My biggest problem with Nature Power is the Cave one that makes the enemy flinch...every time. That's a direct abuse of my rule that you can use the same move multiple times in one round, I suppose. Caves are common and except in the rare situations where you miss or the enemy has more dice than you, the battle's just over lol.

At least Sleep can use an item.

Let's see, what if we set Nature Power to 3 Chance dice.

I'm on vacation for Thanksgiving : )
Which is a good time for me to bring up that I'll be locking the thread from Thursday (lunchtime) to Sunday (dinnertime).

My job involves measuring trees for research, so I do just as much work in the winter. Except that I have a lot of vacation. In the US we have Martin Luther King Jr Day, a week of Christmas, New Years, half a week of Thanksgiving, and Veterans Day, all in the cold season.

Also, mind if I have Ventus talk to Nathan about how skittish/nervous he and his Pokémon has been lately this night? I think going down that path MIGHT have solve some problems between the two, if both of them have a chance to complain to each other (See: Vent) about their problems, rather than let them build up any longer....

I did pick up you're staying up/online longer than usual lately, I hope you're doing fine and everything! Or...hey, wait... What does a forester actually do during the cold/snowy months? Is there a lot of work, I thought the forest or at least the trees 'rest' during winter?

That's actually good news for me too, since I will have much more time to study and participate/update my own Game Thread! Not that I don't enjoy playing your game, but I'd to eventually finish up that loooooooooong day in my campaign....

Now that this topic been brought up, how's work been lately for you, Iron? Relaxing, slow, hectic? Don't hear much about the job lately, but then again we don't ask that often about it either, so...

Fine by me for the most part, though I do hope that Coalith has a bit more bulk to it that simply 5 HP. Maybe 7 HP, like Kanguskhan, Iron? Not too much to be excessive, but it does pay respect to the creature's natural size/serpent status!

I'm also more than happy with that condition as well, since auto Status/Flitch is just ridiculousness I don't want in the game, since it can be spammed on us with ready abandon too!

Alright, I'll get right on it after my next class is over. Ventus won't be aggressive/angry about the meeting unless Nathan provokes him, so its just mostly going to be a discussion/letting your character rant at him for a bit to decompress, and then voice his grevances if your character asks about them.

If I do 7hp for Coatlith, the 50% surprise is no longer valid. So I'll leave it up to you whether you want the long term scalability of cheap HP surprise, or the free 2 HP when evolving.

If you'd like to do that, I'll await with having Shiva react to your newest Pokemon ... Or shall I just do that in a flashback? Would be best, but I'd rather not mess things around. Anyway...
