Nathan returns Ralts's smile. "Yeah, I saw that, little guy...something else, wasn't it? Let's just...take a moment..."
Nathan gets his journal out and writes what he can remember of the message down once the shock wears off.
It takes awhile since he has to do it completely from memory. But he gets there eventually. The first thing he notices is there's a new symbol in the mix that he hasn't seen yet. The second thing he notices when he starts translating them...they're emotions.

Ralts obviously shares the moods of those around him, but he's been a Kirlia long enough and is Loyal and Happy enough that he isn't quite the same as before. He still wants to try and ease some of the pain and worry his best friend is feeling... which manifests itself as a pulse of soothing, healing energy! Ralts learns Heal Pulse for 23 exp!
...it doesn't heal any physical wounds, but it makes Nathan smile nonethless. "...still trying to help me, eh?"

One slightly embarrased adjusting of glasses and stroking through a strand of her hair later - she does look away to the ground beside her, but a simultaneous faint smile speaks for her enjoyment - Shiva does continue. "These are just great moves." Since she has an equal amount of points in Vitality and Insight though, she doesn't feel any direct changes due to dwelling in Wonder Room , but there's a notable lighter feeling in her, almost as if flying or floating without ease.
If Gothitelle cares to look up, she would eventually notice how Shiva has rested her gaze on the gothic stargazer for a little longer than before; in a non-intimidating way with pretty real now awoken interest... 'You know how to create a Magic Room, don't you, Lilith?', her gaze said without needing spoken words. 'Huh, it'd be great if you could show me how you do that once in a secure area ( = outside of battle). I hope you enjoy watching the created starry sky of this battle you somewhat brought me!'

For a battlefield, you find a guy who is letting people battle on the flat roof of his (sturdy cement) house. It's his son's birthday and the little guy loves Pokemon battles. He's out in the yard, eating cake and watching the fight.
A strong battlefield move like Earthquake or Surf would cause problems, but most moves are safe to use up here.
Valder sends out Froakie. (6) + 6 = 12
Nathan sends out Grid (Galvantula). (1) +7 = 8
This might be a short match.

They both look at each other and then flex simultaneously. Your starter is rubbing off her behavior on your other Pokemon.
Like 95% of Pokemon, evolution is a highly desired part of their life. Rose gives you a very warm hug, showing she's very happy to have evolved under Heart's care, and in such a cool battle too! Clawitzer is a little more lethargic, since any action costs him a lot of energy, but he wasn't very active as a Clauncher either, and you know he appreciates the extra power. You're not sure how he'll feel if he sees you eating his discarded flesh, though.
