When you requested your phone for messaging Lilith/The Merchant, 'Reiner' discretely takes it out and pretends to check 'his' messages and what ever news is currently buzzing this time of night, before 'absent mindingly' placing it on the table and leaning back into 'his' comfy chair once more with a sigh of relief. Nobody was paying attention at all to his action, nor to the phone, so now is the opportunity to grab it for yourself and float on over to a more 'private' place to text in peace!

[Also, it just occurred to me that if Kyubi and Mew heard that message Reiner intended for solely Weavile, then Angelica probably heard it too...great...now all 3 of them 'know' about Taylor if they paid that statement any mind, instead of just Mew...that's going to be fun for Reiner...]

Text sent, Reiner waits for a reply...and has a quiet think about times long gone...probably mirroring what Weavile is doing right now to some degree...[This is going to be in the next post, btw]

Arial then feel embarassed. "Oh, right...revival thing I guess. Sorry..." Then Arial feel a little shamed, then he try to make her feel better. "Well, I can share with you my sushi when it come here. I dont mind." Then he decides to have some flesh air. "Well, anyway, I will get some flesh air. See you later." Then Arial go to some place to get some flesh air and put the ideas in place.

[Only Mew and Kyubi were paying attention to what you were saying to Weavile, as Angelica was politely ignoring the conversation for your/his privacy shake, as she implicitly understood you didn't really want everybody to hear what you said...]

It takes about five minutes or so to get a response, but eventually your phone started to vibrate to indicate they got it loud and clear. Glancing at the screen, this is what they texted:

"Reiner, glad to hear that your still on the mortal coil after tangoing with the Vampire! Mean bitch that one is, and even more so when she's riled up or hopped up on blood from what I've heard! In any case ya survived, and that means I can expect more business from ya, hehahehaheha! Speaking of which, I knew I was forgetting something when we left the place, but I guess seeing what ya did to Archie and his pet threw me for a greater loop than I expected! Getting rusty if I let something like a bloody kitsune come to life phase me enough to forgot me job! Anyway, yeah, I got the late rich bastard's message with me, and I can either send it via text or deliver the physical copy by hand if ya want to have physical proof to present to Mina, just in case she don't believe ya!"

"I'd also be willing to do a supply run to ya at the same time! I even got a brand new Rare Item in stock, the type I'd think you'd be interested in! Price: Typically $27500, but for you its only for the low low price of $10000 Poke!
Effect: Can freely switch between a Pokémon Abilities (If it has more than 1) AND Hidden Abilities without usage limit, but it takes at least a single Round of combat for the effect to kick in, and it takes an Action to use it mid battle. Once used on one Pokémon, its permenantly 'set' to that one, and can only be used on it without having a Porygon Z and/or a Rotom tinkering with the device (Which has a chance of bricking it) or having at least 3 Points in Knowledge: Electronics/Computer Science and Programming (Which also has a chance of bricking it, or worse!) and making a good enough roll to clear the data on it.

Kyubi perked right back up when you offered to share food with her, getting a happy nod from her and dispelling her doubt/worry! Smooth save their, buddy!

You then get up from your spot on the couch and exit the room, mindlessly wandering around until you manage to chance upon a balcony to exit onto and get some cold, refreshing air! From your vantage point, you could see the entirety of Celadon City below, sprawling out in the landscape and providing a lovely light show to feast your eyes on:

However, something out of the corner of your eye manages to draw your gaze away from the city below.....

....and find yourself staring at a Shiny Gligar, hanging upside down from the overhang above you. It doesn't seem to be paying you much mind, as it looks onward ahead with a silly little grin on its face.

Arial was kinda startled when he see the little flying scorpion since he get his bill with bugs (he know scorpions is aracnids and not bugs, but they are similar). The normal action it would be try to catch the Shiny Gligar but he have two problems: He dont have any Pokeball with him in the moment and two, he is too much tired/stressful with all this situation. But he did talk with the little Gilgar. "Hey there Gligar. How are you? Dont worry, I will not try to catch you or something. I have a rough day and I too much tired to even try catch a Shiny. Besides, I dont have any pokeballs with me." Then Arial offered his dry food and some Orand berry (2) for Gligar. "Here. Its not much but you can have it." Then Arial continue the gaze in Celadon City.

The scorpiobat craned its neck down to peer at you and the outstretch hand filled with oh so delicious food, glancing back and forth between it and your (hopefully) affable expression, before it detaches from its roost to glide on over and land on your shoulder and reaches forward to grab a handful to munch on. Welp, its apparent that this Gligar believe your intensions to be true, and doesn't seem all that skittish about human contact unlike other Wild Pokémon. Perhaps city living has soften them up a bit?

Arial simple smile when the little shiny simple landed in his shoulder. "You kinda crazy like me. Heh, not that I mind." Then Arial continue to gaze in the dark horizon of the night. "You know, this City kinda remind me my home city, Bealbeach city in Tandor. Even the dangers and perils its kinda similar. Thugs, danger and all kind of dangerous things. Be a villain its complicated..." Say Arial to no one in special. "But you know, this is one of the reasons why I like this place. A humanized ninetails, a Officer, a Investigator Admin, a might Legendary as Mew, a Dragon Tamer, and a madman. Heh, we are indeed the strangiest team ever made."

That words simple echo in his head like a broken disk. Arial still have confused thoughs about this. He never felt part of some group before, and be greet like that? He always labeled as a madman, but even he is a crazy person, a masoquist and a hater of humanity in general...he was accept like part of the group. And they even risk their own lifes to save him, even with the danger in fighting the Vampire along with a wasp of mutant Beedrill! Not only that, but their was tired and wound after fight against such enemy like Buzzwole. "They risk to have a severe fight, and risk their lifes and their pokemons to save me...This still something I cant process yet, but they did. Even after they fight against a Buzzwole, they risk their lifes to save a madman like me. I was wrong in act the way I act against Reiner. He indeed deserve the title of choosen one of Mew itself. This madman reconizes strengh."

Then Arial think something. "Hmm, Orlando, I wondering if you watching me now old man. Your little survivor make way tough everything."

"No matter what you must need to do, just do what you need to survive. But never forget to keep a smile in your face. Because the laugh its a symbol of a true survivor. And it show a victory you still alive for another day."

Arial remember the words and for a moment his memories flew though his past, when he was only 6 years old. Arial was playing with his pokemon together: Melchior as a little Orchynx, Baltazar as a little Comite and Gaspar. They are rob some food: Apple, bread and some sushi. All five (Arial, his Pokemons and Orlando) was eating some food together. In that time Arial only use a simple dirty brown shirt, little short with sandals and his black hair was a mess. Orlando was using a ripped jacket, a big ripped pants a big black beard and did not have shoes. When they dinner together Orlando tell Arial:

"You know? A Salamance would be good to eat with this dinner."

Arial in his innocence as only a child have ask him.

"Hmm? Why Orlando?"

Orlando simple grim.

"We could eat some good...Sala(da)mance!"

Arial simple make a disgusting face after Orlando terrible pun.

"No! DAMN THAT WAS TERRIBLE ORLANDO!"

Orlando simple let out a loud laugh.

"Hahaha. Admit, you like it!"

"No I not!"

"Yes you are are!"

"URGH!"

The Arial from the present simple chuckle about this memory. That is one of his most precious memories he have. He gaze to the sky, looking to the stars. Then he feel some watering feeling in his face. Warm and liquid. When he noticed it was he was crying and sobbing when remembering that memory. Without anyone around he could put his emotions aside. Its not like the world would care about he crying or not.

But alone, with no one know around (except for Gligar) he could put out his emotions he sometimes try hard to hide. And Arial stay in that place for how long much minutes, inside around his memories about the only person he call as a father. Perhaps not a father in blood, but in raising him. He is Rocket and a Villain. A Madman and masoquist. But he a Madman with a heart.

4 Years ago...

The Merchant's response startles 'Mew' out of 'her' reminiscence. Blast...why was he thinking about Taylor NOW of all times? Why was he thinking about her at all? Ugh...

'Mew' gives the message a quick read...alright, good she does have the message...he chuckles a bit when Lilith mentions the Uber Cap. Sounds like an inferior version of Yang's most unique trait. Well, guess technology can only take you so far...'she' types a quick response back.

Bring it on over, and yes, you've piqued my interest with that item, I have to admit. We're rooming in the Aurum Vexilium's penthouse currently, courtesy of Archie. Out of curiosity, how much do you think that ring I got off Archie (the gold one with the emerald ruby) would be worth if you had to guess? Might influence my decision on when to purchase some items.

Back to thinking while 'she' waits for a response...not like 'she' has much else to while waiting...

Despite their intial interest of only food from the man standing outside with him, the Shiny Gligar couldn't help but get caught up in the small yarn you were spinning about your crazy night, peering at you with a look of intrigue as you contemplated the significance of the bonds you shared with Reiner, and what exactly that means to you....

When the story took a turn for the depressing, the scorpiobat gently patted you on the back with a small comforting smile, as if to say 'There there, things are alright now....' They hardly knew the stranger that by chance ran across them when they were getting peckish (hungry) and in a good mood from chasing off that damn Murkrow trying to muscle in on its territory, but they felt a kinship between the two of them as they stared out into the night together. Two creatures, doing their very best to survive in an harsh, often meaninglessly cruel, world.

Arial gains + 2 XP for the well constructed backstory/memory. Gligar gains + 1 Temporary Loyalty and Happiness to you for said reminiscing; whether or not it will be permanent depends on your actions....

*With 'Mew'*

+ 2 XP for well constructed memory, and introducing an interesting character after hinting at them several times in the story.

This time it only took a couple minutes for the Merchant to get back to you, and their next message was a lot more to the point/concise:

"Roger that, Reiner! Hehahehahehahe, if I knew that axing that bastard would leave with the penthouse suite of the A.V. , I'd might have charged ya a bit more than half a sack of tokens to hunt them down for ya and the little miss, but oh well, that for not doing a full background check of the bastard first before I raided him! As for the ring, can't say much since I only got a small peek at it and didn't get it checked, but based on the color/size of band, I'd say that's about 4-6 grams of 18-20 kart Iron Defense Forged Rose Gold, then the Ruby alone is large and at least 3 Karts and looks mostly natural, factor in the custom design and personalization and retail price......low ball number I got is about $7500 Poke on the ring as a whole, $3100 on the Ruby, $3700 on the gold, and the rest due to design. So, that decide anything for ya?

Arial feel a little embarassed to be comfortable and cry by a presence of a stranger but he nod his head and make a little smile for the gentle Gligar. "T-thank you. *sob* It was been a tough day." Arial then try his best to clean the tears in his face. No need to worry the others with his personal problems. He is a Rocket, he need to be strong. "Thank you a lot little one." Arial make a little pat in the little one head. He was thinking to return to the room and finally wait for the dinner, but he decided to do another thing. "You want to join with me for tonigh Gligar? Me and my team is going to make a dinner after some mission. They might be surprise to see you, but I sure you, no one will try to capture you, because I will not let happen. Its...a gift for the company. We are going to have a big dinner and you are invited. After that, you can go to any place you want. But I will understand if you dont want to stay."
