Nope, it'd be stated if it were. It's Special, however.

I won't post in GameThread until Windos and possibly Nylon showed up to choose their Encounter. My idea for accquirering a Spinda will work best if I'm allowed to take on the Horde alone, but if either of you desire for their own panda, I won't prevent you from joining.
