Now, back to the situation at hand...

'Well, spill the beans about this 'Riza' then.  Don't have all night.'

I let out another throating chuckle, causing you and your pet fox to instinctually shiver, though the later was awfully confused why they felt cold for a moment.

Hehehe....well, since you ask so sweetly, how can I resist expounding on the tale of dear old Riza? Its a rather short story, all things considered, but their are enough details in it that will leave you oh so very sastified - or at least that is what I hope, heheheHA! As I've told you, the Vampire serial killer's true name is Riza Bete, and she's been culling the populous of pretty and strong women for about.....oh, say 7 or 8 years, give or take a month. Before she became a reinterpretation of her nameshake, however, she was what you would call a 'gutter child' of Kalos, one of the unfortunate orphaned children that had escaped social services at an early age to live on the streets. A phenomina I find entirely loathesome and regrettable, but one that persists regardless of the measures I take to prevent it, but I digress, and I don't believe you are interested in learning more about my 'job' , if you would call it such.

Little girl had managed to save/steal enough money to acquire a few Pokeballs and supplies before escaping her foster care facility at the age of 7, which quite frankly understaffed, overpopulated, and completely destitute, so the street afforded her more opportunities for a better life, as deplorable as that statement is true. Caught a Wurmple that would become her Beautifly, and managed to stumble onto her Shedninja after finding it floating around an abandoned playground, and together they spent the next 7 years making a meager living do all sorts of things. Robbery, petty theft, small errands or jobs no one would ask question about a little girl doing, the occasional Pokemon battle....those sorts of thing really. Hard life, yes, but she was content with her lot, and was much more fortunate than her contemporaries in having Pokemon companions on hand.  It wasn't until that Riza stumbled across the corpse of the person that was the last wielder of R.C. - their story is entirely unimportant, and an utter bore too, so no need to speak of it -  in a dumpster she frequented that her life began the downward spiril it was on. Oh, what a lamentable day that was, hehehe!

Being the, hehehe, economical and pragmatic little bugger they were, Riza stripped the man of his cloths for rags and his belongs, and of course ended up with the Bug Cursed Arm in her hands, which I imagine took a liking to her since she didn't end up being eaten by it. Nasty little parasite that weapon is, hmm? Well, once she tested it out on a target and discovered its functions, she was instantly smitten with the power the Arm gave her, and proceed to liberally used it on wild Pokemon and her pickpocket targets. Of course, being the the monkey's paw that all Cursed Arms are, it also instilled upon her the desire to kill more people with it, and using it to strengthen herself ended up weakening her as the power she gained from her victims faded away, drop by drop. Riza knew this, but figured that she could manage the 'side-effects' of her weapon and continue exploiting it to her own end; living on the streets for the better part of a decade redefined what is and is not tolerable to her.

For a little teenager completely in the dark about Cursed Arms and living one of the hardest lives imaginable, she wielded R.E. rather well for a year and a week....but like I said earlier, her life became the epitome of misfortune soon after. On a Monday, she and her Pokemon had run afowel wit the law in a rather disproportionate manner: One girl and her three Pokemon - oh, I forgot to mention she caught her Yanma at some point in time, hehehe.... - vs three Police Officers and their Pokemon. The little cockroach to be was forced to use her Cursed Arm FAR more than what she had deemed 'safe' , and barely managed to power through her opponent and knock them all out. After robbing them blind and escaping to one of her safe havens to lye low for a few days....well, that was when it happen. Once the power she gained from the Police faded, she ended up collapsing in complete pain and exhaustion, her body suffering most adversely from R.E.'s drawback.....until it only grew worse the hidden sideffect of over use kicked in.

I rather not go into detail in this part, as I really can't described what transpired without ending up depicting an extremely graphic and horrific imagine in your mind, and I need you to be sane for the job I've given you, but I believe you are Knowledgable enough to get the idea, little drake. This 'side effect' process continued for days, until the Cursed Arm was finished with the girl and have extracted its price. You see, if the strength [Attribute] drain gets to the point where you can not handle it naturally, R.E. will end up transforming its wielder into a Bug Metahuman that you see before you in order to preserve their life. Metahumans are what could be crudely compared to as a mutant - they have special powers and capabilities beyond that of a what a normal human has - and usually have a close affinity to one Elemental type, though of course their are exception. Technically you and your pet fox are Metahumans, but I wouldn't let that bother you now. Not when their are somany other things for you to worry about, hehehe....

Sadly, the process ended up driving her insane and reducing her Intelligence to that of a high functioning and intuitive but still retarded woman, and instilled upon her the requirement to partially subsist on blood in order to live. Part of that package was also a set of instinct that compeled her to find her own gender and species the preferable prey, of course. And so, after she had recovered from that ordeal, she became the serial killer known only as 'The Vampire'. She ended up traveling to many regions to avoid pursuit and find easy meals, and acquired both Volcarona and Buzzwole along the way, until she finally ended up in you neck of the world. You know the rest of the story, since you are so intimately involved in it now...

Hehehehe.....tragic, isn't it? Yet, one can say she only brought it on herself in the end, so I hardly have sympathy for the woman. What you do with this background knowledge is up to you, but if you want my personal opinion, I'd be more than delighted to give it to you if you ask....

The conversation of you know who only lasted a few seconds in reality, so the only thing that happened during that time was Kyubi aggressiveness dropping a few notches as she subconsciously detected THEM, and Angelica returning from her search with all of Arial's Items in a burlap bag (Not that she knows)! "Found these in the Medicine Cabinet above the sink in the bathroom, sir! I don't know whose they are, so what do you want me to do with them?"

With the madman, Gaspar refused to budge from their hug on you, as the last time they let go you were abducted by a blood sucking serial killer! Nope, they are sticking to you like glue in between two pieces of paper for the rest of the night, and that is that!

"Squashed it.  Roughed us up a little, but we pulled through.  Somehow.  Couldn't seem to kill it, but it's out of the action for the time being, and in custody.  No need to worry about it."

'They're Arial's items, Angelica. Go ahead and give them back to him.'

And then 'she' looks at the Vampire, now revealed to be Riza Bete, a 15-16 year old girl who grew a little too power hungry for her own good...

Sad, but she did essentially bring it upon herself, though she didn't exactly know what she was getting into when she first found Residuam Culicidae...'Mew' doesn't exactly have much sympathy for her either, though 'she' can very much understand what drove her to do what she did...

To 'Reiner': 'Well, I know someone who would LOVE to get her hands around this girl's throat, and she did say she would reward us if we brought them to her.  As much as I would LOVE to deal with her myself, I'd say that letting someone with a much more personal agenda deal with her would be FAR more fitting.  Particularly when that person happens to be one of my superiors.  Her pokemon and Angelica's eyewitness report are more than enough proof to collect that bounty on her head as well.  Can probably let Petrel haul her away for Ariana to deal with later.  He's even dressed in the perfect disguise to do it, too.'

(She was smart enough not to abuse the damn thing until she had to, but that didn't stop it from turning her into a monster. Also, they forgot to mention she spent roughly 5 years on the street growing up before coming across R.C., so she's around 19-20 , but they probably didn't consider it an important detail to begin with. Accuses me and Mew of holding details, when they are as ofucationg as ever, bah!)

The police officer gives you a firm nod of her hand, before walking over and handing the sack of Arial's items to the madman in question. He's back with all his Items and Pokemon, and ready to kick ass and chew bubble gum everyone! Well, if he doesn't get his ass handed to him first, that is!

You bodyswapted partner, upon hearing your proposal to foist her off into Arianna's tender mercies, looked faintly contemplative as they tapped 'their' chin and mulled it over, before they shrugged, which wasn't quite the reaction you'd expect from them. 'Hmm....buttering up one of your bosses by serving her would be killer's head on a silver platter, while at the same time fleecing the police blind with both Angelica's and Petrel's help for maximum profit? Pretty simple, yet pretty clever plan you have going there, Reiner, especially since it allows you to milk you gang for all its worth before pulling the rug away from their feet! A couple of hitches could pop up if the police end up making inquiries about the Vampire's fate after your buddy takes them away, but he should  hopefully be able to cover his track well enough to fool them if he's resourceful as you believe he is. That, and if you are going end up betraying Team Rocket like we agreed, then giving the bloodsucker up to them would only amount to immediate gain and not much else, so their is that to consider as well. Killing her by proxy is also callous like a Torkoal's belly button, but with all the Tarous shit this lady has put us and Celadon through, she can suffer Yvetal's tender mercies for all I care! And, ugh, as much as the though makes me cringe, it might be a good idea to let the madman in on the plan as well. He has just as much of a stack in her final fate as everyone else does at this point, and he also DID manage to take her out without them summoning their minons or calling for some Beedrill backup, *Shivers*'

(I reviewed the story again, actually, and he mentions she spent 7 years on the streets before R.C., so that makes Riza 22-23 based on the provided numbers.)

'Well, we need to discuss the specifics of that later.  It's going to be rather...delicate.  As for Arial...yeah, go ahead and tell him. But don't mention it's Ariana who wants revenge quite yet.  Kyubi and I are the only ones besides Giovanni who know she was waylaid by this horrific woman.  And trust me, Petrel can cover his tracks.  He's the espionage specialist in the team for a reason.  Besides, I doubt we want more than a select few people asking why the Vampire looks like...that.'

I suspect you will kill her I think..." Then Arial look in falling body of Riza and couldnt hold a mix of simpaty with Riza and think: "Why did she spare my pokemon? For what I could see, they are all okay. We are completely in her mercy and yet..."

Arial dont know what kinda of bad past that woman past but behind that bug skin, there someone who is just like him: Broken. Alone. With no one to care. You might be think: "But Arial, didnt you say you hate humanity in general and for what you can tell, they can damn themselves?" Yes I am. I hate humanity a lot, but just in general. Reiner per example, besides I prank him and he is my favourite victim, I have respect with him. Thats not make our friends of course, but at least I dont hate him. And that woman...Riza as the official say, cant consider anymore "human" in the standards of sociality who is based in appearance. And I was honest with her: I think I find her cute. Thats why I coudnt let Reiner simple kill that woman without at least try to talk with her. To apologize about hit her with the plumbening and thank her about taking care about my pokemon. That doenst mean I forgive her for hurting Baltazar and kidnap me. I not a fool. But at least to try something in return.

But I know you might not do that simple for charity so I can offer something in return: Information. About the Nuclear facility and one other informations. Important information.
