My dad is building a house, which I am helping with, and then I am also building myself a house at the same time.

Mine is a tiny house, only 400 sq ft. Most of the actual construction is being done by a group of Amish builders, but I have to hire people to prepare the property.

For both projects there is a lot of surveying and blueprinting going on.

No, that's not what would happen.  That was only because Ditto tried to transform into her from memory.

No, something...else might happen that would probably also confuse Nathan!

Oh, and Marta doesn't share Nathan's history quirk, so she definitely wouldn't mention Mutios.  Arceus, maybe.

Interesting! Hmm....sounds like things are just in their initial stages, if I am not mistaken. Do both of you live on a water table by any chance, or is the area you live in have unstable terrain? Do those blueprints involved setting the house on supports of any kind, or is just going to be built straight from the ground once the prep work is finish and a foundation built?

Also, Ventus is currently twiddling his thumbs at the moment, but I'm willing to wait for you to wrap things up with Nathan and Phantom first, since they have more active roles as of now.

My stuff might take a while as the trading of Beartic is incoming, and Shiva does not trade the bear away without a bit of storytelling about why he has a secondary Ground Type as well as short Testing-Battle to see skills the potentially new owner has. Just wanted to let you know, dearest! Wasn't Ventus checking on Kingdra and Gothitelle before threads got closed?

ALright then.... Yeah, and he was seeing how Pyroar was doing emotionally speaking, so that he would be more prepared and informed about him and how he should model his interactions.

The terrain is hilly. There will be a crawlspace foundation for the house to drop onto. They actually build it on a hydraulic truck which drops it onto the foundation.
