Heart could see the same situation he was when he fight against Dagny in his battle. Like when Rose was in her last remaine forces, and with all will they fight against the odds. Even with low chances to win, they still fighting. Heart then shout together with they pokemon. "You can do it Shiva! Vaporeon! You two are strong! Dont doubt in your strengh! You can only become strong when you fight against a big wall, and that is the moment of you two! Give your best girls! You can do it!" Rose sigh together shouting a flame to show they can do it. All of his pokemon was there to cheer for Shiva.

Victory against the Leader!: Victory VS Gym Leader - Pokemon Firered and Leafgreen

Nathan has to just sit there for a moment, drink the moment in.

Charmeleon practically leaps out of his chair in excitement soon after Excadrill faints.  Mostly because Dagny lost, but maybe a small part of him is happy for Shiva.  Maybe.

Kirlia quietly sits there with Nathan as well, a small smile on his face, and with a slight sense of deja vu as well.  The similarity of this battle to Nathan's was striking...right down to ending the battle with a single accurate Water move and having a psychic type able to see the future (though Gardevoir are better at that than Kirlia are) standing by the challenger's side the entire time as support.  Nathan and Kirlia haven't been properly introduced to Gothitelle yet, but Kirlia gives the gothic fortune teller in a tinfoil hat a knowing, companionable look if Gothitelle cares to return it.

Even Dagny's control is tested in this incredibly close battle. Sandstorm could end it all right here. The Gym Leader has levitated forward all the way to the edge of the reinforced glass, her hands pressed up against it.

Shiva is probably holding her breath, waiting for Vaporeon to surface. The wait is very long. Is Vaporeon OK? Shiva starts thinking about performing an emergency recall of her wounded, possibly fainted Pokemon...

...when Vaporeon reappears above the water! She's incredibly weak and tired, but Excadrill is breathing really hard too!

Ventus hands were tightly grasped as he grimly and worriedly looked upon the battlefield, the electric mice letting out cries of distress at their fellow teammate's fate and Lucifer letting out worried croons while hovering in place, all thinking for just a moment that Vaporeon was the one that would end up being shaken and stirred up by the raging sands and earth....

.....Until she broke through the water's surface, looking extremely worse for wear for the mole's tectonic assault, but having just enough Willpower left in her to keep fighting until the bitter end! Immediately all of them leaped out and let out one last hurrah for their friend/trainer/master's crush, pouring out their heart to carrying her on to victory in their various ways!

"Shiva, you and Vaporeon will win this! Stay determined, and blast through Excadrill with one last pressurized Water Pulse!"

And its was he said: with one last desperate move, his dearest, most blessed friend had achieved victory at long last over the Steel Wonder! Ventus and Plusle/Minun let out their loudest cheers yet over this accomplishment, while Lucifer was going crazy in the air as they did all sorts of extremely fast and dexterious maneuvers in pure giddy excitement!

"FANTASTIC JOB! JUST......MAGNIFICANT! CLAIM YOUR GYM BADGE, AND KNOW YOU HAVE GROWN INTO A MIGHTY TRAINER EXTRAORDINARE INDEED, MY DEAR SHIVA!!!"

Oh, he couldn't wait for her to rejoin the group, so that he could just huggle them for this, and speak a bit more personally about their victory! Also, Swirlix candy for her and her Pokémon too! Can't forget that now!

Heart was very much happy to see his friend Shiva win the battle. Gustav shot many bubbles in the air to comemorate the victory of Shiva. And Rose backflip to show how much she like it the battle. And Koa give a positive finger after that battle. "WUHUUUU!!! GREAT BATTLE SHIVA! WHAT I HAVE SAY!? I KNEW SHE COULD DO IT! IN YOUR FACE WORLD! WUHUUU! OH LE OH LA OH LE OH LA! OH LE OH LA OH LE OLA! SHIVA THE ULTIMATE FAIRY DRAGON SLAYER AND DESTROYER OF STEEL WALLS!!! YAHOOO!" Shout Heart along with Ventus with improvisable music. Shiva might feel embarassed after this shout from the PUNisher, but screw that! He is happy to see her win!

When that last pulsing wave of water from her waterly Eeveelution hit the Unovian mole with force and gusto, Shiva was counting her blessings in silent, hoping for it having hit hard enough to.......

......indeed, Excadrill was still standing for a moment, then started to stagger - at first barely noticable, then it increased and increased, until the mole fell to his knees and claws, u-unable to battle further. Unable to continue, all while Vaporeon was panting but not defeated yet, she rested on the water surface with only anything above her eyeline visible - she eyeing her foe dangerously still. Excadrill was defeated. He fell. Vaporeon, HER Vaporeon, was still standing - Shiva could barely believe what she saw there, was this happening for real?

Only when even Dagny approached and OUTRIGHT CONGRATULATED her for a job well done, it slowly cottoned on on her - she won. She won against the Steel Wonder, h-how can this be?! She's been hoping to win, wanted to do her best, but the thought that it'd be enough to DEFEAT Dagny, that was a thought she didn't follow too much, actually, therefore she had not much of an idea how to react at all, and simply listened to what Dagny was telling her about them two having...similar strategies? H-how flattering, that was something she would have expected even less. When being handed that Ankerite Badge, Shiva could only stare at it in wonder before holding it up into good light and turning it around for a little to muster it as her mind, much slower than a calculating Metagross, was processing the fact that she has won... "T......Thank you... Such a beautiful badge."

A faint held back sniffle emerged her before she also lended an ear to what Dagny has further to tell, expressing that she's listening by non-intimidatingly facing her, nodding in appreciation or agreement whenever she has finished a part of her explaitions. As for that golden Magnezone, Shiva has never seen such a variant of this Pokemon - the shiny version looked different, that much she knew. If Dagny allows, she'd take a photo with cell of it for recording and as a reminder." It looks marevelous with such a golden layer... if you are fine with it, may I photograph it? Oh, and....and....well, eh, thank you for that battle.... And that insight on Nuclear Type..." Another held back sniffle as Shiva rather timidly but honestly friendly offered her hand to Dagny to exchange a handshake before they probably part ways. "I'll let you...well, know when I find something out that may be interesting or good to use... Thank you... Oh, eh, but I guess I don't even have your number. I'll ask Shirley for it if that's alright." If she agrees, Shiva can now call Dagny via cell as well just in case!

As for Vaporeon, Shiva kneed down to be closer to her still hiding with most of her body underwater, only her eyes and everything above was visible, reminding on back then when encountering her. But it was obvious that Vaporeon was smiling, maybe at Shiva maybe for victory maybe for both, she earned some strokes and pats from her Master, alongside praising words and her tarnwater back as Shiva returned the smile while her eyes began to get wet but she's still fighting against it, before she gets recalled into her Pokeball. "I'll make sure you'll be healed properly, dear one. Thank you... So, ehm, Lilith, shall we go...? Bet you saw this happening, didn't you?" Another hesitated sniffle.

She didn't quite know, but one thing was for sure: "I don't feel like standing behind and outside of the the light anymore because I'm not as strong as I want to be, even if I'm not at all a natural battler or anything, sick and tired of it..."

The ground is pretty interesting to watch actually, as she doesn't face Nathan or anyone in the party directly.

Heart was comemorating for Shiva and join with the other to congreate the great of her! "Dont feel like that Shiva! You battle was awesome! Now there is no doubt you are the Fairy Dragon Slayer and Destroyer of Steel Walls! I knew it you could do it! Make me more eager to fight you in the future! You are one of my rivals so be prepare in future! But serious you show a great out there. Great job!" Heart, Koa and Rose make positive finger to Shiva.

Ventus was inclined to agree with Nathan's assessment of Shiva's capability, though he expressed such sentiments in a decidedly different way: he practically materialized right behind her and swooped his most mystical darling into his arms in a great big and bubbly Bewear Hug! Plusle and Minun, not wanting to be left out of such a beautiful moment at all, leaped over from the researcher's shoulders and onto hers, nuzzling (Not Nuzzling!) and hugging both sides of her head and letting out the cuuuutest squeeks! The devil bat, on the other hand, decided to keep his distance from the fae woman, as while he cheered them on during the match that does not mean he was in anyway going to take his chances with her, no way no how!

"Oh joyous days, Shivat! For you have conquered Dagney, and with cunning and aplomb no less! I'm so proud and delighted to she how far you've come since the beginning of our journey, and I just can't wait to see you next great big performance, my dearest!!!"

He then gently let her down onto the ground and, after returning Plusles's and Minun's Pokeballs to her care, threw out his arms wide and had the most charming, cheerful, and infectious grin the group has seen yet!

I recently purchased a giant Swirlix made of cotton candy in the wake of my own triumphant win, and have already shared it with my family and Nathan's Pokémon, so why not indulge yourselves and your own teammates, my friends (Motions to Shiva and Heart)? My treat!!!"

Order: At the soonest opportunity, reveal the Swirlix and let the feast begin! Also, Ven will be reconfiguring his Pokémon Party to the format now: Raphael with no Items, Apsis with her Necklace back in place, Michael, Lucifer with his Wides Lens, Hanael with no items, and Abaddon with no Items.
