Since it's not possible to send in a new Pokemon, can I still edit something about Nightshade, @Iron? Assume this happens before the battle even started, right after Nighshade has been summoned. Just an idea I had at work today:

Nightshade does take cover - in the sleeve of her Master's Ranger's cloak! It's wide enough to host a small Pokemon like a Cherubi, I'd have Cottonee hide in the neckline of the cloak, very close to her Master, if you wouldn't have rolled out the first actions yet. From this place, Nightshade is save from any attacks. With the right hand gesture, it may even look like Shiva herself summons Magical Leaves, similar like Psychics pretend to have psychic power when it's actually their Pokemon!

The drawback might be that the foes may attack her directly once they get behind the trickery, which I hope to prevent by trusting in the distraction of the battling Pokemon (better targets!) and seeking semi-cover behind Ventus. Just in case, Eternally Gold is pocketed in the cloak, leaving her Defence unaltered.

Do not worry Phantom. The Gliscor have his Dex reduce thanks to Gustav Bubble so you have your chance of revenge.

Kabutops will go down instead, he'll get that revenge first before Marill will jump in to pester these Gliscor with STAB-SE-Bubble Beam.

After the battle, that single Revive Shiva owns will be used...

Maybe you could wait with that after the battle, as Apsis can paralyze it too with Glare to reduce its Will even more = make catching easier? Or if any of your Pokemon knows a move that inflicts a Status Alignment, you could do that on your own!~
