healthy and safe ground. At least for a while. What do you think of this theory / opinion? Say there in the comments.

The original Uranium team hung up the reigns, as to why is a closely guarded secret, I doubt the public will ever discover why the game went down in the first place, though theories and speculation basically come to the same conclusion.
In it's prime, Uranium was downloaded 1.5 million times, in comparison, Nintendo passed responsibility of Pokemon GO losing 15 Million users on Pokemon Uranium, who only had 10% of that player base. Meaning Nintendo's accusation was largely over-exaggerated and completely, 100% inaccurate. Though Pokemon GO has a fantastic approach to a new pokemon game, it's poorly managed by Niantic and is currently plagued with bugs and glitches. If anyone is to blame for Pokemon GO's dwindling player base, it's Niantic, not us.
In the end, word spreads, there are some larger gaming news outlets that have acknowledge the continuation of Pokemon Uraniums development, not to mention the Uranium Official Facebook group and the Uranium Official discord now know that Uranium is still actively being developed. We won't be able to stay in the shadows for long. With that being said, we have a good idea as to what we're getting into.

Dont get me wrong Cody, but i fear what Nintendo will do when Discover uranium is alive. I should advise you and the others devs make some preparations. Just in case Nintendo do something against this forums. A prepared man is more value than two.

I've been backing up my guides whenever I make a change just to be safe
And I think Andro and L have some sort of plans of their parts.
But we're still not sure whether or not Nintendo would actually do anything... Anything at this point are just speculations...

Nintendo take down Pokemon Uranium once. And many others games make by the fans. You think they will not try again? They will. Like so many times before in the past. We must be prepared for the worse scenario, and be careful. Pokemon Uranium, for now at least, need stay in the shadows.

Did they, though? Did they really? Or was it yet another speculation and exaggeration from uninformed news outlet?

Nintendo has let fan project stay around before, however rare the cases are. Mother 3 translation is a good example, since the Nintendo knew about that project, but didn't do anything about it. Then again, Nintendo does not seem to care about the earthbound series, outside of Smash apperances...
@ CodySP Teasing us about deep dark secrets? How very coy of you~! I would be jealous, if I didn't understand what was at stake with them. Wish cloak and dagger didn't have to be employed, but c'est la vie.

Looks like Nintendo simply looked for a scapegoat after realizing that GO had so many buggs/laggs/glitches.

pretty sure the world's been like that since the dawn of time
it's always easier to blame someone else rather than admit one's own failings and shortcomings, and you know, corporations will be corporations... :v
