The TUVEI booting up on its own ala Rotomdex startles Reiner.

(Spirit, they're having a moment here.  Just leave things be for now, alright?)

(Sorry about that, Reiner.  Turns out you can use the TUVEI to communicate with us if the only people and pokemon around you are 4th wall aware.  And it works the other way around too.)

(No!  Shoo, Spirit!  Out of view of the TUVEI's communication systems with you!)

And then the TUVEI vanishes once more.

"...well, that was...something, I guess..."

Reiner shakes his head in an attempt to clear it.

"...I'll be fine.  Just...don't really know how to react to that news...usually I try and ignore stuff like that because of..."

He sits in one of those plush, comfy chairs, not wanting to finish that thought.

"...ya know, if it weren't for how consistently wacky and unbelievable this week's been, I'd definitely be questioning my sanity..."

'..........Reiner, you know you can't bullshit me, right? I know this revelation has shaken you up, so please talk about it with me and get it off your chest. Otherwise, it'll end up festering inside you until you feel bloated, spoiled, and ready to just....fall apart. So if you say you are alright, alright, but if you are not.....talk to me, partner."

'Hmm....yeah, this year's Flower Festival has certainly been......eventfull, hasn't it? *Sighs* .....And its only going to continue to be so for us, at any rate. I always knew these celebrations were SUPPOSED to be memorable, but seesh......I'd avoid Celadon altogether if I knew it would be THIS troublesome this year, but then again I would have never meet you too and had a blast too..... Funny how much good is linked to the bad, eh Reiner?'

Mew was briefly stunned by the T.U.V.E.I's brief appearance and message, before a suddenly deadpan expression took its place on her face.

'Really, Windos, you gave him access to THAT particularly tool of yours?'

(It was either do that and take a risk, or risk him going insane/stupid from boardom from time stop isolation. Or remove his ability to percieve such things. I believe I choose the lesser of three evils in that case, Mew.)

'......*Sighs* At least you acted in good intention this time, but I swear you are going to screw up with your 'help' at some point if you continue to act so.....you.

Reiner rubs his forehead in exhaustion and worry.  Just how do you go about navigating conversation with one of the most powerful legendaries in existence in the first place, let alone when they also have an 'interest' in you and you're rather terrible in those kinds of situations to start with?

'Well, the human mind is designed by nature to be a massive wet blanket, and a loooooot of different flavors of downright right terrible things have come to grace us this week ALONE, so I can more than understand why you feel everything is one shade of awful or another.....'

Mew trailed off into silence as she said this, looking pensive whiles snuggling into your chest for additional warmth and comfort, before determination and a ferocious, defiant sort of cheerfulness flared to life in her eyes, which caught your attention and drew you in as she continued where she left off.

'....But that's why you need to keep your chin up despite it all, Reiner! If the world and seeming everything in it is determined to keep rubbing shit in our faces kneeing us where it hurts the most to make us give up, we got push back HARD and tell it to shove it where the sun don't shine! Keeping your spirits light and having that confidant swagger of yours will get you through any challenge no problem, and show your whatever giving you problems they can't put you down! No, you'll show them that YOU'LL be the one piledrive them in the dirt! Partner, I believe that if you put your mind to anything, whatever it is will give looooong before you ever will! Like I said way back, you are no longer a Sleeping Dragon, but an proud and mighty one, ready to assert your dominance and Will on anything that dare try to suppress you! I believe in you, Reiner, so chin up will ya!'

'.....Giratina, though.....well, you could always her to give you so time to think things over when she comes a calling. She's patience when's she's not impatient about something, strange as that sounds, so it would buy you some more time to figure out what and how your going treat her.....'approach'. You could also request that she get to know you first before making any.....final decisions on your eligibility status, though of course that runs the risk of her asking the same of you as well, but maybe since you have the cliffies of her history she might refrain from more risky 'get to know' things. Might. I dunno.....maybe explain that your life is a mess right now, and that a relationship would not be for the best between the two of you? That will most likely not dissuade her, but never hurts to ask, right?'

'*Sighs* Thank you, Reiner. I'll try to keep things short, sweet, and simple , but that doesn't change the fact that this topic is....touchy. Essentially, Dragonstrike, Windos, Spiritmon, Phantom - you really haven't meet them, but they're the one with their head on tightest most of the time....- are the Kingmakers and 'Higher Beings' that control almost every aspect of this universe, as you are no doubt well aware up, but not the....extent of it. Reiner, I'll be blunt here: if it wasn't for them and their meddling, their wouldn't BE any universe. Windos brought it forth from the great nothingness, and shaped it for the express purpose them and Dragonstrike to explore and 'play 'around in while also experiencing all it has to offer as they do so, so to speak. '

'Due to their nature and 'higher' status, though, they could not do so directly - well, they could have created avatars of themselves and placed them within the universe, but that creates a whole 'nother can of worms to deal with....-, so they needed SOMEONE from this universe to.....vivivaciously live through them. Yeah, let's go with that term. They needed an analogue or avatar that already existed, basically, if they wanted to do what they set out to do. Windos 'made' the world, and so decided to let Dragonstrike pick out the 'lucky' individual they were going to follow around, subtly to VERY unsubtly guiding them and manipulating the events around them to achieve their mutual goals. They needed someone with an relatively 'exciting' life, so to speak, or someone that has enough interesting stuff surrounding them that it can be compensated for, but both of them didn't want to needlessly screw with someone if their 'help' stood to harm them more in the long run then not. So they needed someone 'interesting' , but someone that needed some......'divine intervention' to make their lives better than not.'

'Eventually, after some exhaustive searching, they found someone.....which is quite obviously you, Reiner. Windos and Dragonstrike found your circumstance both of severe interest AND were deeply sympathetic to the plight that your life was to that point, so your 'benefactor' selected you as their avatar. With you selected, Windos began to spin a yarn from this world's various threads that would end up benefiting you AND them at the same time, choose 'The Flower Festival' as the setting and stage for your 'preformance' , maybe nudged your Boss into giving you 'The Big Chance' to prove yourself.....and the rest is history, as they say. '

'As with ANYTHING that Windos seems get up to, however, things have sort of been......slowly, partially spiriling out of his control. They still have an idea of how things are going to develop and end, and are working towards that, but....things have begun to become VASTLY overcomplicated, as you can already attest to. The Cursed Arms, Nuclear Disasters, Legendary Conflicts of Interest, Whether or Not You'll Stay True to Team Rocket, You becoming Aware, THEM, and more......its all become a huge mess. A Retcon could solve this.....but its a rather.....drastic option that they don't want to use EVER, as if they have to it means everything has become unsalvagible. '

'That's the gist of it: your essentially their selected and preferred 'Character' they use to interact with your world, while also trying to benefit you in the whole process, even if it doesn't seem that way. They care deeply about you and want to help above all else......but they are limits to what they can or can not do within the constraints they set for themselves, especially since you've become aware of them and their machimations. .....*Sighs* Its a lot to take in, so take you time and I'll try to answer any question you have about....this. '
