There's also a Tropius on the roof (belongs to Shiva).

The Tool Room might interest you for disobedience purposes.

Lucifer goes scouting for a nice slab, but everything he is interested in turns out to be part of someone's property: a nice fence, a vital part of the ancient wall protecting the city, a billboard, or even a piece of modern art.

Calam holds himself a little above this task, choosing not to do any searching, but whenever something is found by another Pokemon he goes to sniff it and give his evaluation.

Slowking, though, is good at this. He waddles along the wall, poking at slabs, dusting them off with careful water attacks, and looking at Nathan to gauge a reaction. He finds two slabs that he likes, both of the proper size.

One has ancient crude artwork of a Steelix on it, encircling the slab. The part with the tail has crumbled away, making this not very valuable, but still cool. Nathan believes Steelix and Onix are part of the mythology of Mt. Sentry - they made the initial tunnels. Some myths even say the ixes set or created the Sentret colony which is so omnipresent now.

The other looks like a blank tile, not at all visually interesting. It hasn't crumbled away at all, and Slowking finds it buried under a bunch of rubble. He gives it to Ventus to hold.

Then he starts glowing with Hidden Power.

The slab barely reacts to the Rock-type attack. Only the faintest glow of Elder Unown is embedded into the stone. When it fades in a few seconds, not a blemish remains. Ventus is covered in a light coating of dust, though.

Slowking gives Nathan a thumbs up.

Ventus couldn't help but let out fond and slightly excasebated sighs as Lucifer tried and repeatidly failed to locate suitable slabs for the Shelter's unknown, before he eventually motioned for them to abort their search and go hang out with Calam instead, which the devil bat did with great cheer and gusto! It had been quite awhile since he's seen his tall, dark, and not so disasterous buddy, and as the old saying 'abscene makes the heart grows fonder' , and so was quick to perch on them/somewhere nearby and play catch up! The researcher was perfectly find with this himself, as it go both Pokémon something to do/keep them out of trouble while he, Nathan, and Solomon actually get some work done! (Any reactions between Lucifer and Calam in particular, Iron?)

When the wise young king eventually hit paydirt with those two find slabs of stone he found, the empath gave him a smile and a nod of his head for their hard work in finding/modifying these relics of the past. "You have my gratitude in finding these fine and interesting stone slabs, Solomon, especially since you modified one of them to carrying Old Unknown script! I'm not Nathan, so I can hardly make heads or tails of them, but I'm certain whatever message you spelled out will by deciphered sooner or later! Now *Looks at both the smart psychic and Nathan*, which slab should we return with to the Shelter? I'm inclined to take the slab Solomon has modified, since he modified it himself and I rather not risk shattering the Steelix mural on the way if we prove to hasty in our desire to extract it, but what are your thoughts on this?"

The empath then scratch his head a bit more, before a look of keen interested took place on his face. "Nathan, I'm rather curious about these Old Known , as they don't correspond with a match within my research community's, so would you mind sharing what your Slowking managed to write. Hmm.....perhaps teach me it some time, once your fully decode these messages? "

Nathan quietly and quickly notes the Elder (guess we're calling it that from now on!) Unown text down for later before it fades.

"...guess that's the one we're taking back, then.  Though they probably won't mind the one with the picture on it either..."

Nathan thanks both of his pokemon for their assistance, then recalls Solomon.  Calam gets to stay out just 'cuz.

Lucifer and Calam get along just fine. Both are cave creatures at heart.

The Elder Unown fade after a minute - Slowking must have been performing some kind of test rather than a modification.

"Elder" and "Old" are two words for the same thing when applied to these scripts. "Old" is what a general member of the public would call it. "Elder" is always used by researchers, and for people trying to be dramatic.

When he got to the shellter, Heart decides a look in the Tool room. He have Caesar in his side looking everything around him. He could glimpse the Tropius from Shiva and couldnt hold smile. When he go there he asks a little help with his Nidorino since he was being very much disobedient. Oh and he got the chance to take a look in the items around how much cost the Focus Sash and Focus Bands, the Luxury Balls, the Soothe Bells, the grooming tools, the massage tools, the stress balls, the friendship bracelet, and the toy for pokemon (this might help the disobedient of Nidorino). And to see what is that Ranc Berries.

"...Solomon's Hidden Power is only temporary, unfortunately...if it weren't, welll...Sheldon's Daikatuna would permanently have a message on it that says 'Sheer Force Nite Slash'.  Not that anyone would be able to read it, but it'd still probably be quite embarassing..."

...

"...besides, the old stone walls seem to be resistant to the various powers connected to their time period.  This blank slab should suffice...I think...Unown are...weird."

...

"...if you're willing to put in the time...I can still barely read it myself, to be honest...there's still some nuances and letters I've not encountered yet...Solomon reads it just fine, though, so that helps a lot..."

"Focus sashes are only for our adopters and require an additional fee of $600. We don't have any Focus Bands, sorry. Luxury Balls and Soothe Bells are $1100, or $800 for an adopter. "

"Stress Balls and Friendship Bracelets are 0$. Destruction-resistant training toys are $600. The grooming-related items are all $2500 as a kit."

"Ranc Berries increase Pokemon happiness. One of the favorite berries."

All that playing and taking care of a bunch of electric rodents has proven itself a little difficult at first for Shiva due to SO MUCH ELECTRICITY, but she has done a fine job to actually keep them entertained despite sparks quickly filled the room and soon the small group had to go outside to keep one another's company. The rubber gloves helped as well as the hours passed, and she could call herself lucky that their Nuzzle has not given her actual pain but rather playfully meant shocks.

Nevertheless she appreciate a break, so the triplets were brought back by and on her own hands back to the room Shiva has picked them up, allowing her Plusle-Minun-Pair to share some time and cuddle with them for the rest of the day. (Means, they'll be picked up when Tropius will be picked up as well) Nope, Shiva didn't saw Heart along the way. Even if they'd meet, she'd only wave him a hello and the continue her way to the Inmate Room - Now, with lunch break for (insert duration), it was the perfect time not only to eat more cookies to refill some energy, but also visit the Pokemon that was one of the two reasons Shiva was actually here - if nothing has changed in the meantime, she probably still lingered there behind her self-drawn line, still featuring that tinfoil hat probably.

Shiva remained away from the line still, but she made sure that Gothitelle would notice her approaching. Neither did she say anything at first to her future party member and awaited how Gothitelle reacts or greets her, but she visibly carries that star-patterned hardcover journal of hers under one arm.
