Oh, you chose well! Dagny sends out Probopass! It starts spinning in the metal room. Meanwhile, a floor tile grates aside to reveal a modest pool of water.

Shiva vs. Dagny Round 1?

Marill first in Init Order.
Both Pokemon fresh.

Seeing how she has made a lucky choice, caused Shiva to smirk to herself for a few carefree moments. "I T-thanks!'m not like the other challengers, Dagny, I somewhat knew that rather early..." When saying this, she does both face away to muster that pool of water instead while rubbing her left arm with the right hand, not quite sure whether this was a good thing or a bad thing. But she's smiling faintly.

Meanwhile, Marill seemed overjoyed as she entered stage, giving her Master a delighted chirp and her foe - that spinning Probopass - a playful wink and wave as she barely noticably already prepared herself to charge at it with barely any fear. Earlier, when the group arrived at Stair City at first, she'd greatly dislike all that Steel here and Shiva knew that, but now as a Marill these problems have eased themselves to some degree. (Means, Marill does take normal damage from any Steel Type moves Probopass may have due to his partly Water Type.) "Uhm... Okay, dear one, I know you're eager to try out some of your new moves, and here we may have a chance! At firt, show me, your foe and the audience the increased power in your Water Type attacks. Yes, your foe won't like them, and we have to be quick this time as he also knows Electric Type attacks. When in need, rely on the berry I've handed you earlier please!"

Oh right, and seeing how Dagny was hovering and stuff was all very cool, intimidating and somewhat creepy at the same time for her. Oh, and quite a show on its own.

Charmeleon's behaving himself for the most part, yes...but Nathan's got other problems to deal with later now concerning him thanks to Ventus...and now Heart is sitting here now, too...

Blegh.  This is all killing his mood rather easily combined with some of the stuff from earlier...

...and Kirlia's too, for that matter.  The fact that Kirlia's not visibly cheering for Shiva right now is rather...remarkable.  he and Nathan are just quietly watching...trying to ignore the myriad problems that have come up...

Probopass is at -1 Dext and 6/10hp.
Marill is luckily first in Init Order, 5/8hp -1 Pain and paralyzed. ....Or is she?


No she's not, as Shiva waves her over to her, and using her tail as a springboard just like she was used to when she was still an Azurill the fae mouse leaped to land on her Master's held out arm to be sprayed with a Paralyze Heal. She jumps back to the battlefield performing a frontflip after she has gifted her Master a light kiss on the cheek and received whispered further battle orders and a loving nuzzle for having taking coruscating beam better than she might have, ready to continue where they have stopped!

That magnetic rock indeed knew dangerous Zap Cannon, as Shiva feared it could. And Dagny was not afraid to use it.

These whispered battle orders are Bubble Beam, Infestation, Bubble Beam, in exactly that order. Marill has a Sitrus Berry that'll she's asked to reveal and nom when the pain intensifies (reaches -2 Pain). Oh, and I missed to say it in the first place, we will NOT hold back on any move.

Additional notes: ...at the end of each Round 2 dice of TYPELESS damage are rolled against the foe. It also blocks for 4 Rounds or until Marill leaves the battlefield.
