Haunter bravely dives into the Candelabra and phases through it. You can see his hands sticking out as he descends the pipe. When he reaches the ground level and disappears from sight entirely, the Candelabra flares to life and stays aflame.

Haunter resurfaces immediately, his gaseous tail gleaming brightly with a touch of blue fire. You're not sure exactly what happened down there, but Haunter reports that Chandelure is indeed down there! He looks willing to duck back in if asked to. (He's got 4 Loyalty!)

I'll pause here to give you a chance to ask Haunter any questions or clarify your commands. Ven, it's probably fine if you assume Valder will agree to minor changes in your plan, since it seems that is OK with Nylon. Within reason, of course.

Upon receiving news that Chandelure was indeed lurking within the cauldron of the Candelabra, a positively wicked and diabolical smile appeared on Ven's face, one so intense that it would drive just about anyone up the wall in horror! Fortunately the researcher was still wearing his mask, so both Valder and Haunter were spared such a gastly sight, but even so such dark pleasure still evident in his tone as voice, as he smoothly spoke with them.

"Excellent. One step closer..... A fine job, Haunter. Before we proceed, however, I'd inquire about some details, as I want to prepare you accordingly for the task ahead. First, is their any other Ghosts around Chandelure that you think they'll come to its aid? Second, in what condition and mood is it in? Is it hurt or hale, is it scared, defiant, careless.....things like that. Third, does it know that we are up here, aware of my intentions, and of your own intrusions? Forth and finally, how confident are you that you can handle Chandelure alone, if need be? Take you time in thinking this over, my friend...."

Order: Ask those questions. Depending on the responses, will tailer actions accordingly.

I don't know too much about the situation.

 It's much up to Ventus. Valder asks Haunter if he's confident he could win a fight with whatever's down there. (I'm not sure what is wanted so it's just more info).
 If Ventus wishes to know more he can ask Haunter. Haunter is indirectly a merc as well. Haunter can go again.

What an intense Round, somehow many things happened within the matter of seconds - though when all the Pokemon took a few moments of rest after having followed the orders, Shiva barely noticably perks up only to see that not only her psychic cat was in quite a pain, but also both of their foes. Over it all, Azu stood like an ace, visibly delighted over her susessful Infestation. Shiva however scratches her cheek a little, not quiet sure what would be the best approach here.

"So, eh, Heart, what will you do now? You remember that I don't want to faint your Pokemon if possible, though if me and Azumarill accidently do - then please forgive me." She faintly bows to him, which caused Cottonee to fly up into the air for short, only to softly land on her Master's head again when she's back upright.

Heart vs Shiva Round 1

Shiva has somewhat expected that he'd try to gain an advantage over her much beloved blue mouse rabbit, so the sight of Phantump and that smol Tynamo opening the battle from his side didn't came as much of a surpise. She's mostly standing there at her affirmend spot, arms slightly crossed, and overly has a calm attitude surrounding. Insecurity is present, definitely, but she doesn't let it win over her.

Azumarill herself doesn't seem to be impressed by that ghostplant and electric eel-thingy, and makes a determined leap towards them showing that she's all ready and just awaits her sweet Master's orders - once or twice she casts a glance over to her. Kyuu on the other hand seemed to prefer staying close to Shiva instead and starting this in his tempo, his evolution isn't long ago yet. Though from how his two tails twitch, she knows that he's as well just waiting for orders.


Meanwhile, Meowstic has padded around behind Heart's Pokemon. He makes a sudden whistle, and when they turn around in surprise, he's making a horrifying face!
Shiva pointed forward with one arm, which was the signal for Kyuu to unfold his ears.

From Azumarill comes not an Ice Beam, but a strange and eldritch noise, a sort of buzzing. A plague descends on Phantump!

Heart couldnt hold his smile. That was a very balance first round. He open a smile and greet both of his Pokemons. "That was a nice beggining you two! Viktor, excelent job using Phantom Force. The training in Mt. Sentry worthy a lot. You can handle a bit that swarm of bugs, I know you can. Typhon, even in your first form, you can cause a good damage against Azumarill. You deserve a clap from me little one." Then Heart talk again with Shiva. "Heh, I didnt know you have teach Azumarill Infestation. To be honest I have expect you to use Ice Beam, but that move surprise me. You are indeed a surprise box Shiva! Thats only bring chills to continue our battle. And dont feel sorry Shiva. Its something normal in pokemon battles. But this is far for over."

Then Heart begin to think about what move she will problably do. "Hmm, what I should do now. Typhon have low health in this moment. Any attack might make him fall any moment. And Viktor its have the effects of Infestation. He will receive damage and I cant change him...heh, Shiva indeed is full of surprises, teaching Azul with Infestation. She will problably change Meowstic with another pokemon.... I must be prepare for everything."

C: At the mentioning of a Suprise Box, Azumarill summoned a swarm of illusionary white doves simply because she can, they flattered over the whole clearing. Kyuu couldn't help but to snatch after one.

I think it was a good idea to change Typhon and bring Percival." Percival make a glare, showing the little royal knight is ready to face any fairy! "Thats my boy. But hold yourself a bit Percival. Thats a friendly battle and I will not accept violence okay? Welp, time to begin the second round Shiva. I hope you ready for what will coming!"

Emolga doesn't understand what a photo is, but it does seem to be giving its home a last goodbye, and also informing the trees that it will return someday! Furret, on the other hand, has been photographed before, and gets into position hanging upside down from a tree.

Once you have attracted Emolga's attention, you throw the Flash Ball and Emolga willingly goes in, nabbing you a picture of the hollow tree, Furret's antics, Emolga smiling, and a bit of the park in the background.

The Celebi Shrine is much as Shiva found it, but feel free to interact with it or ask more questions or whatever.

CHANGE OF PLANS! Seeing that annoying Steel Type facing her two fairis, Shiva barely noticably twitched and took a step back, before she did a swift job on catching herself again. That... was a Trail Battle, nothing is lost yet and she still has a few aces up in her sleeve!

"Hehe.... I just, well, like that small pink thing. Emitts such a sweetish scent!~ I...am ready, I guess. Please....don't faint Spritzee or Azu, okay?"
