Sentry, if one gets on top of it with a sturdy Pokemon or the tunnels honeycombing the mountain... Both Cress and Stair City are connected via tunnel too... She was somewhat amused how a city who kept her traditions strong and a steely city of advanced technology are directly connected. Was...was it really concidence that the vines attacked the less ancient city? Anyway, what did Tandal mentioned again? ...Ah, the other end of the earths would be the Tusk's tip - but that's a mountain, a spear, and a meeting place! Torch Sing also mentioned in 'Myth of the Southern Stars' that the indigenous people of the Swamp rarely mention the stars unique for the region, but they clearly did here... But what's with that rare chance to find a unique legend within these stars? From the tip of a mountain, stars certainly are more than visible at clear sky...! There was also that vision from Gothitelle...?

Mechanics:
Shiva lets Heart and Nathan on a Metagross lead, but I don't think her senses are strong/honed enough yet to pick up that lack of confidence from Nathan. As for Orthros, she simply ignores him with gusto. She's also more concentrated to get any hint on where they have to go now by reviewing things... @Iron, is it possible that you do a Lore(?)-Roll with that one Willpoint spent by me added here, for the sake of getting any sensation of whether this feels like the right track, whether the peak of Mt.Sentry is the place to go?

(1)(2)(1)(1)(4)(5)(2) + (6*)

Gothitelle's vision included symbols associated with plains, desert, sea, and mountain. Mount Sentry only meets one of those requirements.

It's around dinnertime when Altaria gifts Shiva an extra piece of fluff for Ventus' egg. Then the great bird takes to the sky and, with a sonic boom, heads northward at an incredible practically instantaneous speed.

You're left alone as Heart spurs his mount.

Nathan took a pic or two of Primal Altaria as well for his notes before she left, I should probably add.

"Heart, you don't even know where we're...*sigh*...well, guess we're sharing a metagross again, Valder..."

Well, they didn't HAVE to, but Nathan didn't want to risk Ditto being rowdy or anything right now...not while they're in the mountains...

"...we should press on while Tailwind is still up.  We need to get to the western end of the mountains as fast as we can...and Heart's going to get himself killed at this rate..."

Shiva felt blessed and incredibly thankful as she looked up after she got used to the firm ground under feet, only to see 'her' offering her yet another portion of fluff. How generous the Southern Wind Incarnate was! <3 'She' received yet another low bow, before she watched 'her' dart away northward in awe and rare pure happy smile. The next moment, she was out of sight... Shiva was quick to put away the extrafluff into the incubator that carried Ven's Mystery Egg, but as she neither wanted to rip her fluff apart to add to both her own Mystery Eggs nor leave one egg without fluff, she opted to put it securely away into an extrapocket of bag. Such a valuable thing.

Hmm... During this sponaeous reviewing of her own notes Shiva didn't found anything partcicularly new. They were in the mountains, especially close to Mount Sentry... These were represented by Ursaring Major, the brightest star of the Mountain Galaxy. Plains, these were Constallation Tauros... Didn't they bred Tauros at one place here in the region? Yes, but likely not too relevant... Chresherian Plains, with all those wildflowers? Desert, Constallation Skorupi... Ah, there was that Desert Nightshade found her Helioptile at, if she remenbers correctly. The sea, Evening Star Venus... the shore to the West? In the vision, the never connected, not even after the Vines withered. Hmm.

Somewhat lost in thought, she ended up sketching three made-up constellations and a bright star on a free page of journal, then connecting them to a square in a fine line to stare at it. It stared right and plainly back at her, here in the growing darkness of the surrounding. A few minutes of staring at each other, Shiva looked up to the sky - were there stars already? Would they stand behind her, behind the whole group?

Heart's screaming brought her in an unpleasant startle back to planet Earth, and after a moment of disorientation Shiva made haste to get a hold on a Metagross herself with the book containing the swampsongs + the note of the Southern Stars, her star-patterned journal and pen still in hand and with the longer end of Ranger's cloak and her scarf floating in the tailwind of the Incarnate. She ended up sharing one with Ventus and had to catch her breath once she was mounted.

Relatively fast, she also picked up that...something (Orthros) must have happened meanwhile again. She didn't care what nor did she wanted to be involved, so the only thing she said was a low "People... Pull yourselves together, please..." which probably only Ventus hears as he was right beside her, after a louder "So... We are here, where to go now? To the peak of Mount Sentry, the tip of the Tusk? Or... where do mountains, deserts, plains and the sea meet in the region? Ugh... Tailwind lingers, should make use of it..."

Those 4 locations...wait a second...

Nathan sets Orthros down for a moment to look at the picture Tandal showed him...

The tip of the superimposed tusk was at the VERY end of the divide, right next to the ocean...and the desert...and the plains and forests of southewstern Creshire...

He pockets his 'Dex and picks up Orthros again really quickly.  Brrrr....

"...the VERY end of the Divide.  The tip, even.  That's where we need to go.  I think...only way to find out though is to go there..."

Nathan gets on a Metagross with Valder and prepares himself for this wild ride...they needed to reach the other End ASAP...

The rare collector's screeching + wild charge (not that kind!) onwards with his Metagross managed to startle Ventus out of his seething igdination against Nathan/Orthros as one of his arms automatically reached out to Shiva to help balance the both of them on their Metagross mount. Her kind and Insightful words further managed to temper the researcher wrath/unhappiness at having to put up being near the boy's pet demon, causing him to let out a put upon sigh and nod their head.

"*Sigh* My thanks for helping me keep a level head, dear. I believe we should head towards the convergence point of mountain, sea, ocean, and plains, as Gothitelle's vision points us along that direction. We can always stop at Mt. Sentry on the wayback should that prove to be a dead end, but let us not worry about that for the time being, a focused on making as much progress as we can from the Tailwind!

Order: I vote we go to the Far Western End of the Great Divide, since that is the only location that matches Gothitelle's vision to a T (Unless Iron is hiding something from us, that is!). Let's move with Extreme Speed, guys!

"....S-sure thing." *hasty packing away of her stuff once the destination has been found, then faintly slumping down on the Metagross as all that reviewing in concentration then being uncomfortably startled is paying its toll (she spend a Will Point after all, causing her to faint the next time one is spent!)*

At the word 'Tailwind', she looked up though, but only with the eyes, no movement of head to face him. "Tailwind... My Cottonee can't learn this as a Cottonee... Don't you have any Pokemon that could speed us up once the one from the Incarnate fades away? 'She' also gave me more fluff, I packed it into the incubator that carries your Mystery Egg..."

The Metagross power forward like a train along flat tracks. Heart's mount is appreciating the attention and the mystical Tailwind and sometimes shows off by going around a spire or up to an unnecessary peak.

As the sun sets, you arrive within sight of the farthest spire of the Great Divide. The Metagross halt, unsure just where to go. When Nathan pulls out the image of the clay Tusk, he spots a perfect match! That farthest spire has a curving, pointed tip - and it's the only mountain here not frosted over at the tip. Instead, it is bare red dirt.

The spire rises forbiddingly over the sea, a pure cliff on that side. To the south you can see the Savannah. North, the Camas Desert. And here you stand on the 'impassable' mountains connected to it - not a bad match for Gothitelle's visions, either.

Nathan points at said spire.  "There.  That's too conspicuous to be a coincidence.  If there's a cave located there, we need to find it."

Ventus nods his head in agreement to the boy's observation, as while he's currently quite incessed with his choice in Pokémon and forcing said choice onto him/Shiva, even he's not stubborn/angry enough to disagree/argue with them now when presented with such an obvious indicator. "How should we proceed, then? The sun is setting as we speak, and finding suitable camping grounds at the spire will be difficult, if the terrain around it is as unfavorable like the Great Divide. Do we go straight to the mountain regardless, or head into downwards into the either the savannah or desert to camp for the night, and began our exploration of the spire in the morn?"
