There are enough Spinda that you should have your pick of unfainted ones. And Night Slash only affects one target at a time.

Phew... Then it was a good thing that Valder directly attacked one of the Spinda, which caused Shiva to lead a part of them away - 1 chara with 2 Pokemon against 14 Spinda would be hard, now I get why this Encounter had a Cap of none. Thank you, Valder!~
Also, since the battle has now officially started, I'll go for treating this as a battle, my original plan can't be pursued anymore!

Before roll the dice @ Iron a quick question: Keen affect the the things about number of actions penalization? If yes I may change a bit Patrat orders.

I do have a question as well before I post orders for my Encounter, @ Iron (I'm sorry for pestering) : With that many Spinda and the one Shiva wants to catch having Tangled Feet, how likely is it that she'll nevertheless make it to throw a Ball at this particular one right now, is it feasible that she does a catch attempt after having given her Pokemon orders, and as soon as she threw that ball, the Pokemon follow the orders?
EDIT: Can I spend a Will Point to make the ball she'll throw hit?

Only 'reroll' necessary is adding one more die to the Poison check. For the opponent's attacks, just subtract the rightmost die from every attack you took. Koa should have 5/7 HP as a result (6/7 instead if the extra die for the poison check is a success)

Looks like one of those Gligar is holding a Razor Fang to me (or equivalent/similar). Cool. Stuff that adds weird effect chances is fun.

Keen Eye means your accuracy isn't lowered by your pain penalty. So even if Patrat is hurt, his number of actions can safely stay the same.

Since the Spinda aren't big enough to give each other cover, you don't have to worry about that. You can throw a Pokeball at any one time during the round.
