Only people I know that have Poison types are Ven and Heart, but as Nidorino already has Poison Barb to boost its STAB and Aspis is so bulky/has Necklace of Serenity to play with, whatever you do with it is entirely up to you.
I've been laughing as I saw what the Item is, as it's so ironically that Shiva found it. I semi-know what to do with that, it'll be hinted in the post I'm typing up.

How many people can my grassy sauropode carry at a time? Shiva doesn't weight much so she + one more person should be all possible, I guess.
Also, one more question: In a Trainer Battle, I'd get my Held Item back if I transfer it over to pester a foe, would I? If fighting a wild Pokemon, things will surely look different.

Right now I can't help but laugh at how Ven more or less plowed right through Gigalith and Golem, since I expected that one would have gone BOOM! or Stone Edged a Pokémon before his Pokémon reduced them to rubble! Fear not only the Nasty Plot, but Encore as well, mwahahaha!
Also, what value would Ventus roughly estimate both the Golem and Gigalith to be, Iron? Not sure if I want my chara to catch them or not, since doing so puts me down a couple of Pokeballs that could go towards other Rarer Pokémon.

IMO, this just kinda drives home the point that we could've easily demolished those Geodude if Yule had only ONE more exp point (he has 12 right now, Razor Leaf is 13)...between 2 Razor Leafs and a Bubble, they would have definitely been trashed before getting to explode, Sturdy or no (unless we got absolutely terrible damage rolls)...gaaahhh. Yet ANOTHER reason I found that encounter's end result so frustrating...it could have been so easy...

Correct on all fronts.

Ah, now that such quite a bit, as Razor Leaf + Bubble Spam WOULD have utterly washed them all away ASAP, but that was not to be the case. Even with the lowest possible rolls they would have been crippled to the point that one Self Destruct/Explosion would have finished the lot off with minimal damage, and even just 1 Success on each of those rolls would KO everything. Darn it missed opportunities! At least nothing went BOOM! and caved in the place, though, so small comforts right there...

Golem isn't worth much at all, since it's a very easy Pokemon to obtain. It was supposed to have Sturdy but I forgot - not that it made any difference.
Gigalith is only slightly rarer. Together they are not worth even a TM.

Then they remain wild, free, and alive! Time to write up that post!

Can I pleeeeaaaassse catch that Delta Hippopotas? Pretty please? Particularly if it has Drought (Edit: Flash Fire. Eh. Still wanna catch it, though). That'd be soooo useful for some of my later strategies. It'd help Nathan cheer up a little, too.
Sure. I already have a Fire-type and I gonna catch Larversta anyway. Besides, I already have a Deltamon so you can have it.

...and the only other spread move (not counting Electroweb and Swift since Valder has those two pokemon currently, and not counting anything Ditto could do since it was a Lunatone at the time) I have right now is Bulldoze. Which might have been enough combined with Razor Leaf and Bubble...but it would have also hit Azu, which I didn't think was worth the risk (since I don't remember if turn order changes are immediately applied before the next set of turns). And Bulldoze isn't nearly as strong as Razor Leaf, either. (Plus, a Dex drop means nothing if you only have 1 Dex)
Of course, we could have also said the same about one Razor Leaf and one Bubble being enough to blast them all away due to a single self destruct/Bulldoze getting thrown in potentially. Or double Hypnosis on the Geodude would have meant only 1 Self Destruct would have gone off in the first place (assuming a chucked Great Ball didn't catch it, that is). Whether a cave in could have resulted from a single Self Destruct, I don't know. 3, almost certainly, but we could have probably afforded one so long as Nathan and his pokemon weren't OHKOed by an incredibly unlikely 8+ damage boom.
I think we could have taken it anyways without a second RL/Bubble user, even if it was potentially difficult/damaging...I don't think it would have ended in disaster. Moderate difficulty is only designed to try and get us to use up resources to recover afterwards, not end the game potentially.
Now Nathan's worried about Carbink, and I'm rather salty about losing out on a decent chunk of exp and an encounter slot. Graaaggghhh...
