[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Then waiting for that reaction is it, and me heading to bed then.

Hmm, I feel nothing would happen if the Pokemon aren't received right away, as for example a Nurse Joy can contain them if they are laying there at the PC for felt too long. Like, if it takes so long to swap out party members, natives surely adapted to this, but not everyone might be present to receive the new Pokemon right away after the three hours have passed.

@Iron, before Shiva heads to bed, she's swaping Kyuu for that Pineco she caught and pick it up the next morning as a first action to find someone who trades her money or items for it during the day. Is that okay? Can be done together with Ventus when he searches for someone who trades for his special Carnivine.

Hmmm...Nathan also has yet to receive the pokemon he's swapped out at the PC.  They'll be arriving sometime soon, though...hmmm...

Kirlia was there when you made the swap, right? Just have him auto go get them and keep them on their person until you wake up, or hand them to Ventus for safe keeping if they trust him enough to do that.

Well, Ventus is also going to be fetching his pokemon after they arrive, but I don't know if he'd find Nathan's pokemon there as well.  If he does, cool, he can potentially get them to Nathan/Kirlia (once he gets over Orthros being among those 3 pokemon, since he's bound to notice that).  If not, guess Nathan's probably getting them tomorrow morning.

Considering Arrowroot didn't even have PCs until recently, I don't think the natives particularly care currently.  Especially since they're still using traditional practices with most everything they do.

Kirlia could maybe get them, yes, but he's unlikely to be willing to leave that spot by the door for the time being.

There are plenty of non-natives/non-traditionalists in Arrowroot too. Definitely a hybrid village. They just like being away from high tech.

Nurse Joy can keep Pokemon while waiting, yes.

Alright, good.  One less thing to worry about...

I believe Ven will just pick up his Pokeballs and, if he also notices Nathan's are there, he'll just keep a hold of them without really paying attention to what's in them, since drama is the last thing I want right now. Otherwise, Nurse Joy can collect Nathan's Pokémon and give them to him after he recovers!

Well, that next question definitely needs Iron's input. Unlike the last one, which definitely needed mine. Quite the weird mix of replies here...

Indeed it is, mate! This is why I usually try to characterize and control Ven's Pokémon whenever possible, as it gives me the freedom to have them interact and react however I please, though at times its unavoidable as in the case with Apsis or when I lend a Pokémon to someone else.

On a similar subject, how badly does Nathan dispise Apsis, and for what reasons does he specifically? I get the gist of it, but clarification is always nice! Also, when is Callam coming back to the party? Lucifer misses his tall, dark, and brooding buddy.....

Same here, though a pokemon's true opinions and potential changes in their character/personality definitely have to be left to the GM.  Of course, at a physical table, the GM would have 100% control over the pokemon since controlling them all in real time is much easier.

Nathan doesn't really despise Aspis per se, just really dislikes her current attitude, as it's rather...similar to Ventus's.  Which makes sense, considering the way Ventus raised her.  Funnily enough, Ventus saying he'll work on improving her attitude has had...interesting effects on Nathan's opinions on a few things, but he's still got his doubts concerning those things until he sees some real changes in them.

Well, Calam's back as soon as he's picked up.  I did state Nathan was swapping him back in, after all.  If anything, Calam is as much of an identifier that the set of 3 pokemon is Nathan's as Orthros is.  Solomon is too, actually, though the party has yet to meet him post-evolution.  Kirlia, Zippy, Calam, Orthros, Solomon, and Masq...they're Nathan's 6 most unique pokemon by far.  So far, anyways.
