Ouch, that sounds like it sucked. Hopefully those schedule changes didn't too badly inconvenience you mate! What caused them to happen in the first place, I wonder....?

Since that Spinda was Confused and its unlikely that Iron/Tanuki would deliberately confuse their own Pokémon, that bear most likely has Tangled Feet, which means that effectively you can't spam attacks at them due to that god awful - 3 Accuracy added to your ALL you attacks. It likely doesn't have SE coverage unless Tanuki somehow got a hold of a Tutor or TM that can patch it up. It also has access to Hypnosis, Teeter Dance, and Psych Up potentially to find clever ways to compound Percival's woes, and Faint Attack/Sucker Punch for Always Accurate attacking and Priority respectively, so it has a veritable amount of tricks potentially up its sleeve. Nasty piece of work right there over all, so take EXTREME caution with them @Spiritmon!

Furret would be into hunting if it involves his talents of worming into small places.

Humm... In that case, maybe Furret could enter small gasps, hollow logs and branches as well as tunnels other Pokemon have digged to drive the prey out for Apsis/Yena so that they can pounce, if hunting it not directly Furret's thing?

Besides, @Lord Windos, I'm also waiting for a reply from Ven on Shiva's message, but I think he'd receive it when he exits Mount Sentry at earliest.

Quick question Iron, before I make a post: Is Malphena actually Burned, or is that just a cosmetic affect from Chandelure's fire? Also, would Malphena/Haunter go retrieve the Litwick down their, presuming they haven't killed them already?

Malphena is indeed Burned. You can order her/Haunter/Valder to take the time to put her out, or use an item.

Malphena is down 3HP and Haunter is down 2HP. 

You already asked the ghosts to bring up the Litwick, so your intuition tells you they are unavailable for whatever reason.
