Well, I know I'm going to be watching the game thread carefully tonight.  I'm eager to get this going again (even if the topics are likely going to be 'blargh').  Even have my phone ready instead of my 3DS tonight, so that should speed up posting new stuff considerably.

Good, since after I get finish with my Iron Campaign post, and finish up the tail end of the response post to Arial, I'm moving on towards yours mate. Time for me to close shop for the morning Dragon, so I'll pick up sometime Friday, since Thursdays are ultra busy for me and I don't want to make a promise to update the thread I can't keep. Cliff hangers suck, but not sleeping and later working sucks even more, so I'm choosing the lesser of two evils!

Reiner's Recovery Roll: Insight (2) + Channel (3) = 5D6 Dice

....which ended up causing you to slump right on top of the big ball of covers, now experiencing a bought of Confusion, which will work how it does in Iron's campaign, IE: - 2 Insight and doing weird stuff if you fail the roll. The only exception is that if a character has 2 Insight, it will be reduced to 0 instead of 1.

In other words, since Reiner has only 2 Insight right now....

Reiner begins to make slight burbling noises as his face is smothered by the covers, his mind fogged up and senses numbed as his limbs failed to properly interpret his orders, result in him weakly floundering on the covers.

.....he's completely out of it right now, and out of your control.

..and there's the silver lining...dang it.  There goes the rest of what I was planning for the night of that day...*sigh*...

Well, there IS one way to prevent this: Spending 20 XP to raise your Insight his Insight to 3. He'll still be Confused, you'll be dumping XP into a Attribute you don't use all that much, and I'll still be rolling what he does instead of what you want if you fail the roll, but at least he'll be somewhat coherent/conscious, and you can try to finagle him getting cured of it/conduct the rest of your plans for the night.

Choice is yours: Would you rather have Reiner ride this out and delay your plans, or burn XP to get yourself back in some position of tenuous control over him?

That might mean any talking with Mina won't happen in-game today anymore. I don't mind~
But if you're not up rather early, the chances to miss Mina are high.

Blegh.  Another poisonous choice...albeit, this one isn't quite as bad as any of the...other ones.  Still unsavory, though...
