Thank yooouuu!!! Big Grin

Oh man, this makes me (and Nathan) a bit happier for sure.

@Spiritmon

I've noticed you've not been adding Rivalry's Strength decrease correctly in your damage calculations.  You've been getting the increases just fine, but the low balled values for damage should be 2 less than the high balled ones, not 1.  (Ex: Slash's damage pool before Defense is applied, assuming there's no (de)buffs other than Rivalry's, is 3 Strength + 3 Power +/- 1 Rivalry = 7/5 D6.  6 D6 is the end result if Rivalry is not active at all, whether it's nullified or you're attacking a Genderless 'mon or some other reason)

On a similar note: I'm very curious to see what gender this Hippopotas is for obvious reasons...

XP we can get anytime, and one lost Encounter Slot - who cares! It's not like we're in a MASSIVE hurry - we have to move quick to outrun the Scimitars on finding the Library, that's true, but it's no excuse to take the risk of massive damage from the Carbink and the Geodude to us and our Pokemon and deal with a very possible cave in that an explosion would cause. Making a laid-out battle-plan is nice and good, but to me it still felt like too many Rolls had to succeed to make it work. Sorry that I've been so adamant about wanting to flee, but I'd rather not take the very real risk that cloaked the Encounter. Like, I don't want to imagine too graphically what would happen if that Carbink would have hit Shiva in the first place. o.o

If Nathan in-game doesn't stop worrying, I guess Shiva does indeed have to take him aside and at least attempt to make heard that these stony Pokemon can take care of themselves rather well and if they were to meet the Scimitars - so be it then!

Yeah. You taking too much serious that thing about Carbink Dragonstrike. Better lost a battle than the life you know. And look the bright side: You gonna get another Deltamon so be okay

I'm still rather annoyed, because I don't think it was that dangerous of an encounter with only one Self Destruct in play at most.  I'm going to stop ranting about it for now, though.

There's only one restriction I see on Telekinesis being able to lift things according to Bulbapedia's page: that that the target's not rooted to the ground (like Diglett and company) or been forced to be grounded in some way (like holding an Iron Ball or under the effects of Smack Down, Ingrain, Gravity is in effect, etc.).  Telekinesis fails/is cancelled out if that is a factor.

The book doesn't mention any restrictions either (though I think Bulbapedia's listed ones are reasonable).  Sky Drop is the only move in both the games and book that fails if a target is too heavy for the user to lift (200 kg in the games, consult the Strength threshold chart in the book), I believe.  I think the difference there is lifting with physical might instead of psychic power, as Telekinesis is a rather powerful move.

Since Telekinesis only lasts 2 rounds, I think she could use it on all but the heaviest tier Pokemon (Snorlax+).

I'd still like to have a reaction from @Lord Windos for accidently having soft-messed with Shiva please, but that can be either done in a flashback or Ventus can choose to speak to her/apologize/make up to her/anything to a later point. Alright?

All in favor of continuing onward and NOT setting up camp here? Even if we are all more tired by doing this, I rather not have the group sleep without the Tent warding off most Pokémon, and we sorta do need to make up for the Encounter(s) we all lost by doing the Durent Duo Bypass.
