.......I'm personally interested in what Old Man Ground is alluding too about this 'path' and 'one chance', but I absolutely know without a fact that Ventus would rather suffocate than heed anything they say in regards to himself, so I guess that is just a lost opportunity to me and my character.

It's a real choice and neither option is necessarily "wrong."

So, we are waiting for @Nylon's and @Spiritmon's call on the sentiments of old crafty eremit... The first might not come this day anymore as they're living in the same time zone like I do and I only rarely saw them on around the current time (12:09am) Which is alright to me, actually. I'll definitely wait on Heart. If Valder pops in, even better.
I'll probably close the thread tomorrow around dinnertime, if we finish this encounter by then. If not, I'll try to keep them open a little later. But definitely closed for most of Christmas Eve and Christmas.
