After a long but peaceful day relaxing and being comforting with Pyroar, Ventus managed to convince the friendly lion to release them from their grasp, and go home for the day. "I promise I'll visit you tomorrow to check up how you doing, alright Pyroar, so don't fret too much about my absence! Until then, stay safe and strong my friend!" the researcher said to them, before he left them and the Shelter, grabbing his stuff on the way out and wishing Director North and his fellow staff to have a safe day as well! Once he left, the empath rubbed his chin thoughtfully as to what to do left for in the day, before he snaps his fingers as an idea came to him.

"Ah yes, I'll find a Double Battle for my dear Hanael, and my sweet child Abaddon! It has been quite some time since I have spent some quality time with either of them, especially with my fiery sister , so this will be a great bonding and training experience for the all of us. Alright, let's find combatant post haste then!"

Order: 2v2 Double Battle with Haneal and Abaddon for $500 Poke , with 1 Healing Item Limit (Status curing Items can be spammed freely), no OHKO moves, no Water types, Flying types OR Levitate users, and no Protect moves (Since I don't want the battle to drag out too long!) . That is all for now!

"Oh, you volunteer at the shelter??? That's wonderful! I adopted these Vigoroth from the shelter. Apparently Slakoth keep popping up on Route 04 or Mt. Sentry despite a lack of a wild population. Abandoned, they think. It's so nice to meet you! A battle? Sure!"

Your eyes meet, and Ventus is blasted with that steely spark of another trainer's gaze!

The lady's comment on adopting the Vigoroth from the Shelter bring a bright smile to Ventus' face, even though the news she gave him left him feeling a bit morose on the inside. He also took careful note of the fact she was able to carry the both sloth Pokémon with relative ease, as that demonstrated despite how fair they looked they were by no means weak! "Indeed I do, miss! My sincerest thanks for your praise! I'm currently volunteering my services at the Shetler as a part of an arrangement, and it delights me to no end to she people like you adopting these Pokémon to give them good homes! Less delightful is Pokémon being abandoned in non-natural habitats, but such is the way of human callinous, I suppose."

Order: 1 Amnesia for Haneal, then spam Magnitude 2 times, which won't hit/hurt Abaddon whatsoever due to their Telepathy! Abaddon will cast Safeguard to prevent the Vigoroths from inflicting Sleep on either, and then will use Charm to totally neuter their offense! Let's shake them down for what they are worth!

Ventus gives the kind hearted lady a respectful nod of his head for the cunning she display with locking down Hanael with Encore, as well as their (now aborted plan) to force his Pokémon to drowse off, before he issued his next series of orders to his child, since his molten sister was enthralled by afformentioned move. "Abaddon, [b] a round of applause for the more laid back Vigoroth's performance, before getting ready to intercept and Counter any moves directed towards your sister! If you are Encored, focus your full efforts in guard Haneal! Both of you shall prevail, if we all stay determined in this battle....!"

Orders: Haneal's gonna repeat herself for the next 4 rounds, while Abaddon will be using Encore on the lazy Vigoroth (The one that used Encore itself and would have used Yawn if he didn't stonewall that), before acting as a shield for his sister and Counter two times this round (or just acting like a shield period! Accuracy for first move of Abaddon's should be 4D6 Dice, and for Counter it will be 4/3D6 . A Potion will be applied to Haneal the moment her HP drops by 4 Points IF Abaddon is Encored this round ( I would presume that lazy Vigoroth would just target Haneal again with Encore, but just to be sure.....) , but if not it will be applied to the first one to lose 4 HP. Time to knuckle down and bury those tree huggers!

Oof...that was...discouraging for Nathan to see, to say the least...nothing to do with Shiva's...choice of strategy.  It was sound, he'll give her that much.

From out of the Department Store comes a teenager on skates. When he sees Ventus, his eyes light up. "Hey, Brother of Winds! Peace, man!" He skates away at lightning speed.
