Now Arial really facepalm himself about that. "Now she really go now. Sorry about that Riza, I forget the officer still here. Damn." When Riza appear this time without Angelica in the surrounds he speaks. "At least this helps show your stealth skills still sharp as ever. But perhaps I shouldnt give order to appear until make sure nothing happens. At least was funny to see her scare like hell, haha." Arial chuckles after that. "Well I was about to call you to make a test. To see if you can eat another thing than blood, since it will be dificult to find blood." Then Arial give Riza a bread who was in the tabble. "Here, try eat this one."

With your comforting words and Angelica departure, Riza gave you a hesitate nod of their head and detached from your side, exiting her 'steathly' position to stand a little farther ways off. She didn't see what was so funny about terrifying the Law Lady and causing her to run away, but if Arial enjoyed it, maybe such a goof up wasn't that bad of a thing....even if it didn't help improve her image any. At your proposed test, the insectoid woman gave you a curious tilt of their, before they easily picked up the bread and took a bite of it. The way she did so.....well, it certainly showed off her mandible like mouth.....

(To be utterly clear, Riza CAN eat regular food, but part of her diet MUST have some blood in it, regardless if her blood lust is suppressed or good. Its a dietary requirement she can't live without, so she'll need to get some in a couple of days or so, since she DID drink a lot of Mina's blood last night. If asked, she DOES have a few gallons stored in that fridge you closed, so you can always go back to get it for her....)

That remark almost caused her to fumble the loaf of bread , but she managed to chomp into it to keep a hold on it before her clawed hands could safely grip it. Riza looks a bit ashamed that you are.....aware of her own personal blood bank, but she does give you a nod of her head before fully tucking into to her breakfast (The loaf of bread she's eating right now) . She knows that her requirement justifiably freak almost everyone out, including YOU, but the fact that you accept that fact and are willing to support her despite it......that meant a whole lot to the lonely little bug.

(Once she finished the bread, she'll auto hide in the shadows as commanded, and will by default be silently hiding unless ordered not to! Anything else you want to say to her, before that happens?)

The reformed? serial spree killer stared at you with a familiar look of wonder on her face, before it morph one of sincere gratitude as she gave you a close approximation of a smile.

Riza then ghosts into the shadows soon after you release her, unseen but every present nearby, readying and willing to assist as needed....

Arial simple smile then decided to finish the breakfast. "Welp, lets eat something Gaspar, we both have a long day today. We will meet that Mina person today. What kind of Pokemon she have? I remember they comment she have a Luxelong with her. Its been a while since we both see one from Tandor. And she is a artist, so perhaps she is a bit excentric. Anyway, lets finish our breakfast. I need to ask something to Mew later about the strange dream I have past night." Them Arial and Gaspar begin to eat something and drink coffee. They will need every energy today.

"Don't worry about Momochi going anywhere.  She's been inseparable from you since last night.  It's a nice nickname you've given her, by the way."

Reiner closes his eyes for a moment.  Focuses his senses...

...turns the hat around so Mina can see in the inside of it.  Nothing's in the hat, obviously, but it's the symbolism that counts here.

"...there's no easy way to put it.  You died last night.  And you've been revived with a little divine intervention of sorts.  Momochi's Wish to bring you back was one of the most earnest things I've ever seen and felt...it wasn't her wish alone that brought you back, though."

One step at a time...best not overwhelm her with too much information...Reiner is half expecting her to ask for more specifics of some sort.

Just to make sure of that, Mina gives her lucky Dragonfairy a loving stroke over her purple snouth, earing her a delighted coo. The small shiny sparkles that the given stroke set free have always been something Mina enjoyed - they reminded her Fairy Dust, and on Pixilate. And on the glowing spores her Shiinotic emitts when it gets dark.

At the sentance 'you dies last night', Mina intensifies her staaaaare on Reiner - now it was plaqued with confusion, startle, and wonder. Was that...true? How did that...happen? And why? On the other hand, that would explain that pitchblack nightmare she found herself in yesterday, that presence, that uncomfortableness, the stealth and speed of whatever has attacked her there - Whatever it was, she doubted this was a Pokemon. There have been very VERY little reports of Pokemon in history attacking people, least of all killing them (thinking of such a thing gave the Alolan Artist a cold shiver to run through her whole body), after all. Whatever it was, it must have selected her as its prey. Why, she did not know - was it on purpose or completely random, that old 'you were at the wrong place at the wrong time'?


Eh... All of that were more of background issues though, as Mina pretty much felt alive now. Right, if she activelly seeks for it, she was able to feel her pulse, her blood streaming. Well, steraming though her veins, not over her clothes. She was breathing normal, nothing really gave her a feeling that she was 'a spirit' or 'a soul' right now. This matched Reiner's mentioning that he's not a weird kind of angel, nor was this heaven shaped like a familiar Art Studio. (If heaven took this shape, she would not really mind though once have gotten used to the thought that this was eternity). 'A little divine intervention'? Hmm, somewhat Mina could guess what he might mean by that. It took her more than usual to speak up here, her laid-back attitude made room for a bit of seriousness. "There was light. Blue-white light that suddenly appeared at the end of the pitchblack nightmare, and I felt attracted and familiar with/by that light. It...came running at me and before I could prevent or fully process it, it chrashed into me. Was this that 'little divine'? How d'y ou even knooow this all? Do you...think that light has something to do with how my hair's now so white and skin so pale?"

Reiner puts the cap back on his head.

"I don't just think that's why.  I know, as I am not just another Dragon Tamer.  The one who revived you was the mythical Mew.  My partner and friend."

He opens his eyes.  They're glowing a little now.

"...but she couldn't revive you without paying a cost.  A life for a life.  She told me there were a few options, but the least consequence ridden one was to use one of your own pokemon instead of someone else's or a wild one.  She presented your Ninetales and Luxelong with a choice.  They discussed amongst themselves...and it was your Ninetales who volunteered in the end."

"...unfortunately, few drawbacks does not mean none.  This isn't the first time Mew and I have had to revive someone this week, and there's a very distinct pattern in every revival we've performed so far.  The person or pokemon being revived ends up taking on some of the traits of who is used as the sacrifice.  Your hair is white to match her coloration, and lengthened significantly.  You're now about 7 feet tall.  You're exuding a cold aura of some kind now as well.  Any traits or abilities your Ninetales had, you might now be able to use as if they were your own...with a little practice."

"...before Mew revived you, your Ninetales passed their final words to her to deliver to you, and she has informed me of what they are."

When she awakens from death, tell her I am grateful for all the wonderful times we have shared, and for her to remain strong and committed to her passion, and to remain as she always has been: carefree, serene, and at peace with the world. Tell her not to mourn greatly for me, for I will always be a part of her forever more, providing for them what I could not as I am now.... 

"...if you doubt me, I have a few pieces of proof I can provide. Aside from Mew herself, since I'd rather not wake her if she's still sleeping, but I can attempt to rouse her if needed.  The first evidence would be Momochi.  She was present for the entire exchange and subsequent revival from what Mew told me.  The second..."

Reiner pulls out the pokeballs that he'd gotten from Mina's bag, and tosses them to her.

"...we found your bag in a neighboring alley last night, just before we found you had perished.  In it was almost all of your belongings and both your Ninetales and Luxelong.  You'll be needing those back, but you might notice that Ninetales's pokeball is no longer registered to a pokemon.  I've left the item they were holding in there for you, though.  Another member of my group has your bag and the rest of your items, though I fear the red paint seems to have become mixed with blood."

"...that light you saw was likely your fox.  Their soul as it merged with yours to save your life..."

"...and don't worry about your Ribombee.  We found her later.  KOed with many scratches and bruises from when she probably tried to resist what killed you, but otherwise unharmed.  I gave her to Mr. Mime to get properly treated last night.  She should be fine, and is probably going to be very happy to see you."

The whole time Mina was listening, she kept eye contact with Reiner as well as that in wondering and pondering tilted head and that confuses expression. Actually, this whole thing more and more sounded like a tall tale and hard-to-believe to her, that presence of whatever killed her, that nightmare and that blue-white being of made of light, then that 'reviving with the mythical Mew' - but the proofs were there, and they were HARD to deny or ignore. VERY HARD.

Well, that cold aura explains that hints of mist around her; and if she pays extra-caution to it, it was true that her own hair had almost the excactly same shade of white-blue that Cirno's fur had. Cold icy fur, yet so soft and elusive...

Fur that she won't ever be able to stroke anymore, an icy fae-fox that she won't ever use in a battle anymore. One that will never walk by her side anymore, one that she won't ever be able to cool down anymore via simply resting by each other in case it becomes to warm in Poni Gauntlet or Vast Pony Canyon.

Actually though, all of this was still possible, as Mina figured out while simply keeping the now unregistered Pokeball of her icy fox in her hand after having catched it up from Reiner. Alolan Ninetales were thought to be incarnations of deities once ago, were they? Was it... possible that her exemplar indeed lives on, as a part of herself? Way closer than before, actually?


"...Please go. Leave me alone for a little. Let me process this over breakfast, get used to that thought, review it and find a reward for you among all the items in my bag for that reviving and enabling me to live on. Allow me to get a little familiar with that traits and abilities Cirno had that I seemingly inherited from her now. We can meet up afterwards in the Lobby of Aurum Vex if you can spare the time, I don't feel like going anywhere today." A few moments later in a lower voice: "Maybe you are not an angel, but you're close to being one. Thank you."

As said, this feels like a good time to give Mina a bit of alone time to progress the info given, not only because I'll be heading to bed then. After breakfast and gotten a bit of familiar with the thought of being a hybrid between herself and her Alonan-Ninetales now, she'll rest in the Lobby (or entrance, most importantly inside the building but neither in her Art Studio) for a while, enabling Arial to meet her for a Try-Out-Battle, accepting Archie's Letter from whoever decides to give it to her (dunno if Reiner will have the time to do so if he's busy with Clair?) and eventually be introduced to Emily.

Would she actually be fine to talk to Mina alone, as I wouldn't enjoy to mess up any already-present plans of the others for the in-game day? Mina won't go anywhere this in-game day, so these things can actually happen right away after in-game-breakfast or later, depending how it fits into schedule.

(Emily is more than willing to talk to her idol, and her involvement in Reiner's affairs is rather tangential at this point, since he's pretty much accomplished her dream now and permanently removed Archie from being a threat. Obviously she'll still want to be a part of 'Mister's' life, but she's not required to always be with him, you know?)

Not a moment after her request to mull this life altering revelation over a well made morning meal, Mr. Mime announced his arrival by knocking on the door and saying: "Breakfast, Ms. Mab and Mr. Arendse," then entering the room wheeling in what appeared to be the same trolly you seen last night holding two large dishes covered by sliver domes. "The usual, Ms. Mab, with extra peanut butter as requested," he said, conjuring up one of those 'breakfast in bed' stands and placing in thus, then putting the her meal on it, still covered as it was her preference to eat only when she feels ready (And you didn't exactly give me details on what the usual is for Mina, so we'll keep it a mystery until you decide~) .

The butler then turned to you and bowed, saying and gestering to your entrée as he did so: "Blackthorn Style Pancakes, made with the highest quality ingredients native to the area for the best authentic taste, with all the various fixings to go along with it. The Donphan Sausage is acquired from the finest and organic animal farms certified by The Resturant Elite as the a best in the Tohjo region, and the Scarmmory Egg was freshly laid from the best breeding mother we have available. Do you desire to dine with Ms. Mab, or take your meal in the living room with Arial and his guest? He is currently awaiting your arrival, but I can tell him to have patience if you wish to enjoy your breakfast without him."

He then meets you gaze with his all to meaningful one, and conveyed his message with perfect calmness and intent, despite what it alluded to. "Regardless of what you choose, I also need to speak with after your meal about a....certain matter you requested I investigate. Of course, if you prefer to put it off until later, I perfectly understand, sir...."

"Damn. Where they are? They took too long to deal with Mina. I already finish my breakfast." Arial still waiting for them when he was reading the news paper. "Lets see..."Young Trainer lost Pokemon League once again after 20 Years trying to win something." Damn 20 years? I would give up in more half with that." Arial ready that guy is call...Ketchup or something. "No wonder he lost too much. That guy mom really hate that guy to give that name. Seriously who the hell call your son Ketchup?! Hmpf, anyway, that Ketchump guy is a big looser to try win the Pokemon League 20 times. Its better try something you are good, like me! I a awesome madman dont you think Gaspar?" He talk with his half brother. "Anyway, time to return wait for them." Then Arial return to read the news.
