Shiva talks to the merchants.

"The Deyo flowers grow all over Creshire. The most dense concentration of 'em is in Elanor. They only grow where meteors have landed, you see. The seeds of the Deyo siphon some of the exotic minerals from the meteor. That's what gives them this beautiful shimmering holographic color. A flower for my lady?"

He offers Shiva an intact Deyo flower, pulled from under the table.

"Why would someone avoid such a lovely, useful, and exotic flower? They cease to bloom when Autumn arrives."

The most dense concentration of Deyo was in...Elanor? Whoaw - in a wave of both joy and terror, Shiva got the feeling that the precious town of Elanor will not only be the place where she'll have a chance to hunt for a Sun Stone for her dearest Pokemon, but also rather 'interesting' for the group. The wave of terror came from the imagination how Ventus will react to seeing the flowers again. Presumably not really well, but...she wouldn't enjoy him seeing burning them all away, not even speaking of the citizans...

Lovely, useful and exotic... All adjectives Shiva saw as matching to describe that precious flower as she very shyly, yet silently thankfully accepted the Deyo Flower from the merchant and observed it from all sides. It was a precious moment, here she had the chance to see one of these flowers in all safety, as none of the others are around... Such beautiful shimmering of the petals. It reminded her on a nightsky full of shimmering stars, a look beyond this world indeed.

But...so much has happened due to these flowers... The memories came back, fresher than ever. Ventus has startled her by clearly and loudly asking her to drop the flowers she has picked there. He did not know what they where doing to their Pokemon, least of all to themselves. He connected them with the fae and arcane, he feared them... He wanted to protect her. That's all he wanted. Was that...so bad? Was her desire to have something of the flower stronger than...?


Eventually, after having fought that silent conflict in her mind, she just as carefully handed it back to the merchant. She did so with a thankful smile. "I enjoy these flowers, and I'm not avoiding them... But the thought of how I was able to hold such a treasure of a plant in my hand for a little is more valueable than carrying one of the actual flowers with me, especially since I'm unaware of how to turn them into useful things and would prefer to keep it as a decoration and attraction for my Pokemon. Therefor, I thank thee." To show this and her respect, the vendor received a bow from her.


Once she has risen again and brushed the strands out of her face, she went to business! Actions and buyings:

- Selling that plushie of a Whimsicott for *300$. "This is handmade by me! Maybe it can find a place among the cotton of the Sky Chapel."
- 1 Sweetroots for 200$. She'd buy more, but since chewing on a root doesn't help with a bleeding wound, she restrains.
- Both of Shiva's Full Heals on hand are bartered for Lum Berry Decoctions. "Ohhh, you have Extracts as well? And Sitrus Berries? Does that mean the Store grows his own amount on these berries, as compared to other stores I saw, you're selling it to a relatively cheap price?"
- A batch of that spicy Pokemon Food for *checks* ...10$? Or enough to feed it to her Pokemon for dinner to see who enjoys spicy food and who doesn't.
- 5 meter of rope for 25$ to make one's life easier.



Once that has been done, she'll go search for the battle I already hinted while keeping Marill in her arms. "You're just as curious to try out your Bubble Beam now? You'll see how it likely has increased in power!~" It'll be 4vs4 in a Double Battle, without fainting and without using items. 800$ wager. Shiva doesn't speak Mamo.

He's a bit surprised when she gives such a high wager, but he accepts.

After seeing Kabuto take an Iron Tail and Bite attack like a it was a pittance, Ventus decided prudence would be the best course of action in this case and to play it a bit more cautiously. "My brother, return to my side, and let Michael handle wearing down this durable opponent! I don't want your wings clipped by Ancient Power, nor give them the opportunity to boost their own power in the process!" The little devil let out a somewhat disappointed croon at being recalled so soon, as they really wanted to give that nasty Rock type a piece of his mind, but understood their master's intenions, so they swiftly returned to perch on their shoulder while they flicked out their wrist to summon the mushroom of champeons!

"Michael, rain Spores down upon this Kabuto until its asleep, then hit it with Stun Spore and drain its vigor away with Absorb! This ancient crustacean needs to be handled poste haste, so I am counting on you to do a expedient job, my brother!"

Order: Switch out Lucifer for Michael, and then use Spore up to  2 time per round on Kabuto until its good an Asleep, then use Stun Spore to cripple its DEX and reduce its overall DPS, and finally use Absorb to get that SE damage in + HP recovery! Let the status rain on their hope and dreams, mwahahaha!

Heart is trading Pokemon for goods. In his battle, he gained 11XP to divide among his Pokemon, and 5XP for himself.

The traders agree to your deal instantly. When you pass the Pokeballs over, they grin widely, and Heart realizes they consider themselves to have gotten the better end of that deal.

"We have the following sacred instruments. This wooden whistle, I will let you have for free. It has only three notes in a chord - bwee, Bwee, BWEEE! It is carved from the Taurrush Reed, a plant which tells you water is good to drink."

They have another Shamisen, like Ventus'. Being younger and less carved, it is only worth $1500. It comes with a little shoulderblade which you can use as a pick.

"This is a thumb harp, carved from a Cocoran shell. It is one of the easiest instruments to play, though the music is very lovely." $100 worth of goods.

"We can craft a brass drum for you if you can wait a day. These are the most powerful instruments." $500.

"We have this traditional native Mamo flute, painted in hundreds of bright colors over many centuries. It is very very old, older than this village. Its value is beyond price."

"My pride and joy is this didgeridoo! Hear its low melancholy sound! $800. This was my grandfather's."

"Anything else you want, we may be able to craft for you."

Heart is quite interest in buying the items but for now he decided to take some of the items. "I have a offer for you. I would like to trade that Shamisen, the didgerido, the Cocaran Shell, the craft brass drum, the Mamo flute and the Wood Tag for a Rhyhorn I caugh some time ago. They strong Pokemon, very useful move heavy objects, and they are quite Rare. He have Horn Attack, Stomp, Bulldoze, Takedown and Fury Attack. Also I would like to know if you have some Sweetroots with you for be trade together. How about it? If is not possible to trade the Mamo flute, I want the rest of the items I mentioned."

"We will trade you all these modern instruments for that strong Rhyhorn, but not the Flute. Instead, take this 1 Sweetroot. Thank you!"

The one you battled, who doesn't speak Common, immediately gets to work on taming it.

Ventus is equally surprised and a tad bit frustrated by the winds of fortune blowing his opponent's way (Especially since Lucifer sent a Tailwind their way to begin with), and so quickly tossed a Perssim Berry for Michael to nom on to cure his Confusion (No stipulations on Status curing Items, if I remember correctly!) before he rather drly responded to Mack's strategy. "Dazing tactics to disorient and delay Michael's assault, I see. Unfortunately, I have no shortage of Persim Berries on my person, and alternative means to handle such stalling attempts. Michael, Mach Punch, then use Spore until they are Asleep if they somehow survive or if Mack heals them with a Potion. Let us put to rest Kabuto resistance in this fight, one way or another."

Order: Persim Berry to rid Michael of Confusion, then have them use Mach Punch to bypass Initiative Entirely to deal 1D6 + 1 Damage to Kabuto (5D6 Dice), then Spore will be used 3 times (4/3/2D6 Dice) just in case they survive or get healed with a Potion. One way or another, Kabuto is not leaving this fight conscious!

That person coming over to her has quickly been noticed by her, and so was his smile. That smile had something...weird to her though, she didn't return it either. She returned it with mixed but friendly expression, but that made room for a different expression as soon as she realized he was pretty much thinkin' of her as...



Well, that was flattering, but it felt weird, and this was uncomfortable, and shoveling peat into the generator all day sounds hard, and why was she here again... Oh right, for battle! She drew Marill closer to her chest, hoping that this will help her find her track again. Nevertheless Shiva's was normal when she spoke up, yet some wariness dwelled in there.  "I'll remember your name. But, eh, I'm not quite sure whether I want to get in touch... Actually, not really." Then she looked away to find Kyuu's Pokeball with  one hand while keeping Marill still close to her.

...Found! The psychic kitten has been summoned to the field, sporting a delighted *meow* to her Master. One he has been greeted as well with a few strokes over the head, he's been gestured to get himself ready battle. "This one here *showing Marill* will be your battle partner for now. Alright? Do we together, and you'll be rewarded!" Marill has been let go to take her place beside her battle partner as well. As for that guy/her foe... Now Shiva even crossed her arms while looking away from him. Looks like she will play hard-to-get. "Now, you want to send in tow Pokemon now as well or continue flirting?"
