Ah, where's the fun in that? Besides, I thought Nathan wouldn't lose any sleep with Ventus 'disappearing' or something, or at the very least wouldn't be burdened if something happened to my character. The best they get along right now is just neutral acceptance with grudging feelings for each other, so he shouldn't get TOO torn up by Ven carking it!

Also, related to Scimitars, why are they not affected by that Sandstorm they made? Are they part Steel type, or something? Also, it seems they have around 10-12 HP, if - 2 Pain occurred after S. B took 6 Damage. Fairly bulky fellows for humans? , eh?

No, that's not what Nathan would do/think. He's more complex than that, thank you very much.

Yeah, they're Steel type. First one we faced back in the swamp was like that too. Swiftfire shredded him with Ember. Kirlia's Confusion isn't super reliable, sadly. (Loving how it's actually been Confusing fools on occassion, though) Very little is both resistant to Psychic and weak to Fire.

They have 5 Vitality based on the math, so they should each have 10 HP since they're still human, just like Ventus.

Please don't try to specifically bring Ventus into a situation where there's a chance that he might get killed, @Lord Windos :C I don't feel the situation is that dangerous for now, you have a high Vitality and Valder's amazingly strong  + has STAB-possibly-lethal Night Slash on his side, so you'd get through - nothing prevents Ven from going unfettered/raw/criminal though, especially if he'd find out that someone's after his dearest friend?

We've already talked out how somewhat bad and unfun things would become if Ven is forced out of the Game in any manner, especially for me and my chara; and yes, I agreed to you that this is quite a hidden responsibility your chara holds. Character Death is something that I personally wouldn't appreciate too much... If things are ailing you or it becomes unfun or a chore to play out the dark oddball of Sociologist Ventus is, please either speak up towards GM or to me to see how things can be handled or how Shiva can make things more enjoyable to you and him. Alright, darling?

Huh, they're after me? Cool, excitment! Conspiracies! I wonder why they want me, though... Is Shiva the secret holy virgin these Scimitars need to sacrifice for the sake of conducting some gruesome ritual summoning demonic beings, like in that Fantasy-Manga line I once read? Or have they cottoned up that from the group that infiltrated the Water-Base, she is the most vulnerable person = ideal target to be kidnapped AND has messed with these two Guards? Hmm...

OR Almanac's caught on that she has something to do with the spy amidst their ranks and has sent their Scimitar mercenaries to get her and everyone she's traveling with...

Or maybe it's something else.  We'll find out later, though, I'm sure!

Side Note: Usually, it's East Sea Shellos that's the blue one, and West is the pink one.  Are they intentionally reversed in Creshire, or was that just a mistake?

Oh no, have they indeed cottoned on that not all is clean about that smol Infiltrator-Absol? Hmm, that'd make me wonder how the Almanac Scientists have found out/made the connection to Shiva having something to do with him - but if there are Scimitars now to deal with and KNOW about that Absol, it'd be the proof that they are indeed working together. So far, I personally only strongly suspect they do - we don't know for sure, I believe.

Alright, @Dragonstrike, @Lord Windos, @Spiritmon and @Nylon, while we are waiting for GM's input, I desired to discuss somehing. Maybe it's in this case better to share my thoughts and plans beforehead instead of keeping them for myself and ending up causing a ruccus and issues that could have been prevented. Just act in-chara suprised. C:


Thing is, I'm actually very very very interested in getting that Pokedex Upgrade for Shiva's Almanac'Dex', that one containing information about Pokemon from Tandor. Have to rerpresent the Forum a little, Shiva in-chara has expressed being tempted to buy it right away but opted to not do for now, and we have so far two Tandormon owned by the group. I have more than enough money to pay the 2500$Poke for that one, but spending such a sum practicallly solely for Shiva's own enjoyment and indulging her curiosity of that region does feel like a faintly wasted effort. Having that source of information shall we stumble upon another (for the group) unown Pokemon, as well as the Almanac's view on Pokemon in general and on - if needed - scientific articles from the Encyclopedia + Egg Checker for the whole group sounds like something rather useful in specific situations, why keeping that solely for my chara...? That Games Module actually suficiently fulfills her own enjoyment, expect Shiva becoming super-skilled in Pokemon Tetris in the future.

So, and what's the issue about that? Simple: The others would get to know that she has supported the Almanac by buying not-cheap things from them (I've forgotten how much I've actually paid for the 'Dex' itself, but minimum 1400$ since Professor Mallorn's original Pokedex is 1300$. Tandor-Upgrade + Encyclopedia Scientifica + Games Module = 2500 + 200 +200 = 2900$Poke, neat). What effect would this have on your respective chara, can you people give me your thoughts and opinion on this? I know that Nathan would pretty much not enjoy this due to his view on the Almanac, but Shiva would actually screw that and keep the 'Dex' for her own reasons. She's seperating the dubious aspect of the organisation and their scientific aspect/providement of actually useful items. I'm not quite sure about Heart and Valder. I also know that Ventus would enjoy the possibilities and direct insight on the organisation via Shiva's Almanac'Dex' as well as defend her from any objections, as you said here, Windos --> http://pokemonuranium.co/forum/showthrea...x#pid34489

Opening up only towards him about her owning of an Almanac'Dex' would be an option too if there are strong objections on doing so for the whole group, but I'm not quite sure whether this would a good idea.

Well, Heart wouldnt mind Shiva own a Almanac Pokedex. He would problably be a little worry, but he would respect Shiva decision and let her buy. He would be curious to see what kinda of pokemon descriptions the Almanac pokedex would hold since he is a Pokemon Rare Collector any new information about any pokemon would be interesting to know or see. And the Egg Checker indeed would be kinda useful in certain situations. Heart aproves.

Nathan won't try to influence any decisions, but expect him to be very vocal about his opinion if the topic is brought up, and never start conversations involving it.  Particularly since he probably knows almost as much about Tandor's pokemon as Almanac does, if not more.  (He's seen Sheldon's 'dex, so he has definitely seen what a lot of the more common Tandorian pokemon look like, as well as a bunch of Steel and Psychic ones)
