What a beautiful and graceful view this was, Shiva couldn't help but admire her Pokemon.
Eh, not much time to do that though... Work awaits! She'll happily go and pick up that Herdier for the Pokepsychologist if being given the information where to do that.

"Ah, Shiva, I'm glad you're here. This is Dr. Hypericac from the Orre Region. He's the one who suggested we get a Herdier as a therapy dog."
The man turns around and doffs his purple silk hat. He gives a nod of his head. Yep, it's that same gentleman in the purple silk suit you've seen in several places!
"Hello, dear. It's nice to meet you. Shiva, is it? I specialize in Pokemon psychology of all kinds - the inner workings of the Pokemon mind. Nothing interests me as much as what a Pokemon thinks about when it is alone. What sorts of things interest you, Shiva?"

Aaaaargh! That elusive guy in the purple suit was the Pokepsychologist she's been wondering about, and totally not hoping to see? Cool. This only increased her respect for that guy. He even speaks with her! And why does he adress her with 'dear'!? Were all Pokepsychologists so charming ?
Despite feeling a it like being thrown off track now, she managed to give him a low and respectful bow. "Uhm... Yes, that's what call me... I'm here to work for the adoption of that Gothitelle that once came to the Shelter. Maybe longer on a voluntary base." As for what interests her... Good question. "I'm originating from a family of professional Breeders, so I guess I'm more fond of raising a Pokemon, care for it, bonding with it, maybe even see it evolving when it's time has come. It's somewhat amazing how much a Pokemon can grow and even change under well care, I've seen that in my Azurill. Battling only comes second."

"Hmm.....how curious. Sometimes the Old Unown refers to the qualities of a beings or objects, and at others it gives cyptic messages that hint at grander things or designs. I wonder if its possible for Solomon himself to influence the final message he produces, like whether its concise, descriptive, what manner is it descriptive.......things like that. As for the feasibility to translate Old Unown on the spot, I should be able to do it once I have a couple of days to pour of the current translation key. While I'm no ancient linguistics expert of any sort, I have keen memory and natural ability to absorb and remember all sorts of information due to my empathy, upbringing and.....events, and formal education, so on the fly translations shouldn't be a problem for me in time. Understanding the messages is another matter entirely, however, and most likely best left in your hands. At the very least, becoming fluent in Old Unown will be far less ornous than my efforts to become fluent in Binary! Also, I was proposing Solomon use Old Unown in a controlled setting on myself and my Pokémon, not in times of crises or haste. Doing otherwise would be a bit silly and reckless, honestly."
Nathan was able to distract him from such dire and ruinous thoughts (which did not show up in his expression or emotional feed that Kirlia could observe, btw; its been demonstrated he CAN keep Kirlia from sensing his emotions/certain emotions when he doesn't want to) by point out a flaw in his previous logic, which he readily focused on and commited that detail to memory with a few sharp nods of his head. When the young scholar commented again on 'The Four Winds' , Ventus himself interjected with: "Perhaps its related to the Southern Wind Incarnate in some manner? Its a teneous connection, I know, and we don't know the context or thing this message is pertaining too, but its something to ponder none of the less. Additionally, while the message implies that specific symbols do not indicate entire messages or meanings, it does not exclude the possibility, so I'll keep it in mind just in case."
As for the boy's micro lecture/refresher on the Regis, the sociologist intently listened to it in its entirely without any interruption on his part, remaining silent for a couple of minutes as his mind ruminated/tried to recall if he heard parts or all of this or not (Iron, I imagine he's familiar with the basic legends Nathan has outlined, as well as The Pyramind King owning the Titan Trio, but not the rest of the info, so I'll be operating off that assumption. I'll edit things later if you disagree). One thing that caught his attention off the bat was that his friend Cynthia was involved in researching the Regis, which greatly surprised him as he didn't expect such a fine, proper woman to be involved in such skullduggery, but he soon shrugged it off as 'Part of her Life he never bothering asking out of politeness.' He honestly didn't understand the young trainer's fascination for his friend, but it was harmless and a non-issue so far as he was concerned, and so safely ignorable.
Eventually, Ventus finally nodded his head, and said his piece on the matter. "Thank you for explaination, Nathan, as it was detailed, informative, yet concise and simple enough to digest. Yes, I researched and heard of the old legends surrounding the Regis, and done extensive studying and investigatiosn of Brandon's aquistion and use of them, but I don't believe I heard the rest to my memory. I'm rather intrigued that a Regigigas statue was found in my home region, and I'm wondering where that will affect Unova as a whole. Your hypothesis on their being multiple 'sets' of Regis' is most likely correct, if they are being found all over the world as you described. Its also likely that the old king indeed had some manner of influence over the Regis if that golem is connected to them, but I'm uncertain if he could actually make a Legendary Pokémon or not. Why do you suppose he's capable of doing that, Nathan? As you said, we'll have to stop the Golem at some point , so we'll have the answers to those questions eventually whether we like it or not."
The boy's last comment........that both greatly rackled him AND sparked Ven's curiosity. On one hand, Nathan of all people saying this made them out to be a massive hypocrite, given how ardently they had been trying to meddle with HIS world view, standard opporating procedure, morality etc. AND his quest to change Kirlia's heart. On the other, it showed that the boy was at least somewhat aware that forcing such things on another individual is not too terribly a kind thing to do, so at least he wasn't totally senseless or insensitive towards others. In the end, Ventus could only say "Indeed," and left it at that. No need to poke that hive of Beedrill if he could avoid it....
"...I don't think he can beyond choosing what he targets in the first place. There's no telling what information the move might reveal, and he's also been getting a lot better at aiming it recently (it has an accuracy pool of 9 D6 cuurently). That's a...rather large risk you'd be taking, acting as a guinea pig...it's not super strong, but that Hard Stone he's holding helps make up for that..."
...
"...it probably involves the sothern wind in some form. Suicune's probably depicted as well. I'd like to know what that text is specifically referencing if at all possible..."
...
"...you've read Brandon's book too, eh? Dot to Dot: A Journey Across Hoenn. Quite an interesting account, really...from seas to forests to deserts...he and Cynthia are practically archaeological heroes for everything they've contributed to the field...we wouldn't know so much about the past of the pokemon world without them, and they're still learning new things every day..."
...
"...I think he's capable of something like that for two reasons. One: we're still digging up all sorts of weird items that do things that shouldn't be possible. Sarimanok used a lot of stuff like that during the war. Two: As I've stated previously, the Lake Trio is known to have helped him in creating some 'great works'...but nobody's seen them, so we don't know what they are. Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie could probably tell us more..."
...
"...*sigh*... I still want to help Mesprit, even if it doesn't need to help us...I'd be happy if Kirlia were to be a little more open, but I can't ask him to do that...I'm trying to be as good an example as I can be, but...maybe the Neverstone was the answer, since it was likely the only reasonable way to potentially do it in such a short time...it still feels a little bit like cheating to me, though..."
Nathan's moreso quietly thinking to himself now, but it's definitely out loud.
Assuming Ventus has nothing more to say, that's probably the end of that encounter.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Later, Nathan speds some time with Forthright in her first training session, helping her to really adjust to her new, watery form. Not one she'll be taking often for a long time yet, but the practice should help her with adjusting to her other forms later.
Kirlia's meditating, as usual. Meanwhile, Grid's practically crackling with electricity in this wet environment. The various shallow puddles he steps in become charged, and he's enjoying practicing his electrical skills and semi-recycling the electricity in the process.
Training for Kirlia, Grid, and Forthright for encounter #2 of the day!

You're out of Encounter Slots (including the Little Cup) so you need to either spend a Will Point, get someone else to train Phantump, or another thing I can do is add Phantump to the training session earlier, since you only used Tynamo in that.

"That's true. One thing I've been researching is Pokemon's 'hearts,' or so we call them in Orre. Almost every Pokemon has a little bit of a barrier around its heart, making it hard to trust humans. It's the bestial side of Pokemon, I'm afraid. And perhaps we deserve that distrust, at times. Otherwise, perhaps, Pokemon would be wiped out by predators. Pokemon like Azurill evolve by opening their hearts in some way. Anyway, to continue. In Orre, some Pokemon were found to have such powerful locks around their hearts that they could no longer feel love or reward. Truly an awful thing."

(Wait why I out of encounter slots? I used the Training of Tynamo before day 46. And I use one encounter to the training. I only use one, so I would still have 2 Encounter Slots left. I would use one encounter to fight a trainer and another one for the Little CUp)

Oh, I didn't realize that was day 45. I see where you were wanting to append that onto the previous day.
"Are you looking to train that adorable Phantump?" asks a kindly old lady. "We could do a practice battle for my two little Igglybuff. I think the two of them at once against a well-trained Phantump would be a fair match. But you wouldn't be allowed to faint them, oh no! That does not make them happy, no it does not. Yes, sure, I am willing to wager $300 on that."
Phantump: (5) + 6 = 11
Igglybuff A: (5) +2 + 0 = 7
Igglybuff B: (5) + 2 = 7

He can even make some headway up the falls themselves! He's more interested in testing himself than in hunting, and it takes a lot of effort to get him back into his ball at the end of his swim. Raphael loves the falls, darting in and out after the bird Pokemon who live there. He looks majestic and happy. He especially loves the rainbows.
His improtu trip to Vapor Falls turned out to be a smashing success, seeing as all his Pokémon had swimming time exercising and exploring the surrounding area (Literally in Ao Guang's case!)! Ventus himself mostly kept watch over his family to make sure nothing went amiss with them, while doing some light cardio himself to maintain his fitness and flexibility. 'Me and my family, enjoying a refreshing and festive evening at Vapor Falls. Such a lovely experience indeed, one that I can repeat almost anytime with Haziel by my side! I don't care if he can't properly conduct himself in a battle, his Teleporting prowess alone more than makes up for it in my opinion!' he though later on, as he rested after his own work out and watch the day drift on...
Eventually, Ventus re-called all his Pokémon except Haziel (obviously) once he noticed the sun was beginning to set (though it took a lot of supplication and urging on his part to get his Sealord back into his Pokeball), before he politely requested his personal prophet to Teleport him back to the Pokémon Center. When that occurred, he immediately marched to the Video Caller and recorded a brief but informative message to Dr. Mallorn, before sending it off to him. It read/sounded as follows:
"Salutations and Greetings, Dr. Mallorn! It has been quite some time since I've last been in contact with you, so I hope business and researcher has been profitable for you as it always has been! My own studies and observations have proven quite fruitful thus far, but I'm not here to update you on that just that. I have a business transaction and proposition to propose to you on behalf of the Disobedience Shelter in Stair City, concerning a curious Beautifly specimen they have in their care that would greatly be of interest to your evolutionary research. Additionally, I want to discuss whether its feasible for you to send a stipend to the Shelter to help cover some of the costs of its opperations. Details will be forthcoming on both topics once you me back, via Stair's Pokémon Center or my cell phone. Until we speak, my friend!"
The empath then went into the caferteria to grab a small bowl of hulled sunflower seed and went back into the lobby to feed and bond with Haziel while he waited for either Shiva/Nathan/Heart to return, or for Dr. Mallorn to return his call.
(And with that, Ven's done with his day, more or less! That was nice and easy, and not the least bit frustrating!)
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
