I'm not even involved, but I'm honest when I'm carefully saying that I'm feeling somewhat left out here in this case, but I'll keep quiet for now, that's not a new feeling for me, so I'll leave things for now and head to bed. May the day be brighter when waking up!~

Before there may be any misunderstanding, this does include Heart and me, does it? I hope it does, as it'd be weird if Dagny would exclude us here...
TM Ice Beam would be my choice, thank you. As we've been asked to ask the following beforehead as being able to learn the move in the Handheld Games does not automatically mean being able to learn the move in Chreshire, is Marill capable with the move?

Holy moley, that's a lot of sweet, sweet lot! Even though Ven doesn't believe he's a hero, he sure is being rewarded as such!

Alright, first off I REALLY want that TM for Stone Edge, as with it Michael has an attack for those pesky, pesky Flying and Bug types that would either brutalize him or just be a big old pain in the ass. Combined with Façade, Spore, and Mach Punch, and he truly become the champion mushroom supreme! .....Please tell me that Michael can learn it, Iron. My hope will be crushed if that is not the case.....

My opinion with the Pokeballs is that every in the group gets 2 Pokeballs and 1 Great Ball, since that way they are evenly divided in the group and no one feels left out!

I believe Payday should either be given to Nathan (Since he has both Solomon and Rapidash that can learn the move in certain circumstance), or sold back to Dagney since if he doesn't want/need it. I would find it pretty funny if Raphael could learn the move, however! What better way to spread joy that by creating MONEY?! I also would make an argument that Lucifer could potentially learn it as well , given his affinity for finding treasure and gold, but that is just my opinion~

Thief.....hmm......I would say that either Nathan or Valder would get the most out of it, since Kirlia can actually learn the move to gain a way to counter Ghost and Psychic type and be a right bastard to Item holders (If Allowed by Iron, that is....), but Theo/Froakie having Thief would also be beneficial as well. Lucifer is also a potential canidate for its usage, and combined with Frisk it would allow for quick and easy Item removal on demand, if necessary. However, since I WANT Stone Edge for Michael, I'm not going to ask or demand I get this TM unless Spiritmon wants to bid on it (Percival has use for Stone Edge, after all.)

For Aerial Ace, I believe it should go to Heart or Valder if at all possible. Percival can learn the move to counter dreaded Fighting types on the off chance he's force to fight against them and have an option that can dent Grass types, while Theo also appreciate have Anti Fighting moves and moves that ward off Bug types. Gogoat can also the move as well, though, and Pancham has a GREAT need to ward off Bug and Fighting types given its odd typing, so that is more debating on the matter. Ven personally doesn't need it, since Raphael already has Aura Sphere and Air Slash for Always Accurate moves and Flying STAB, and Lucifer has Gust + Tailwind to blow the competition away. Lilith could possibly benefit from the move, but she has Peck for Flying STAB and will eventually LOSE her Flying type, so its pretty short sighted to give her them move.

By my analysis , Aerial Ace seems to be the TM almost everyone in the group wants for one reason or another, if only to cover their weaknesses or add coverage, while Pay Day is the one we can afford to let go and give the Poke to the person that doesn't want/have/get a TM. Personally, I think Nathan should get Thief for Coverage on Kirlia (Ghosts are very spooky for him regardless of evo!), Aerial Ace goes to either Heart or Valder, Ventus gets Stone Edge for Michael's crippling weakness towards Flying/Fire, and annoyance with Bugs, Ice Beam for Shiva's Marill (Grass types and extra coverage!), while Pay Day either gets sold off and the Poke goes to whoever needs/deserves it the most, or we all decide that Nathan can have it for Swiftfire/Solomon . Having a Pokémon capable of generating Poke is a boon no matter who gets it, since it means that person can be more generous with supplies and share with all!

I'll gladly take the Pay Day TM if Swiftfire can learn it.  Fun fact: that pair of events that gave Fearow and Rapidash access to the move in Gen 1 and 2 was because those are the Pokemon Fan Club Chairman's pokemon.  Nathan having a Rapidash with Pay Day would be really ironic, imo

Thief...honestly, I think that might be best on Lucifer, but Theo and Froakie could probably get some good use out of it too.  Kirlia's almost always going to be holding an item of some kind, and when he evolves into Gallade, he'll know Night Slash, so I'd never have any reason to use the move after that point.

Don't really care for Stone Edge too much on my end.

Ice Beam...yeah, Marill or Froakie can have that.  Starmie and Solomon can make do without it, and while having it on Porygon-Z for Conversion shenanigans would be interesting...well, Nathan's already got two actual Ice types, so it's not a necessity for him.

Aerial Ace...I agree that that should probably go to either Heart or Valder.

But I really would like to have that Ice Beam for Gustav, since he is Water/Ground he have 4x weakness against Grass, so a good coverage would be interesting. But if Phantom really need the ice beam for marill she can have it. And with the chance to Freeze the foe is always something useful. I will wait for Phantom aswear

I personally don't think Gustav needs Ice Beam when he's going to eventually have Mega Launcher boosted Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, and Aura Sphere on top of Water Pulse, which all have the potential to hit as hard as a non-STAB 2x SE Ice Beam.

Marill, on the other hand, is rather lacking in the coverage department, unlike all our other water types. Plus, Shiva should get some kind of compensation for the trouble, and a strong move to defend herself with sounds perfect for that.
