Good call. I already discussed that thing with the others, turned out only Shiva, Nathan and Heart showed interest in obtaining a Cleanse Tag.
I'd be VERY happy if you'd either inform Shiva about that secret shop to buy her own material, or all coincidently buy a piece of wood for her (she'll give you the 300$ back). C:

Oh no, this time it was me on purpose who took it down to add the last few lines that I accidently forgot to add before hitting the Reply-Button.

Yes, I am well aware that Ventus would be not too happy to find out that Shiva became curious about these Deyo Powder... But so far, it's only curious and asking harmless questions. I'm not quite sure whether I shall Shiva really buy a package she was interested in these flowers before agreeing to avoid them for Ven, but simply doing so nevertheless doesn't feel very nice towards himeven if it's bought and used in secret. A temporal +1 hitpoint sounds very cool, depends on what 'temporarly' exactly means and whether this Powder would be allowed in an Official Battle at all. On the others hand, Shiva's 3 points in Strenght aren't too weak actually, either, especially with additional modifieres like Braixen's Charcoal or Marill's new STAB on Bubble Beam. Pancham's Drain Punch would be amazing 9 dice in Damage Roll with STAB, Iron Fist and Deyo Powder!

Temporary means they last for one Scene. If your Pokemon had 6 HP and then took some Deyo powder, he'd have 7 max HP for a while. It can be used in official battles.

Ohhh, so they have nothing to do with additional power, but grant an additional HP? Hmm... Then I guess I'll save those 200$ for something different.
